2:52 Si Isus crestea in intelepciune, in statura, si era tot mai placut inaintea lui Dumnezeu si inaintea oamenilor. Isus crestea. Copilaria si tineretea lui Isus au fost ani de dezvoltare armonioasa a puterilor Sale fizice, mintale si spirituale (vezi Ed 13). Tinta catre care El aspira era de a reflecta perfect caracterul Tatalui Sau din cer. Aici era natura omeneasca perfecta, modelata dupa chipul lui Dumnezeu. Treizeci de ani de pregatire staruitoare au precedat o scurta lucrare de trei ani si jumatate. Afirmatia din v. 40 se refera mai ales la copilaria lui Isus si aceea din v. 52 in primul rand la tineretea Lui. Afirmatii asemanatoare sunt facute cu privire la tineretea lui Samuel (1 Samuel 2,26) si aceea a lui Ioan Botezatorul (Luca 1,80). Legendele superstitioase cu privire la copilaria si tineretea lui Isus care sunt relatate in Evangheliile apocrife ale primelor secole crestine stau in straniu contrast cu demnitatea si frumusetea simpla si cu puterea constrangatoare a naratiunii biblice. Pentru ilustrarea acestor relatari legendare vezi lucrarea apocrifa, 1 Copilarie, 7,1-35; 13,1-13; 15,1-7; 16,1-16; 18,1-19). Se pare ca Isus nu a savarsit minuni inainte de timpul cand a inceput lucrarea Sa publica (cf. DA 72, 74,92). Intelepciune. Gr. sophia, ,,inteligenta cuprinzatoare si deplina”; adica distinctie mintala in sensul cel mai inalt si cel mai deplin (vezi la cap. 1,17). Sophia cuprinde nu numai cunostinta dar si capacitatea si judecata de a aplica acea cunostinta la imprejurarile si situatiile vietii. Pentru o corecta intelegere a modului in care Hristos a facut fata problemelor vietii este important sa stim ca El nu S-a nascut si nu fost inzestrat in mod supranatural cu cunostinte, intelegere si intelepciune – El a ,,sporit”, a ,,crescut” in intelepciune. ,,Fiecare copil poate castiga cunostinte ca si Isus” (DA 70). Statura. Isus a practicat cel mai inalt tip de exercitii folositoare, singurele care pot da adevarata tarie fizica si dezvolta pe deplin facultatile. Aceasta L-a format pentru a purta partea Sa din poverile vietii; aceasta era un folos pentru Sine si o binecuvantare pentru altii (DA 72). Era tot mai placut inaintea lui Dumnezeu. De la prima ivire a inteligentei Isus a crescut fara incetare in har spiritual si in cunostinta adevarului. El a crescut in tarie si intelegere morala in decursul orelor pe care le-a petrecut singur in natura – mai ales acelea din zorii diminetii – meditand, cercetand Scripturile si cautand pe Tatal Sau in rugaciune (vezi DA 90). In Nazaret, proverbial pentru nelegiuirea lui, chiar si in generatia aceea stricata El a fost mereu expus la ispita si trebuia sa fie fara incetare cu luare aminte pentru a-Si pastra curatenia si caracterul (DA 71,116). La incheierea anilor Sai de pregatire Tatal a marturisit despre El: ,,Tu esti Fiul Meu prea iubit, in Tine Imi gasesc placerea” (cap. 3,22). El era un exemplul viu de ceea ce inseamna a fi desavarsit ,,dupa cum si Tatal vostru cel ceresc este desavarsit (Matei 5,48; DA 72). Pentru comentariul mai amanuntit cu privire la felul in care Isus a intampinat ispita si a biruit vezi la Matei 4,1-11; 26,38-41; Luca 2,40; Evrei 2,17; EGW material suplimentar la Luca 2,40). Oamenilor. [,,Omului”, KJV]. In ce priveste personalitatea, Isus era cunoscut ca avand o dispozitie placuta (DA 68, 254), o rabdare pe care nimic nu o putea tulbura (DA 68, 69), simpatie si gingasie (DA 74), modestie si delicatete tinereasca (DA 80). Din copilarie, unicul Lui scop in viata a fost sa-i faca pe altii fericiti (DA 70, 90, 92) si mainile Lui gata sa lucreze erau pururi pregatite sa le serveasca (DA 86). El isi indeplinea cu credinciosie datoriile de fiu, frate, prieten si cetatean (DA 72, 82). Perfecta dezvoltare de caracter a lui Isus de la pruncie la barbatie, fara de pacat, este, poate, faptul cel mai uimitor din intreaga Lui viata. Acesta uluieste imaginatia. Si avand in vedere asigurarile ca El nu S-a bucurat de ocazii pe care Dumnezeu nu este dispus sa le ofere si pentru copiii nostri (DA 70), putem intreba cu folos: ,,Cum se poate face asa ceva?” (cf. Ioan 3,9). In primul rand ,,Isus a acceptat natura omeneasca atunci cand omenirea fusese slabita de patru mii de ani de pacat. Ca si fiecare copil al lui Adam, El a acceptat rezultatele lucrarii marii legi a ereditatii” (DA 49). I s-a ingaduit ,,sa intampine primejdia vietii la fel cu fiecare suflet omenesc, sa dea lupta asa cum fiecare copil al neamului omenesc trebuie sa o duca, cu riscul infrangerii si al pierderii vesnice” (DA 49). In al doilea rand, copilul Isus nu a fost inzestrat in mod supranatural cu intelepciune mai presus de a altor copii normali. El gandea, vorbea si actiona cu intelepciunea unui copil (DA 70, 71; COL 83). In al treilea rand, mediul in care a crescut Isus – nelegiuirea proverbiala a Nazaretului – L-a supus ,,la toate conflictele pe care le avem noi de intampinat” (DA 71; cf. 116) si cu toate acestea, chiar si in copilarie si in tinerete, viata Lui nu a fost intinata de nici un singur gand rau sau fapta rea (DA 88). In cea mai mare masura caracterul este determinat de invatatura si exemplul parintilor. Cand copiii sunt privilegiati sa vada in viata parintilor o oglindire a gingasiei, dreptatii si rabdarii lui Dumnezeu, ei ajung sa-L cunoasca asa cum este (PP 308). Cultivarea iubirii pentru parintii pamantesti, a increderii in ei si a ascultarii de ei pregateste pe copii pentru a-L iubi pe Parintele lor ceresc, a se increde in El si a asculta de El (vezi PK 245; 4T 337; vezi la Matei 1,16). Daca parintii vor veni astazi umili la Mantuitorul, gata sa fie calauziti de El in educarea copiilor lor, le este fagaduit har indestulator pentru a modela caracterul copiilor lor asa cum a facut Maria pentru copilul Isus (vezi DA 69; cf. 512). Parintii care ar vrea sa vada caracterul lui Isus reflectat in copiii lor se vor folosi de bogatia de sfat inspirat care le sta la indemana asupra acestui subiect important si-l vor aplica cu sarguinta si rabdare in cercul familiei (vezi COL 80-89, 325-365; DA 68-74, 84-92; MH 349 – 394). Ca si Avraam, ei vor ,,porunci” copiilor lor si casei lor (vezi la Geneza 18,19) cu bunatate, rabdare si intelegere (vezi Efeseni 6,4; Coloseni 3,21) – totusi cu fermitate (vezi la Proverbele 13,24; 19,18). Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
