14:40 Dar toate sa se faca in chip cuviincios si cu randuiala.

Cu randuiala. [,,In ordine”, KJV]. Gr. kata taxin, ,,dupa rang”, ,,potrivit aranjamentului”. Expresia era folosita ca un termen militar aratand regularitatea si ordinea in care o armata se alinia in siruri in aranjament ordonat. Multe intrebari s-ar putea pune cu privire la metodele si formele de cult in biserica, dar bunul simt si respectul cuvenit lui Dumnezeu vor arata care e corespunzatoare si vor impiedica pe inchinatori de la excese. Totul ar trebui sa fie facut cu bunacuviinta, asa cum se cuvine Creatorului Atotputernic, si n-ar trebui sa fie nici o confuzie, nici un zgomot care nu e necesar, sau dezordine (vezi Hab 2:20; Ev 314, 636, 637; Ed 243; PK 48, 49; PP 303; 4T 626).

Crestinul ar trebui sa se fereasca totdeauna de formalism in cultul public. Dumnezeu nu doreste parada externa si etalare de talent, ci devotiune sincera si iubitoare fata de El exprimata in rugaciune si lauda (vezi Ioan 4:24; 9T 143). Demnitatea si respectul sunt esentiale, dar ele vor fi inspirate de un autentic simt al maiestatii si maretiei lui Dumnezeu, si nu de vreun raspuns la indemnurile inimii firesti la inaltare de sine. Pentru ca inchinarea noastra sa fie cu adevarat plina de respect, ea trebuie sa fie condusa in asa fel incat toti cei de fata sa ia parte in chip inteligent la tot ceea ce se face. De aceea, orice folosire a unei vorbiri care nu e inteleasa, e cu totul nelalocul ei, afara de cazul ca o astfel de limba e talmacita pentru folosul tuturor. NOTA ADITIONALA LA CAPITOLUL 14

Doua vederi principale sunt sustinute cu privire la darul limbilor asa cum e tratat in cap. 14:

(1) Ca manifestarea trebuie sa fie descrisa in termenii fenomenului limbilor din Ziua Cincizecimii (Fapte 2); ca limba vorbita sub influenta darului era o limba straina, limba care putea fi usor inteleasa de un strain de limba aceea; ca vorbirii intr-o limba straina in biserica atunci cand nu era de fata nimeni care sa inteleaga limba, corintenii perverteau functiunea darului; si ca aceasta rea intrebuintare era ceea ce mustra Pavel. (2) Ca manifestarea era diferita de aceea din Ziua Cincizecimii; ca limba nu era una vorbita de oameni, si ca in felul acesta nici un om nu putea intelege afara de cazul ca era prezent un talmacitor care poseda darul Duhului pentru a intelege limba (1Cor 12:10); ca functiunea lui era de a intari credinta noilor convertiti (1Cor 14:22; cf. Fapte 10:44–46; 11:15) si pentru a procura zidire spirituala personala (1Cor 14:4); ca Pavel mustra in 1Cor 14 exercitarea in adunari publice a acestui dar, randuit in primul rand pentru zidire particulara, personala. Alte vederi combina elemente ale acestor doua.

Ar fi de ajutor la o considerare a acestei chestiuni sa se enumere caracteristicile darului limbilor asa cum s-au manifestat la Ziua Cincizecimii si in Corint. In ce priveste o tratare a darului la Ziua Cincizecimii, vezi Fapte 2:4. Darul cu prilejul acela era clar o capacitate de a vorbi in limbi straine, si scopul darului a fost de a inlesni raspandirea Evangheliei (cf. AA 39, 40). A doua functiune poate fi vazuta in experienta lui Petru in casa lui Corneliu, unde manifestarea darului a convins pe Petru si pe crestinii iudei sceptici care erau cu el ca Dumnezeu primea neamurile (vezi Fapte 10:46), si de asemenea a convins pe Corneliu si pe cei care erau cu el ca lucrarea lui Petru purta semnatura cerului.

Cu privire la darul manifestat mai tarziu in Corint sunt notate urmatoarele caracteristici: (1) Darul este inferior profetiei (1Cor 14:1). (2) Cel care vorbea in limbi se adresa lui Dumnezeu, nu oamenilor (v. 2). (3) Nimeni nu intelegea pe cel care vorbea in limbi (v. 2). (4) Vorbitorul era ,,in duh”, adica intr-o stare de extaz (1Cor 14:2, 14; cf. cele de al Apoc 1:10). (5) Cel care vorbea, rostea taine (1cor 14:2; in ce priveste o definitie a tainelor vezi Rom 11:25). (6) Cel care vorbea se zidea pe sine, nu biserica (1Cor 14:4). (7) Pavel dorea ca toti sa aiba darul (v. 5). (8)Cel care vorbea trebuia sa se roage ca sa si talmaceasca asa incat biserica sa poata fi zidita (v. 12, 13). (9) Priceperea sau mintea e neroditoare cand cineva se roaga intr-o ,,limba”, aratand prin aceasta ca experienta nu e a unei minti constiente (v. 14). (10) Darul era un semn pentru cei care nu credeau

(v. 22). (11) Darul trebuia sa fie folosit in biserica numai daca era prezent un talmacitor (v. 27); altminteri vorbitorul trebuia sa-si vorbeasca numai lui insusi si lui Dumnezeu (v. 28). Corintenii erau indemnati sa nu impiedice vorbirea in limbi (v. 39).

