12:1 Prorocia, Cuvantul Domnului despre Israel. Asa vorbeste Domnul, care a intins cerurile si a intemeiat pamantul, si a intocmit duhul omului din el: Proorocia. Capitolele 12-14 constituie a doua ,,proorocie” (vezi comentariul la cap. 1,1). Solia aceasta profetica poate fi intitulata: ,,triumful planului lui Dumnezeu.” 12:2 Iata, voi preface Ierusalimul intr-un potir de ametire pentru toate popoarele de primprejur, si chiar pentru Iuda, la impresurarea Ierusalimului. Potir de ametire. Sau ,,De tremurare”. Adica, un pahar al carui continut produce tremurare. Compara imagini similare in Isaia 51,17; Ieremia 25,15-18; 51,57; Habacuc 2,16. Impresurarea. Vezi p. 30; vezi comentariul la cap. 14,2. 12:3 In ziua aceea, voi face din Ierusalim o piatra grea pentru toate popoarele. Toti cei ce o vor ridica, vor fi vatamati, si toate neamurile pamantului se vor strange impotriva lui. Piatra grea. Ierusalimul urma sa fie ca un bolovan prea greu pentru a putea fi ridicat si, pe cat se pare, un bolovan cu margini aspre si crestate. Vatamati. Sau ,,Taiati in bucati”. Ebr. śarat, un verb care mai apare doar in Levitic 21,5, unde descrie facerea de taieturi voluntare precum acelea care le erau interzise israelitilor. Constructia ebraica are un accent insemnand ,,taiat grav”. Protectia speciala a lui Dumnezeu va fi asupra poporului Lui. Aceia care vor incerca sa-i vatame vor fi ei insisi vatamati. 12:4 In ziua aceea, zice Domnul, voi lovi cu ameteala pe toti caii, si cu turbare pe cei ce vor calari pe ei; dar voi avea ochii deschisi asupra casei lui Iuda, si voi orbi toti caii popoarelor. Voi lovi. Cuvintele acestea trebuie sa fi constituit o incurajare deosebita pentru Zorobabel si tovarasii lui intr-o vreme cand viitorul aparea intunecos si dusmanul cauta sa tina in loc lucrarea lui Dumnezeu (vezi Hagai 2,22; vezi si p. 30). 12:5 Capeteniile lui Iuda vor zice in inima lor: Locuitorii Ierusalimului sunt taria noastra, prin Domnul ostirilor, Dumnezeul lor. Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 12:6 In ziua aceea, voi face pe capeteniile lui Iuda ca o vatra de foc sub lemn, ca o faclie aprinsa sub snopi; voi mistui in dreapta si in stanga pe toate popoarele de jur imprejur, iar Ierusalimul va fi locuit iarasi la locul lui cel vechi. Capeteniile. Ebr. ’alluphim. O mica schimbare a vocalizarii (vezi Vol. I, p. 25) duce la exprimarea ’alaphim, care poate fi tradusa ,,mii” (1Samuel 10,19) sau ,,triburi” (RSV). Vezi comentariul la Mica 5,2. Incurajati de dovezile puterii ocrotitoare a lui Dumnezeu, familiile lui Iuda isi vor largi hotarele si vor ocupa intreg teritoriul randuit lor de Dumnezeu (vezi Vol. IV, p. 29, 30). Vatra. Ebr. kiyyor, ,,o oala” pentru spalat (Exod 30,18; etc.) sau pentru gatit (1Samuel 2,14); aici in legatura cu ,,foc”, o oala de foc. 12:7 Domnul va mantui mai intai corturile lui Iuda, pentru ca slava casei lui David si fala locuitorilor Ierusalimului sa nu se inalte peste Iuda. Sa nu se inalte. Ca rezultat al ridicarii zonelor rurale, slava teritoriilor de provincie ale lui Iuda va ajunge la fel ca aceea a capitalei, Ierusalimul insusi. 12:8 In ziua aceea, Domnul va ocroti pe locuitorii Ierusalimului, asa ca cel mai slab dintre ei va fi in ziua aceea ca David; si casa lui David va fi ca Dumnezeu, ca Ingerul Domnului inaintea lor. Ca David. Aceste fagaduinte de putere cuceritoare urmau sa-si aiba implinirea prin ramasita lui Iuda. Se spera ca dupa intoarcerea lor din captivitate ei vor conlucra pe deplin cu planurile Cerului. O natiune astfel intemeiata pe Dumnezeu este invincibila. Fiecare individ poate cere aceste fagaduinte in luptele sale impotriva ispitelor si in biruintele sale pentru Domnul (vezi DA 250, 251). 12:9 In ziua aceea, voi cauta sa nimicesc toate neamurile care vor veni impotriva Ierusalimului. Voi cauta sa nimicesc. O asigurare in plus cu privire la biruinta asupra oricarei impotrivire dusmane. 