80:1 Ia aminte, Pastorul lui Israel, Tu, care povatuiesti pe Iosif ca pe o turma! Arata-Te in stralucirea Ta, Tu, care sezi pe heruvimi! INTRODUCERE. - Psalmul 80 a fost scris intr-un timp de mare nenorocire nationala. El este o rugaciune pentru redobandirea a bunavointei lui Dumnezeu de catre poporul Sau. In aceasta elegie frumoasa si patetica, psalmistul il aseamana pe Israel cu o vita de vie cultivata candva cu grija si care fusese transplantata din Egipt, dar care acum era expusa prapadului. Psalmul e marcat printr un refren care revine, cu usoare modificari, in v. 3.7.14.19. Aranjamentul in strofe e neregulat. Cu privire la autorul psalmului, vezi COL 214, cf. v. 8. Cu privire la preambul, vezi p. 617, 628. 1. Ia aminte. Vezi la Psalm 20,1; 55,1. Pastorul lui Israel. Israel e turma lui Dumnezeu (vezi la Psalm 23,1-4; cf. Psalm 74,1; 77,20; Psalm 78,52; Genesa 49,24). Heruvimi. Mai de graba "heruvim" (vezi la Psalm 18,10). "Heruvimi" este de fapt un plural dublu, format prin adaugarea lui i, semnul pluralului [in rom.], la im, semnul pluralului ebraic. Cu privire la heruvimii de pe chivot, vezi la Exod 25,18. 80:2 Trezeste-Ti puterea, inaintea lui Efraim, Beniamin si Manase, si vino in ajutorul nostru! Efraim. Cele trei semintii mentionate aici erau urmasii acelorasi mame (vezi Genesa 46,19. 20; Numeri 2,18-24; 10,22-24). 80:3 Ridica-ne, Dumnezeule, fa sa straluceasca Fata Ta, si vom fi scapati! Ridica-ne. [Reintoarce-ne, KJV]. Un refren care apare in forme diferite si dezvoltate in v. 7, 14 si 19. Dumnezeule. Ebr. 'Elohim. Refrenul din v. 7 si 14 au 'Elohim seba'oth, "Dumnezeul ostirilor" (vezi Psalm 24,10; vezi vol. I, p. 170-173). Sa straluceasca fata Ta. Vezi Psalm 4,6; 67,1. 80:4 Doamne, Dumnezeul ostirilor, pana cand Te vei mania, cu toata rugaciunea poporului Tau? Doamne, Dumnezeul ostirilor. Vezi la Psalm 24,10; cf. Psalm 59,5; 80,19; 84,8. Cu toata rugaciunea. [impotriva rugaciunii, KJV]. Dumnezeu parea sa fie manios chiar si atunci cand poporul Sau se ruga (vezi Plangeri 3,44). 80:5 Ii hranesti cu o paine de lacrimi, si-i adapi cu lacrimi din plin. Din plin. [Cu o mare masura, KJV]. Dumnezeu parea sa le dea cu masura intristarea, asa cum cineva masoara altcuiva bautura. Cat priveste o paralela ugaritica, vezi la Psalm 42,3. 80:6 Ne faci sa fim marul de cearta al vecinilor nostri, si vrajmasii nostri rad de noi intre ei. Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 80:7 Ridica-ne, Dumnezeul ostirilor! Fa sa straluceasca Fata Ta, si vom fi scapati! Dumnezeul ostirilor. Refrenul este dezvoltat de la "Dumnezeule" la "Dumnezeul ostirilor", poate intr-o incercare de a dovedi o si mai mare staruinta (vezi la v. 4). 80:8 Tu ai adus o vie din Egipt, ai izgonit neamuri, si ai sadit-o. Tu ai adus. Psalmistul il descrie acum pe Israel asa cum fusese cand si asa cum ajunsese acum folosind simbolul unei vite de vie. Descrierea este facuta cu multa frumusete si cu mult patos (v. 8-19). Vie. Folosita adesea ca simbol pentru Israel (vezi Isaia 5,1-7; Osea 10,1; DA 675). La intrarea in Templul de pe vremea lui Isus, o vita facuta din aur si din argint reprezenta pe Israel ca o vita rodnica si prospera (vezi DA 575; cf. Ioan 15,1-5). Ai izgonit. Dumnezeu a alungat popoarele Palestinei pentru pacatul lor si a permis ca Israel sa mosteneasca pamanturile lor (vezi Exod 3,8; 33,2). 80:9 Ai facut loc inaintea ei: si ea a dat radacini si a umplut tara. Ai facut loc. Ebr. panah, sugerand aici ideea de "a defrisa". E clar descrisa purtarea de grija a lui Dumnezeu. Umplut. Extinderea domeniului lui Israel e reprezentata printr-o vita bogata care se intinde peste o suprafata intinsa. 80:10 Muntii erau acoperiti de umbra ei, si ramurile ei erau ca niste cedri ai lui Dumnezeu. Cedri ai lui Dumnezeu. [Cedrii frumosi, KJV]. Cuvintele adaugate "ca niste" sunt mai bine omise. Pasajul este mai simplu tradus "cedrii frumosi erau acoperiti cu ramurile lor". Psalmul descrie hotarele lui Israel ca intinzandu-se spre nord pana in Liban. 80:11 Isi intindea mladitele pana la mare, si lastarii pana la Rau. Mare. Mediterana la vest. Rau. Eufratul, hotarul estic (vezi Iosua 1,4; vezi la 1 Regi 4,21). 80:12 Pentru ce i-ai rupt gardul acum, de-o jefuiesc toti trecatorii? Gardul. Vezi Isaia 5.5. Parea ca Dumnezeu lasase hotarele lui Israel nepazite. 80:13 O rama mistretul din padure, si o mananca fiarele campului. Rama. Asa cum fiarele salbatice precum mistretul salbatic, leul, tigrul, lupul prapadesc via, tot asa vrajmasii lui Israel pustiesc tara. 80:14 Dumnezeul ostirilor, intoarce-Te iarasi! Priveste din cer, si vezi! Cerceteaza via aceasta! Dumnezeul ostirilor. Vezi la v. 4. Cer. Locul unde locuieste Dumnezeu. (vezi 1 Regi 8,30.34.36.39.43, etc.). Cerceteaza. Nu din manie, ci din mila. 80:15 Ocroteste ce a sadit dreapta Ta, si pe fiul, pe care Ti l-ai ales! Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 80:16 Ea este arsa de foc, este taiata! De mustrarea Fetei Tale, ei pier! Arsa. Versetul acesta descrie starea dezolanta a viei, ca si cum ar fi fost nimicita de foc si de secure. 80:17 Mana Ta sa fie peste omul dreptei Tale, peste fiul omului, pe care Ti l-ai ales! Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 80:18 Si atunci nu ne vom mai departa de Tine. Invioreaza-ne iarasi, si vom chema Numele Tau. Invioreaza-ne. Adica adu-ne la viata. Vom chema Numele. Adica ne vom inchina Tie. Psalmistul vorbeste pentru natiune. Daca biserica si-ar respecta juruintele, cat de rapid s-ar putea face lucrarea lui Dumnezeu pe pamant! 80:19 Doamne, Dumnezeul ostirilor, ridica-ne iarasi! Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