Aceasta lista de caracteristici ale darului lamureste faptul ca apostolul nu se ocupa de un dar contrafacut. El trecuse ,,limbile” intre darurile autentice ale duhului (cap. 12:8-10), si nicaieri nu sugereaza ca manifestarea descrisa in cap. 14 nu e de la Dumnezeu. Dimpotriva, el il lauda (cap. 14:5, 17), pretinde ca el vorbea in limbi mai mult decat corintenii (v. 18), doreste ca toti sa aiba darul, si indeamna pe credinciosi sa nu opreasca exercitarea darului (v. 39). Tinta lui in tot cursul tratarii e de a arata locul lui cuvenit si functiunea lui legitima si sa avertizeze contra abuzarii de el.

Corintenii abuzau de acest dar; este un lucru evident. Ei vorbeau in limbi in biserica atunci cand nu era de fata nici un talmacitor si cand nimeni in afara de vorbitor nu avea vreun folos. Pare ca mai multi vorbeau in acelasi timp, si in timp ce altii profetizau, sau invatau, etc. Aceasta avea drept urmare o confuzie generala (v. 26-33, 40).

Intrebarea daca limbile foloseau un limbaj vorbit sau unul necunoscut oamenilor, sau simple sunete nearticulate, a fost mult dezbatuta de comentatori. Aceia care cred ca vorbirea era intr-o limba straina pentru vorbitor dar inteleasa de cei care cunosteau limba, argumenteaza prin ceea ce ei numesc analogia Scripturii, ca darul din Corint ar trebui sa fie explicat pe temeiul manifestarilor din Ziua Cincizecimii (Fapte 2) si din alte ocazii (Fapte 10:44–46; 11:15; 19:6) si ca deci scopul era clar de a face in stare pe oameni sa predice Evanghelia in limbi mai inainte necunoscute pentru ei. Pasaje ca 1Cor 14:2, care arata ca nimeni nu intelege, ei le interpreteaza ca insemnand ca nimeni din cei de fata nu intelege, desi strainii ar putea sa inteleaga. Ei arata mai departe ca e dificil de a concepe ca Duhul Sfant S-ar manifesta intr-o limba necunoscuta in circumstante ca acelea din cap.

Aceia care sustin ca fenomenul consta din sunete neinteligibile fara legatura cu vreun limbaj omenesc, argumenteaza ca acesta e felul cel mai natural de a interpreta diferitele pasaje despre care e vorba, si ca aceasta este concluzia inevitabila de tras cand sunt luate in consideratie toate caracteristicile prezentate. Ei cred ca ilustratiile lui Pavel din v. 76-10 sunt intentionate sa arate ca exprimarile erau fie sunete nearticulate, fie o limba cu neputinta de a fi inteleasa de oameni afara de cazul ca erau stapaniti de Duhul si ca erau inzestrati cu darul talmacirii (cap. 12:10).

Indiferent care vedere este adoptata, un lucru e sigur, ca manifestarea darului la Ziua Cincizecimii si scopul pentru care fusese dat (Fapte 2) diferea in multe privinte de darul manifestat la Corint. Darul de la Corint servea sa zideasca pe cel care vorbea, nu pe altii (1Cor 14:4). Pavel nu incuraja folosirea lui in public afara de cazul ca era de fata un talmacitor (v. 12, 13, 27). El nu recomanda folosirea lui in biserica (v. 19, 28). Adresarea era catre Dumnezeu, nu catre oameni (v. 2, 28). Cel care vorbea era intr-o stare de extaz, cu mintea sa constienta adormita (v. 14). Lucrurile acestea nu erau adevarate cu privire la darul care s-a revarsat asupra ucenicilor la Ziua Cincizecimii. Capacitatea de a vorbi in limbi straine era in mod deosebit intentionata spre a zidi pe altii. El a fost acordat asa fel ca ucenicii sa poata predica Evanghelia fara serviciile unui talmacitor. Adresarea in limbi era pentru oameni, nu pentru Dumnezeu, si vorbitorul nu era intr-o stare extatica, ci functiona chiar asa ca cineva care ar fi dobandit indemanarea de a vorbi in acea limba prin studiu (vezi Fapte 2).

Din cauza unor obscuritati cu privire la felul precis in care se manifesta in vechime darul limbilor, lui Satana i-a venit usor sa contrafaca darul. Strigate incoerente erau bine cunoscute si larg intalnite la cultul pagan. La fel si mai tarziu, sub masca crestinismului, au aparut din timp in timp diferite manifestari de asa zise limbi. Totusi, cand aceste manifestari sunt comparate cu specificarile biblice ale darului limbilor, ele sunt gasite ca sunt ceva cu totul contrar darului dat pe vremuri de Duhul. Aceste manifestari trebuie deci sa fie respinse ca false. Totusi, prezenta contrafacerii nu trebuie sa ne determine sa vorbim nedemn despre ceea ce este autentic. Dreapta manifestare a darului cu care se ocupa Pavel in 1Cor 14 indeplinea o functiune folositoare. E adevarat, se abuza de el, dar Pavel cauta sa corecteze abuzurile si sa puna lucrarea darului la locul lui si in functia lui cuvenita. COMENTARIILE ELLEN G. WHITE

Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here. Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.

Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.

1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.

2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.

3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.

4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).

5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.

6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.

7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.

8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.


How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones

It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP) technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.

A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).

The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version. Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain the software to be installed on your mobile phone.

I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing, to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.

There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor) files. These JAD files has to be uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).

There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid

Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of the software.


1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
 

If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is enough to access https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/  from the browser of the mobile phone, and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more). After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile phone.

Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.

2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone

Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile phones.

If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared port of the computer (preferable laptop).

c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g. on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have larger fonts, full screen display etc.

3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone

Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check if exists).

4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:

a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next, you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the JAR desired file.

5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to download and run Java applications.


Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific models.

Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
