40:1 MĂRTURIA SCRIPTURII 40:2 Scripturile arată în mod lămurit legătura dintre Dumnezeu şi Hristos şi înfăţişează cât se poate de limpede personalitatea şi individualitatea fiecăruia. 40:3 "După ce a vorbit în vechime părinţilor noştri prin prooroci, în multe rânduri şi în multe chipuri, Dumnezeu, la sfârşitul acestor zile, ne-a vorbit prin Fiul, pe care L-a pus moştenitor al tuturor lucrurilor şi prin care a făcut veacurile. El, care este oglindirea slavei Lui şi întipărirea Fiinţei Lui, şi care ţine toate lucrurile cu Cuvântul puterii Lui, a făcut curăţirea păcatelor, şi a şezut la dreapta măririi în locurile prea înalte, ajungând cu atât mai pe sus de îngeri, cu cât a moştenit un Nume mult mai minunat decât al lor. Căci, căruia dintre îngeri a zis El vreodată: 'Tu eşti Fiul Meu; astăzi te-am născut?' Şi iarăşi: 'Eu Îi voi fi Tată, şi El Îmi va fi Fiu?'" (Evrei 1,1-5) Dumnezeu este Tatăl lui Hristos; Hristos este Fiul lui Dumnezeu. Lui Hristos I s-a dat o poziţie proslăvită. El a fost făcut egal cu Tatăl. Toate gândurile lui Dumnezeu sunt descoperite Fiului Său. 40:4 Isus le-a zis iudeilor: "Tatăl Meu lucrează până acum, şi Eu de asemenea lucrez Fiul nu poate face nimic de la Sine; 40:5 El nu face decât ce vede pe Tatăl făcând; şi tot ce face Tatăl, face şi Fiul întocmai. Căci Tatăl iubeşte pe Fiul, şi-I arată tot ce face." (Ioan 5,17-20) Aici este înfăţişată din nou personalitatea Tatălui şi a Fiului, arătându-ni-se unitatea care există între Ei. 40:6 Această unitate mai este prezentată şi în capitolul 17 din Ioan, în rugăciunea lui Hristos pentru ucenicii Săi: "Mă rog nu numai pentru ei, ci şi pentru cei ce vor crede în Mine prin cuvântul lor. Mă rog ca toţi să fie una, cum Tu, Tată, eşti în Mine, şi Eu în Tine; ca şi ei să fie una în noi, pentru ca lumea să creadă că Tu M-ai trimis. Eu le-am dat slava, pe care Mi-ai dat-o Tu, pentru ca ei să fie una, cum şi noi suntem una, - Eu în ei şi Tu în Mine - pentru ca ei să fie în chip desăvârşit una, ca să cunoască lumea că Tu M-ai trimis, şi că i-ai iubit, cum M-ai iubit pe Mine." (Ioan 17,20-23) Minunată afirmaţie! Unitatea care există între Hristos şi ucenicii Lui nu distruge personalitatea nici unuia dintre ei. Ei sunt una în intenţie, în gând, în caracter, dar nu ca persoană. Dumnezeu şi Hristos sunt una în felul acesta. 40:7 Legătura dintre Tatăl şi Fiul şi personalitatea amândurora mai sunt lămurite şi în această Scriptură: 40:8 "Aşa vorbeşte Domnul Oştirilor: Iată că un om, al cărui nume este Odrasla, Va odrăsli din locul lui, Şi va zidi Templul Domnului Va purta podoabă împărătească, Va şedea şi va stăpâni pe scaunul Lui de domnie, Va fi preot pe scaunul Lui de domnie, Şi o desăvârşită unire va domni între ei amândoi." (Zah. 6,12.13) 40:9 "DUMNEZEUL CEL VEŞNIC" 40:10 În Scripturi se vorbeşte despre Dumnezeu, ca fiind "veşnicul Dumnezeu". Numele acesta cuprinde trecutul, prezentul şi viitorul. Dumnezeu este din veşnicie până-n veşnicie. El este Cel veşnic. 40:11 "Dumnezeul cel veşnic este un loc de adăpost, Şi sub braţele Lui cele veşnice este un loc de scăpare. El a izgonit pe vrăjmaş dinaintea ta, Şi a zis: 'Nimiceşte-l'. 40:12 Israel este fără frică în locuinţa lui, Izvorul lui Iacov este deoparte Într-o ţară de grâu şi de must, Şi cerul lui picură rouă. Ferice de tine Israele! Cine este ca tine, Un popor mântuit de Domnul, Scutul care îţi dă ajutor, Şi sabia care te face slăvit?" (Deut. 33,27-29) "Înainte ca să se fi născut munţii, Şi înainte ca să se fi făcut pământul şi lumea, Din veşnicie în veşnicie, Tu eşti Dumnezeu! Tu întorci pe oameni în ţărână, Şi zici: 'Întoarceţi-vă fiii oamenilor!' Căci înaintea Ta, o mie de ani Sunt ca ziua de ieri, care a trecut, Şi ca o strajă din noapte. 