52:1 Cap. 50 - Cinstea datorată părinţilor 52:2 Obligaţia copilului faţă de părinţi. Copiii trebuie să simtă că sunt datori faţă de părinţii lor, care au vegheat asupra lor în pruncie şi i-au îngrijit când au fost bolnavi. Ei ar trebui să nu uite că părinţii lor s-au îngrijorat mult pe seama lor. În special părinţii conştiincioşi, credincioşi, şi-au dat tot interesul ca odraslele lor să apuce pe o cale bună. Când copiii lor greşeau, cât de împovărate le erau inimile! Dacă fiii şi fiicele care au provocat acele dureri de inimă ar putea vedea efectul purtării lor, ei ar fi cu siguranţă mai uşor de înduplecat. Dacă ar putea vedea lacrimile mamei şi auzi rugăciunile înălţate către Dumnezeu în favoarea lor, suspinele ei înăbuşite, inimile lor ar fi mai sensibile şi şi-ar mărturisi mai în grabă greşelile, cerând iertare. 1 52:3 Copiii, când ajung maturi, îşi vor lăuda părintele care a lucrat cu credincioşie şi nu le-a îngăduit să nutrească simţăminte negative sau să-şi formeze obiceiuri dăunătoare. 2 52:4 O poruncă pentru toţi. "Cinsteşte pe tatăl tău şi pe mama ta ca să ţi se lungească zilele în ţara pe care ţi-o dă Domnul Dumnezeul tău." Aceasta este cea dintâi poruncă însoţită de o făgăduinţă. Este valabilă pentru copii, tineri, maturi şi oameni în vârstă. Nu există în viaţă nici o perioadă în care copiii să se poată scuza că nu şi-au cinstit părinţii. Această obligaţie solemnă revine fiecărui fiu, fiecărei fiice şi constituie una dintre condiţiile pentru prelungirea vieţii lor în ţara pe care Domnul o dă celor credincioşi. Acesta nu este un subiect nedemn de luat în seamă, ci unul de o importanţă vitală. 52:5 Făgăduinţa este împlinită, cu condiţia ascultării. Dacă vei asculta, vei trăi mult în ţara pe care ţi-o va da Domnul Dumnezeul tău. Dacă nu vei asculta, nu te vei bucura de zile multe în această ţară. 3 52:6 Părinţilor li se cuvine o măsură de dragoste şi respect care nu se cuvine nici unei alte persoane. Însuşi Dumnezeu, care a aşezat asupra lor responsabilitatea pentru sufletele încredinţate grijii lor, a rânduit ca, în anii de început ai vieţii, părinţii să-L reprezinte pe Dumnezeu faţă de copiii lor, iar acela care respinge autoritatea îndreptăţită a părinţilor respingeautoritatea lui Dumnezeu. Porunca a cincea cere de la copii nu numai respect, supunere şi ascultare faţă de părinţii lor, dar şi iubire, duioşie, dorinţa de a le uşura sarcinile, de a le păstra bunul nume şi de a-i ajuta la bătrâneţe. 4 52:7 Dumnezeu nu-i poate face să prospere pe aceia care merg în direcţie opusă datoriei clar specificate în cuvântul Său, datoria copiilor faţă de părinţii lor... Dacă ei îşi necinstesc şi dezonorează părinţii pământeşti, ei nu-L vor respecta şi iubi nici pe Creatorul lor. 5 52:8 În cazul în care copiii au părinţi necredincioşi şi poruncile acestea vin în contradicţie cu cerinţele Domnului Hristos, atunci, oricât de dureros ar fi, ei trebuie să asculte de Dumnezeu şi să lase urmările pe seama Lui. 6 52:9 Mulţi calcă porunca a cincea. În aceste vremuri de pe urmă, copiii sunt atât de neascultători şi lipsiţi de respect, iar Dumnezeu a consemnat acest lucru în mod special, el constituind un semn că sfârşitul este aproape. Aceasta denotă că Satana are stăpânire aproape deplină asupra minţilor celor tineri. Mulţi nu-i mai respectă pe cei în vârstă. 