152:1 Cap. 150 - Logodne cu necredincioşi 152:2 Dragă soră, am cugetat problema căsătoriei cu o persoană care nu are aceeaşi credinţă religioasă ca tine şi mă tem că nu ai cântărit cu atenţie aceste probleme importante. Înainte de a face un pas care îţi va influenţa toată viaţa, te îndemn să consacri pentru acest subiect un timp de meditaţie plin de grijă şi mai ales un timp de rugăciune. Se va dovedi această relaţie o sursă de fericire adevărată? Va fi el un ajutor pentru tine în viaţa de creştin? Ar putea urma şi alţii, în siguranţă, exemplul tău? 152:3 Probe pentru dragoste 152:4 Înainte de a-şi da acceptul în privinţa căsătoriei, fiecare femeie ar trebui să se întrebe dacă cel cu care este pe cale să-şi unească destinul merită. Care este trecutul lui? Este viaţa lui curată? Este dragostea lui pentru ea nobilă, de un caracter elevat, sau este numai o emoţie nebunească? Are el trăsături de caracter care o vor face fericită? Poate ea găsi pace şi bucurie adevărată în afecţiunea lui? Îi va permite el să-şi păstreze individualitatea sau va trebui să-şi subordoneze conştiinţa şi judecata controlului soţului ei? Ca urmaş al lui Hristos, ea nu-şi aparţine, ci a fost cumpărată cu un preţ. Va putea ea să onoreze cererile Mântuitorului mai presus de orice? Vor fi corpul şi sufletul, gândurile şi ţelurile păstrate curate şi sfinte? Aceste întrebări au o importanţă vitală, pentru că îndreaptă asupra binelui fiecărei femei care intră într-o relaţie de căsătorie. 152:5 În cămin este nevoie de religie. Numai aceasta poate preveni problemele grave care atât de adesea amărăsc viaţa de căsătorie. Numai acolo unde domneşte Hristos poate exista o dragoste profundă, adevărată şi neegoistă. Atunci un suflet se va lega de celălalt şi cele două vieţi vor fi unite în armonie. Îngerii Domnului vor fi oaspeţi în cămin şi supravegherea lor sfântă va sfinţi şi onora camera căsătoriei. Senzualitatea degradantă va fi alungată. Dacă gândurile vor fi dirijate spre Dumnezeu, spre El va urca şi devoţiunea inimii. 152:6 Rezultatele neascultării 152:7 Inima arde de dor după dragostea umană, dar această dragoste nu este suficient de puternică sau suficient de pură sau valoroasă pentru a substitui dragostea lui Isus. Numai în Mântuitorul ei va găsi soţia înţelepciune, putere şi har în a-şi purta grijile, responsabilităţile şi supărările vieţii... Ar trebui să facă din Isus puterea şi călăuzitorul ei. Femeile să se predea pe ele însele lui Hristos înaintea oricărui prieten omenesc şi să nu intre în nici o relaţie care va genera conflict cu El. Cei care găsesc adevărata fericire trebuie să aibă binecuvântarea cerului peste tot ceea ce au şi fac. Neascultarea de Dumnezeu umple de mizerie atât de multe case şi inimi. Sora mea, dacă nu vrei să ai un cămin în care umbrele să fie mereu înălţate, nu te uni cu cineva care este duşmanul lui Dumnezeu. 152:8 Ca una care se aşteaptă să întâlnească aceste cuvinte la judecată, te implor să-ţi măsori paşii pe care vrei să-i faci. Întreabă-te: "Nu-mi va conduce un soţ necredincios gândurile departe de Isus? El este iubitor de plăceri mai mult decât iubitor 152:9 de Dumnezeu; nu mă va conduce să mă bucur de lucrurile de care se bucură el?" Cărarea către viaţa veşnică este în trepte şi accidentată. Nu te încărca cu greutăţi suplimentare, care-ţi vor întârzia progresul. 152:10 Aş vrea să te avertizez cu privire la pericolul în care te afli, înainte de a fi prea târziu. Asculţi cuvinte plăcute şi ademenitoare, care te conduc să crezi că va fi bine, dar nu-ţi dai seama de motivele care inspiră aceste discursuri iscusite. Nu poţi vedea adâncurile păcătoşeniei ascunse în inimă. Nu poţi privi în spatele scenelor, în culise, şi să distingi cursele pe care Satana le întinde pentru sufletul tău. El te va conduce să urmezi un astfel de curs, astfel încât el să poată obţine uşor accesul pentru a ţinti cu săgeţile ispitelor spre tine. Nu-i oferi nici cel mai mic avantaj. În timp ce Dumnezeu mişcă minţile slujitorilor Săi, Satana lucrează prin copiii neascultători. Nu există nici o asemănare între Dumnezeu şi Belial. Cei doi nu se pot armoniza. A te uni cu un necredincios înseamnă a te plasa singur pe terenul lui Satana. Vei întrista Spiritul lui Dumnezeu şi vei pierde protecţia Sa. Îţi poţi permite ca în bătălia pentru viaţa veşnică să lupţi împotriva unor forţe mult superioare? 152:11 O logodnă desfăcută 152:12 Poate vei spune: "Dar am promis. Ce pot face acum - să-mi retrag cuvântul?" Eu îţi spun că dacă ai făcut o promisiune ce contravine Scripturilor, prin orice mijloc, retrage-ţi cuvântul fără întârziere şi în umilinţă faţă de Dumnezeu, căieşte-te de orbirea ce te-a condus să faci în grabă o astfel de promisiune. Mult mai bine este să dai înapoi de la o astfel de promisiune, în teamă de Dumnezeu, decât să o păstrezi şi astfel să-L dezonorezi pe Creatorul tău. 152:13 Aminteşte-ţi, ai de câştigat cerul şi de evitat cărarea care duce la pierzare. Dumnezeu pune în aplicare ceea ce spune. Când le-a interzis primilor noştri părinţi să mănânce din fructul pomului cunoştinţei binelui şi răului, neascultarea lor a deschis porţile în faţa duşmanului pentru întreaga lume. Dacă umblăm contrar dorinţei lui Dumnezeu, şi El va umbla în contra noastră. Singurul curs sigur pentru noi este să dăm ascultare tuturor poruncilor Sale, oricât ne-ar costa. Toate aceste porunci sunt bazate pe dragoste şi înţelepciune. - T5 361-365 152:14 __________ 152:15 Judecata matură - un lucru esenţial 152:16 Binele societăţii, la fel ca şi cel mai înalt interes al studenţilor, cere ca ei să nu încerce să-şi aleagă un partener de viaţă atâta timp cât propriul lor caracter nu este încă dezvoltat, judecata lor este lipsită de maturitate şi atâta timp cât sunt lipsiţi de asemenea de grija şi îndrumarea părintească... 152:17 Cei care încearcă să-i apere pe tineri de ispită şi să-i pregătească pentru o viaţă plină de utilitate s-au angajat într-o lucrare bună. Suntem bucuroşi să vedem în orice instituţie de învăţământ o recunoaştere a importanţei unei restricţii şi discipline adecvate pentru tineri. Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