40:13 Îi mături ca un vis: Dimineaţa, sunt ca iarba, care încolţeşte iarăşi; Înfloreşte dimineaţa şi creşte, Iar seara este tăiată şi se usucă.... 40:14 Învaţă-ne să ne numărăm bine zilele, Ca să căpătăm o inimă înţeleaptă! 40:15 Satură-ne în fiecare dimineaţă de bunătatea Ta, Şi toată viaţa noastră ne vom bucura şi ne vom veseli. Înveseleşte-ne tot atâtea zile câte ne-ai smerit, Tot atâţia ani cât am văzut nenorocirea! Să se arate robilor Tăi lucrarea Ta, Şi slava Ta fiilor Tăi! 40:16 Fie peste noi bunăvoinţa Domnului, Dumnezeului nostru! Şi întăreşte lucrarea mâinilor noastre, Da, întăreşte lucrarea mâinilor noastre!" (Ps. 90,2-6.12.14- 17) 40:17 "Domnul împărăţeşte, îmbrăcat cu măreţie; Domnul este îmbrăcat şi încins cu putere; De aceea lumea este tare şi nu se clatină. Scaunul Tău de domnie este aşezat din vremuri străvechi; Tu eşti din veşnicie." (Ps. 93,1-2) 40:18 IUBITOAREA LUI BUNĂTATE 40:19 "Toate lucrările Lui se împlinesc cu credincioşie. El iubeşte dreptatea şi neprihănirea; Bunătatea Domnului umple pământul Ferice de poporul al cărui Dumnezeu este Domnul! 40:20 Ferice de poporul, pe care Şi-l alege El de moştenire Iată, ochiul Domnului priveşte peste cei ce se tem de El, Peste cei ce nădăjduiesc în bunătatea Lui; Ca să le scape sufletul de la moarte, Şi să-i ţină cu viaţă în mijlocul foametei. Sufletul nostru nădăjduieşte în Domnul; El este Ajutorul şi Scutul nostru. Da, inima noastră îşi găseşte bucuria în El, Căci avem încredere în Numele Lui cel sfânt." (Ps. 33,4.5.12.18-21) 40:21 "Eu am căutat pe Domnul, şi mi-a răspuns: M-a izbăvit din toate temerile mele. 40:22 Când îţi întorci privirile spre El, Te luminezi de bucurie, Şi nu ţi se umple faţa de ruşine. 40:23 Când strigă un nenorocit, Domnul aude Şi-l scapă din toate necazurile lui. 40:24 Îngerul Domnului tăbărăşte în jurul celor ce se tem de El, Şi-i scapă din primejdie. 40:25 Gustaţi şi vedeţi ce bun este Domnul! 40:26 Ferice de omul care se încrede în El! 40:27 Temeţi-vă de Domnul, voi, sfinţii Lui, Căci de nimic nu duc lipsă cei se tem de El! 40:28 Puii de leu duc lipsă, şi li-i foame, Dar cei ce caută pe Domnul nu duc lipsă de nici un bine. 40:29 Când strigă cei fără prihană, Domnul aude, Şi-i scapă din toate necazurile lor. 40:30 Domnul este aproape de cei cu inima înfrântă, Şi mântuieşte pe cei cu duhul zdrobit Domnul scapă sufletul robilor Săi, Şi nici unul din cei ce se încred în El, nu este osândit." (Ps. 34,4-10.17.18.22) 40:31 "Domnul este îndurător şi milostiv Îndelung răbdător şi bogat în bunătate. 40:32 El nu se ceartă fără încetare, Şi nu ţine mânia pe vecie. 40:33 Nu ne face după păcatele noastre, Nu ne pedepseşte după fărădelegile noastre. 40:34 Ci, cât sunt de sus cerurile faţă de pământ, Atât este de mare bunătatea Lui pentru cei ce se tem de El; Cât este de departe răsăritul de apus, Atât de mult depărtează El fărădelegile noastre de la noi. 40:35 Cum se îndură un tată de copiii lui, Aşa Se îndură Domnul de cei ce se tem de El. 40:36 Căci El ştie din ce suntem făcuţi; Îşi aduce aminte că suntem ţărână. 40:37 Omul! Zilele lui sunt ca iarba, Şi înfloreşte ca floarea de pe câmp. 40:38 Când trece un vânt peste ea, nu mai este, Şi locul pe care-l cuprindea, n-o mai cunoaşte. 40:39 Dar bunătatea Domnului ţine în veci pentru cei ce se tem de El, Şi îndurarea Lui pentru copiii copiilor lor, Pentru cei ce păzesc legământul Lui, Şi îşi aduc aminte de poruncile Lui, ca să le împlinească." (Ps. 103,8-18) |

Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