7 52:10 Există mulţi copii care susţin faptul că ei cunosc adevărul, dar nu le acordă părinţilor lor onoarea şi dragostea 52:11 pe care li le datorează, care nu dovedesc decât puţină iubire faţă de tatăl şi mama lor, necinstindu-i, neţinând seama de dorinţele lor şi necăutând să le uşureze poverile. Mulţi dintre cei ce mărturisesc a fi creştini nu ştiu ce înseamnă să-ţi "cinsteşti tatăl şi mama", în consecinţă ştiu la fel de puţin ce înseamnă "să ţi se lungească zilele în ţara pe care ţi-o va da Domnul, Dumnezeul tău." 8 52:12 În acest veac la răzvrătirii, acei copii care nu au beneficiat de o educaţie şi o disciplină corespunzătoare au doar în mică măsură simţul că au obligaţii faţă de părinţii lor. Adesea se întâmplă următoarea situaţie: cu cât părinţii fac mai mult pentru copiii lor, cu atât aceştia sunt mai neascultători şi îi respectă mai puţin. Copiii care au fost favorizaţi, giugiuliţi şi cocoloşiţi aşteaptă întotdeauna acest lucru; şi dacă aşteptările lor nu sunt îndeplinite, ei sunt dezamăgiţi şi se descurajează. Aceeaşi tendinţă se va putea vedea apoi de-a lungul întregii lor vieţi; ei se vor simţi neajutoraţi, se vor bizui pe alţii pentru ajutor, aşteptând ca ceilalţi să le acorde favoruri şi să cedeze în faţa lor. Şi dacă cineva li se opune, chiar după ce au ajuns la vârsta maturităţii, ei se simt nedreptăţiţi; şi astfel calea vieţii li se pare grea, se îngrijorează, de-abia îşi pot duce poverile, adesea murmură şi sunt nervoşi, pentru că nimic nu le este pe voie. 9 52:13 În ceruri nu este loc pentru copii nerecunoscători. Am văzut că Satana a orbit minţile celor tineri, pentru ca ei să nu înţeleagă adevărurile din Cuvântul lui Dumnezeu. Simţurile lor sunt atât de tocite, încât ei nu iau în seamă îndemnurile sfântului apostol: 52:14 "Copii, ascultaţi în Domnul de părinţii voştri, căci este drept. Să cinsteşti pe tatăl tău şi pe mama ta este cea dintâi poruncă însoţită de o făgăduinţă, ca să fii fericit şi să trăieşti multă vreme pe pământ (cel nou)." 52:15 "Copii, ascultaţi de părinţii voştri în toate lucrurile, căci lucrul acesta place Domnului." Copiii care îşi necinstesc părinţii, nu îi ascultă şi nu ţin seama de sfaturile şi îndemnurile lor nu pot avea parte de pământul cel nou. Pământul cel nou, curăţit, nu va fi un loc pentru fiul sau fiica răzvrătită şi nerecunoscătoare. Dacă aceştia nu învaţă ascultarea şi supunerea aici, nu o vor învăţa niciodată; pacea celor răscumpăraţi nu va fi tulburată de copiii neascultători, nestăpâniţi şi nesupuşi. Nici un călcător al poruncii nu poate moşteni Împărăţia cerurilor. 10 52:16 Să se manifeste iubire. Am văzut copii care par a nu avea dragoste pentru părinţii lor, care nu-şi exprimă afecţiune faţă de aceştia, lucru pe care ei li-l datorează şi ar fi apreciat; în schimb, dovedesc afecţiune din belşug pentru anumite persoane pe care ei le preferă. Aşa vrea Dumnezeu? Nu, nu. Aduceţi toate razele de soare, de iubire şi afecţiune în cercul familiei. Tatăl şi mama voastră vor aprecia aceste mici atenţii pe care li le puteţi oferi. Eforturile tale de a uşura poverile, de a respinge orice cuvânt nechibzuit şi de nemulţumire, arată că tunu eşti un copil neatent şi că apreciezi grija şi dragostea care ţi-au fost acordate pe când erai doar un prunc şi un copil neajutorat. 11 52:17 Copii, este necesar ca mamele voastre să vă iubească, altfel aţi fi foarte nefericiţi. Dar nu este oare, de asemenea, drept ca şi copiii să-şi iubească părinţii şi să-şi dovedească această iubire prin priviri, cuvinte plăcute şi printr-o cooperare voioasă, din inimă, ajutându-l pe tata la treburile din afara casei, iar pe mama lacele din interiorul ei? 12 52:18 Fapte considerate a fi fost făcute pentru Isus. Dacă sunteţi convertiţi cu adevărat, dacă sunteţi copii ai lui Isus, vă veţi cinsti 52:19 părinţii, nu doar făcând ceea ce vă spun ei, ci căutând ocazii de a-i ajuta. Făcând astfel, lucraţi pentru Domnul Isus. El consideră că aceste fapte bune, această purtare de grijă sau atenţie, sunt făcute Lui Însuşi. Aceasta este cea mai importantă lucrare misionară; iar aceia care sunt credincioşi în aceste mici datorii de zi cu zi dobândesc o experienţă valoroasă. 13 52:20 1. Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
