30:1 Moise a vorbit capeteniilor semintiilor copiilor lui Israel, si a zis: Iata ce porunceste Domnul. Capeteniile semintiilor. In cap. 1,4.16; 7,2 etc., se face referire la aceiasi oameni. Sunt folosite diferite expresii, ,,capeteniile semintiilor voastre si batranii vostri” (Deutronom 5,23), ,,toata adunarea copiilor lui Israel” (Iosua 18,1; 22,12), ,,capeteniile intregului popor” (Iosua 20,2), ,,tot Israelul” (1 Samuel 7,5), ,,toate capeteniile lui Israel, capeteniile semintiilor” (1 Cronici 28,1), ,,batranii lui Israel si toate capeteniile semintiilor, capii familiilor copiilor lui Israel” (2 Cronici 5,2), ,,capetenii si batrani” (Ezra 10,8). 30:2 Cand un om va face o juruinta Domnului, sau un juramant prin care se va lega printr-o fagaduiala, sa nu-si calce cuvantul, ci sa faca potrivit cu tot ce i-a iesit din gura. O juruinta. O asigurare sau fagaduinta de a-I da ceva lui Dumnezeu: fagaduinta unei slujiri personale, ca a lui Iacov la Betel (Geneza 29,20; 31,13), consacrarea de catre Ana a fiului ei (1 Samuel 1,11), juruinta lui Iefta cu privire la fiica lui (Judecatori 11,30.39). Se va lega. O obligatie, aceea a abtinerii de la vin, mancare etc. (vezi 1 Samuel 14,24; Psalmi 132,2; Fapte 23,21). Verbul ebraic este adesea folosit cu sensul de ,,a lega”, ,,a intemnita”, a ,,inhama”. Sa nu-si calce cuvantul. Literal, ,,sa nu dezlege cuvantul fagaduielii sale”, in sensul de ,,a elibera”, ,,a se elibera de obligatie”, ,,a face legal”, ,,a profana”. A nu aduce la indeplinire o juruinta solemna fata de Dumnezeu este un act de josnica ingratitudine si o neglijenta pacatoasa (Deutronom 23,21; Eclesiast 5,4; Matei 5,33). Este mai bine ca omul sa nu faca nici o juruinta, decat sa promita si sa nu implineasca (Eclesiast 5,2-5). 30:3 Cand o femeie va face o juruinta Domnului si se va lega printr-o fagaduiala, in tineretea ei si in casa tatalui ei, Cand o femeie va face o juruinta. O femeie nemaritata era considerata ca fiind sub stapanirea tatalui ei si din cauza aceasta nu era libera sa-si faca planuri si sa ia hotarari fara sfatul si consimtamantul acestuia. Femeile in varsta necasatorite nu sunt amintite. 30:4 si tatal ei va afla de juruinta pe care a facut-o ea si de fagaduiala cu care s-a legat, daca nu-i zice nimic in ziua cand afla de juruinta ei, toate juruintele ei vor fi primite, si orice fagaduiala cu care s-a legat ea, va fi primita; Nu-i zice nimic. Literal ,,a fi linistit”, sau ,,a nu obiecta nimic”. Juruintele ei vor fi primite. Nu era de competenta tatalui sa anuleze nici o parte a juruintei, daca nu avea de obiectat cand auzea despre ea, sau cand fiica lui i-a adus-o la cunostinta. 30:5 dar daca tatal ei nu-i da voie in ziua cand ia cunostinta de juruinta ei, toate juruintele ei si toate fagaduielile cu care se va fi legat ea, nu vor avea nici o tarie; si Domnul o va ierta, pentru ca nu i-a dat voie tatal ei. In ziua. Adica de indata ce aude. Nu-i da voie. Pentru a face obligatorie juruinta sau fagaduiala era nevoie de consimtamantul tatalui. Daca, afland despre juruinta, el nu zicea nimic, tacerea lui era considerata ca un consimtamant. Daca tatal facea obiectiuni, tanara fata era libera de juruinta sau legamantul ei, nemaifiind obligata sa-l aduca la indeplinire. 