33:1 Cap. 31 - Siguranţă prin dragoste 33:2 Puterea iubirii. Iubirea are o putere minunată, căci ea este divină. Răspunsul blând, care "potoleşte mânia", dragostea care este "îndelung răbdătoare şi plină de bunătate", mila care acoperă "o sumedenie de păcate" - o, dacă am învăţa aceste lecţii, cu ce putere de vindecare ar fi înzestrate vieţile noastre! Cât de diferită ar fi viaţa, iar pământul ar deveni o pregustare a cerului! 33:3 Aceste lecţii pot fi învăţate într-un mod atât de simplu, încât să fie înţelese chiar de copiii mici. Inima copilului este duioasă şi uşor de impresionat; şi când noi, cei maturi, vom deveni asemenea copiilor", când vom învăţa simplitatea, blândeţea şi duioşia iubirii Mântuitorului, nu ni se va părea greu să atingem inimile celor mici şi să-i învăţăm puterea vindecătoare a iubirii. 1 33:4 Din punct de vedere omenesc, banii reprezintă putere; însă din punctul de vedere al lui Hristos, dragostea este putere. În acest principiu sunt implicate tăria intelectuală şi spirituală. Adevărata dragoste are o deosebită eficienţă în a face binele şi nu poate face altceva decât bine. Ea previne discordia şi supărarea şi aduce adevărata fericire. Bogăţia are adesea influenţa de a corupe şi distruge; forţa are putere în a răni; însă caracteristicile iubirii curate sunt adevărul şi bunătatea. 2 33:5 Iubirea este o plantă ce trebuie îngrijită. Căminul trebuie să fie centrul iubirii celei mai curate şi nobile. Pacea, armonia, iubirea şi fericirea trebuie cultivate cu străduinţă în fiecare zi, până ce aceste lucruri preţioase sălăşluiesc în inimile celor ce compun familia. 33:6 Planta iubirii trebuie îngrijită atent, altfel ea moare. Orice principiu bun care dorim să prospere în suflet trebuie cultivat cu grijă. Iar ceea ce Satana sădeşte în inimă - invidia, gelozia, cearta, vorbirea de rău, nerăbdarea, prejudecata, egoismul, lăcomia şi mândria - trebuie dezrădăcinat. Dacă li se permite acestor lucruri rele să rămână în suflet, ele vor aduce roade care îi vor pângări pe mulţi. O, cât de mulţi cultivă plante otrăvitoare care ucid fructele preţioase ale iubirii şi mânjesc sufletul! 3 33:7 Amintiţi-vă de propria voastră copilărie. Nu-i trataţi pe copiii voştri numai cu severitate, uitând că şi voi aţi fost copii şi că ei sunt doar copii. Nu vă aşteptaţi ca ei să fie desăvârşiţi şi nu încercaţi să-i faceţi să se poarte dintr-o dată ca oamenii mari. Făcând astfel, vă veţi închide uşa de acces prin care altfel aţi pătrunde la ei şi îi veţi determina să deschidă o uşă unor influenţe dăunătoare, prin care alţii le vor otrăvi mintea înainte ca voi să vă daţi seama de pericol... 33:8 Părinţii nu ar trebui să uite anii copilăriei lor, cât de mult tânjeau după simpatie şi iubire şi cât de nefericiţi se simţeau când erau criticaţi şi ocărâţi în descărcări nervoase. Ei trebuie să fie din nou copii în simţămintele lor şi să se pună la mintea copiilor lor pentru a le înţelege dorinţele. 4 33:9 Ei au nevoie de cuvinte blânde, încurajatoare. Cât de uşor ar fi pentru mame să rostească cuvinte pline de bunătate şi dragoste, care sunt ca o rază de soare pentru inimile celor mici, făcându-i să uite de micile lor necazuri. 5 33:10 Părinţi, dăruiţi iubire copiilor voştri, iubire în pruncie, iubire în copilărie, iubire în tinereţe. Nu le dăruiţi încruntare, ci întreţineţi continuu o mulţumire plină de strălucire. 6 33:11 Păstraţi o atmosferă senină pentru copii. Cei mici trebuie alinaţi cu grijă, când sunt în necaz. Copiii, din pruncie până la vârsta maturităţii, nu primesc atenţia care ar trebui să li se acorde. Este nevoie de mame care să dorească să-şi crească astfel copiii, încât aceştia să se considere o parte a familiei. Mamele să vorbească cu copiii lor despre speranţele şi neîmplinirile lor. Părinţii să nu uite să aibă grijă în primul rând de copiii lor, apoi de străini. Trebuie să li se ofere o atmosferă senină, sub călăuzirea mamei. 