12:10 Atunci voi turna peste casa lui David si peste locuitorii Ierusalimului, un duh de indurare si de rugaciune, si isi vor intoarce privirile spre Mine, pe care L-au strapuns. Il vor plange cum plange cineva pe singurul lui fiu, si-L vor plange amarnic, cum plange cineva pe un intai nascut. Indurare. Ebr. chen, un cuvant cu doua nuante de sens fundamentale: 1) ,,insusiri pentru a face pe cineva placut”; ,,farmec” (Proverbe 11,16; 22,1); 2) ,,favoare”, ,,trecere”, gasit adesea in expresii ,,a capata trecere” (Geneza 18,3; 19,19; 32,5; etc.). Chen deriva de la radacina chanan, care inseamna ,,a fi indurator”. Rugaciune. Ebr. tachanumim, de la radacina chanan. Cuvantul tradus ,,indurare” (vezi mai sus la ,,Indurare”) este de asemenea din aceasta radacina. Prezicerea cu privire la revarsarea unui ,,duh de indurare si de rugaciune”, a fost inteleasa in diverse moduri. Expresia ,,duh de indurare” poate fi interpretata ca insemnand un duh care umbla dupa favoare. Daca sensul este acesta a doua expresie ,,duh de rugaciune” este in primul rand o apozitie a celei dintai, iar traducerea poate fi urmatoarea: ,,un duh care cauta favoare”, adica ,,un duh rugandu-se dupa favoare”. Inteles astfel, profetul prevede aici o redesteptare spirituala la scara larga, venita dintr-o noua intelegere a pacatoseniei pacatului si caracterizata printr-o cautare staruitoare dupa neprihanirea lui Hristos. Privind la Mesia cel ,,strapuns” vazand in El implinirea tuturor tipurilor Vechiului Testament, intelegand ca niciodata mai inainte minunata iubire a lui Dumnezeu manifestata in darul Fiului Sau, oamenii vor deplange amarnic defectele lor de caracter din trecut. Plansul amarnic asa ,,cum plange cineva pe singurul lui fiu” poate fi si de durere din pricina mortii lui Mesia, o durere precum aceea pe care ar fi simtit-o o natiune pregatita sa-L primeasca pe Mesia. Zaharia prezinta aici viitorul lui Israel asa cum ar fi putut sa fie. Planul lui Dumnezeu era ca intregul pamant sa fie pregatit pentru prima venire a lui Hristos (vezi PK 704). Cat de deosebita ar fi fost istoria poporului iudeu si a Ierusalimului daca oamenii ar fi primit darul Fiului iubit al lui Dumnezeu (vezi DA 576, 577)! Daca ar fi venit la o natiune astfel pregatita pentru a-L primi si daca dintr-odata El ar fi fost ,,strapuns”, cat de mare ar fi fost durerea lor! Durerea lor ar fi fost si mai mare la intelegerea faptului ca propriile lor pacate fusesera acelea care Ii pricinuisera moartea. Totusi, aceste cuvinte urmeaza sa aiba inca o implinire. Pare sa fie o aluzie la Zaharia 12,10 in Matei 24,30, ,,atunci… toate semintiile pamantului se vor boci, si vor vedea pe Fiul omului venind pe norii cerului cu putere si cu o mare slava”, si in Apocalipsa 1,7: ,,Iata ca El vine pe nori. Si orice ochi Il va vedea; si cei ce L-au strapuns. Si toate semintiile pamantului se vor boci din pricina Lui!” Cuvantul tradus ,,boci” in Apocalipsa 1,7 este acelasi cu cel tradus prin ,,boci” in Matei 24,30, si cu cel din LXX la Zaharia 12,10. Bocirea descrisa aici reprezinta experienta acelora care L-au lepadat pe Hristos la prima Sa venire. Cand Il vor vedea in toata slava Lui la a doua venire, isi vor da seama de deplina insemnatate a faptei lor (vezi DA 580). Fara indoiala ,,cei mai violenti adversari ai adevarului si poporului Sau” (GC 637) din alte vremuri vor fi cuprinsi si ei in prezicerea facuta aici. Vezi si EW 179. Strapuns. Ebr. daqar. Cuvantul este adesea folosit cu privire la strapungerea cu o arma (Numeri 25,8; Judecatori 9,54; 1Samuel 31,4; 1Cronici 10,4). Ioan consemneaza ca textul acesta sa implinit cand unul dintre romani I-a impuns coasta lui Isus (Ioan 19,37). 12:11 In ziua aceea, va fi jale mare in Ierusalim, ca jalea din Hadadrimon in valea Meghidonului. Hadadrimon. Un nume compus, alcatuit din numele a doua zeitati siriene, Hadad si Rimon. Semnificatia termenului nu este clara. Unii considera ca Hadadrimon era o localitate in valea din apropierea de Meghido si ca se face referire la moartea lui Iosia, care a primit rani de moarte cand l-a atacat pe Neco, imparatul Egiptului, in valea Meghido. Moartea regelui a determinat un doliu special (2Cronici 35,20-25). S-au facut mai multe incercari de a identifica localitatea, insa lipsite de succes. Altii considera ca ,,jalea din Hadadrimon” se refera la vreun ritual pagan. Faptul ca termenul Hadadrimon este compus din numele a doua zeitati siriene ar putea sa ofere un oarecare sprijin acestei conceptii. 12:12 Tara se va jeli, fiecare familie deosebit: familia casei lui David deosebit, si femeile ei deosebit; familia casei lui Natan deosebit, si femeile ei deosebit; Fiecare familie deosebit. Enumerarea diferitelor familii in v. 12 si 13, terminandu-se cu expresia ,,toate celelalte familii” (v. 14) ofera tabloul unui bocet universal. ,,Casa lui David” reprezinta familia regala. Natan a fost fiul lui David (1Cronici 3,5). S-ar putea sa fi fost desemnat tocmai el pentru ca Zorobabel era un descendent al lui David prin Natan (Luca 3,27.31). Levitii ii reprezinta pe conducatorii spirituali. Ca si in cazul casei lui David, este mentionata o familie proeminenta – familia lui Natan. Cu privire la familia lui Simei, vezi Numeri 3,17.18.21. Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