30:6 Cand se va marita, dupa ce a facut juruinte sau dupa ce s-a legat printr-un cuvant iesit de pe buzele ei, Cand se va marita. Aceeasi regula urma sa se aplice si unei tinere femei logodite, care mai locuia in casa tatalui ei, pentru ca un barbat logodit avea drepturi in legatura cu mireasa lui logodita. De exemplu, daca ea comitea adulter, era omorata cu pietre intocmai ca si cand ar fi avut loc deja casatoria. Ea si toata averea ei erau considerate ca apartinand logodnicului ei (Deutronom 22,23.24, vezi si Matei 1,19.20). A facut juruinte. Literal, ,,si juruintele ei sunt asupra ei”. Juruinta putea sa fi fost luata inainte de logodirea ei si pe atunci avea consimtamantul tatalui ei. Acum ea este logodita si legal se afla sub jurisdictia logodnicului ei, iar acesta putea cere sa renunte la juruinta ei. 30:7 si barbatul ei va lua cunostinta de lucrul acesta, si nu-i va zice nimic in ziua cand va lua cunostinta de ele, juruintele ei vor ramane in picioare; si fagaduielile cu care se va fi legat ea vor ramane in picioare; Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 30:8 dar daca barbatul ei nu-i da voie in ziua cand ia cunostinta de juruinta ei, el va desfiinta juruinta pe care a facut-o si cuvantul scapat de pe buzele ei, cu care s-a legat ea; si Domnul o va ierta. Daca barbatul ei. Compara cu v.5, unde este aplicat acelasi principiu unei fiice in casa tatalui ei, ca unei logodnice in legatura cu logodnicul ei. 30:9 Juruinta unei femei vaduve sau despartite de barbat, fagaduinta cu care se va fi legat ea, va ramane in picioare pentru ea. Femei vaduve. Atat o vaduva, cat si o femeie divortata erau libere sa faca juruinte si sa le aduca la indeplinire. Totusi, o vaduva sau o femeie divortata, care se intorcea in casa tatalui ei si era sub ocrotirea lui avea sa fie din nou supusa autoritatii lui. Cuvantul tradus ,,despartita” este, literal, ,,a da drumul”. Regulile din Deutronom 24,1 sunt presupuse si aici. 30:10 Cand o femeie, fiind inca in casa barbatului ei, va face juruinte sau se va lega cu vreun juramant, Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 30:11 si barbatul ei va afla de lucru acesta, daca nu-i zice nimic si n-o opreste, toate juruintele ei vor ramane in picioare, si toate fagaduintele prin care se va fi legat ea, vor ramane in picioare; Juruintele ei. Daca juruinta a fost facuta pe cand mai traia sotul, intr-un caz, sau inainte ca sotia sa divorteze, in celalalt caz, si nu se facuse obiectiune, atunci juruinta trebuia sa fie adusa la indeplinire de femeia care a facut-o. Schimbarea starii civile nu afecta juruintele obligatorii anterioare. 30:12 dar daca barbatul ei nu le primeste in ziua cand afla de ele, orice juruinta si orice fagaduiala iesite de pe buzele ei nu vor avea nici un pret, barbatul ei nu le-a primit; si Domnul o va ierta. Nu vor avea nici un pret. O vaduva sau o femeie divortata nu era raspunzatoare pentru juruintele anulate anterior de barbatul ei. 30:13 Barbatul ei poate intari si barbatul ei poate desfiinta orice juruinta, orice juramant cu care se leaga ea ca sa-si mahneasca sufletul. Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 30:14 Si anume, daca nu-i zice nimic zi de zi, dupa ce afla de lucrul acesta, el intareste astfel toate juruintele si toate fagaduielile cu care s-a legat ea; le intareste pentru ca nu i-a zis nimic in ziua cand a aflat de ele. Daca nu-i zice nimic. Tacerea lui, cand isi dadea pe deplin seama de ce facuse ea, stabilea si confirma juruintele ei. 30:15 Dar daca nu le primeste, dupa ce a trecut ziua in care le-a aflat, va fi vinovat de pacatul nevestei lui. Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