7 33:12 Ajutaţi-vă copiii să obţină biruinţe... Înconjuraţi-i cu atmosfera iubirii. Astfel puteţi supune tendinţele lor îndărătnice. 8 33:13 Uneori, copiii au nevoie mai mult de dragoste decât de mâncare. Uneori, mamele neglijează cu neruşinare copiii pentru a putea câştiga timp spre a-şi broda îmbrăcămintea sau pentru a pune ornamente inutile pe veşmintele copiilor lor. Când copiii sunt obosiţi şi au cu adevărat nevoie de grija lor, ei sunt neglijaţi sau li se dă ceva de mâncare. Nu numai că nu aveau nevoie de mâncare în acele momente, ci aceasta se dovedea chiar vătămătoare pentru ei. Ceea ce le lipsea era îmbrăţişarea alinătoare a mamei. Fiecare mamă trebuie să-şi facă timp să ofere copiilor ei aceste mângâieri pline de afecţiune, care sunt atât de esenţiale în pruncie şi copilărie. În acest fel, mama va lega inimile şi fericirea copiilor ei de ale ei. Ea va fi pentru ei ceea ce este Dumnezeu pentru noi. 9 33:14 Dorinţele rezonabile trebuie satisfăcute. Trebuie să-i faceţi în continuu pe copiii voştri să simtă că îi iubiţi, că lucraţi pentru binele lor, că le doriţi din inimă fericirea şi că vă propuneţi 33:15 să faceţi numai ceea ce este spre binele lor. Trebuie să le împliniţi micile lor dorinţe ori de câte ori este rezonabil să o faceţi. 10 33:16 Niciodată nu trebuie să acţionaţi din impuls cu copiii. Autoritatea să fie unită cu iubire. Nutriţi şi cultivaţi tot ceea ce este bun şi plin de iubire şi călăuziţi-i să dorească binele suprem, prezentându-L pe Domnul Hristos inimilor lor. Când le prezentaţi negativ acele lucruri care ar fi dăunătoare pentru ei, arătaţi-le că îi iubiţi şi că doriţi să-i faceţi fericiţi. Cu cât sunt mai neiubiţi, cu atât vă va fi mai greu să le arătaţi că îi iubiţi. Când copilul are încrederea că vrei să-l faci fericit, dragostea va înlătura orice barieră. Acesta a fost principiul folosit cu omul de către Mântuitorul; acest principiu trebuie introdus în biserică. 11 33:17 Iubirea trebuie exprimată. În multe familii există o mare lipsă de exprimare a iubirii unul faţă de celălalt. Sentimentalismul nu este necesar, însă este nevoie de exprimarea iubirii şi a duioşiei într-un mod simplu, curat şi demn. Mulţi cultivă în mod absolut asprimea inimii şi prin vorbe şi fapte descoperă partea satanică a caracterului. Iubirea tandră trebuie să fie nutrită întotdeauna între soţi şi soţie, între părinţi şi copii, fraţi şi surori. Orice cuvânt pripit trebuie evitat şi nu trebuie să existe nici măcar aparenţa lipsei de iubire unul faţă de celălalt. Este datoria fiecăruia în familie să fie plăcut, să vorbească frumos. 12 33:18 Cultivaţi tandreţea, afecţiunea şi iubirea, care îşi găsesc exprimarea în mici acte de curtoazie, în cuvinte, în atenţii pline de amabilitate. 13 33:19 Cea mai bună cale de a-i educa pe copii să-şi respecte tatăl şi mama este de a le da ocazia de a-l vedea pe tata oferind atenţii amabile mamei, iar pe mama respectându-l pe tata. 33:20 Doar privindu-i pe părinţi în atmosfera iubirii, copiii sunt conduşi să asculte de porunca a cincia şi să ia seama la îndemnul: "Copii, ascultaţi în Domnul de părinţii voştri, căci este drept." 14 33:21 Dragostea lui Isus să fie oglindită în părinţi. Când mama a câştigat încrederea copiilor ei şi i-a învăţat să o iubească şi să o asculte, ea le-a dat de fapt prima lecţie din viaţa de creştin. Ei trebuie să iubească, să se încreadă şi să asculte de Mântuitorul aşa cum ascultă de părinţii lor. Dragostea pe care părinţii o manifestă faţă de copii, printr-o grijă credincioasă şi o educaţie corespunzătoare, oglindeşte iubirea Domnului Isus pentru poporul Său credincios. 15 33:22 1. Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
