1:3 El, care este oglindirea slavei Lui şi întipărirea Fiinţei Lui, şi care ţine toate lucrurile cu Cuvântul puterii Lui, a făcut curăţirea păcatelor, şi a şezut la dreapta Măririi în locurile prea înalte, Este. [,,Fiind”, KJV]. Gr. on, un cuvânt care denotă existentă veşnică, nesfârşită (vezi Apocalipsa 1:4). Forma verbală înrudită en apare, exprimând exact aceeaşi idee, în Ioan 1:1: ,,La început era (en) Cuvântul” (vezi comentariul de acolo). Hristos nu a venit la existenţă ,,la început” – la început El deja era. Când a venit în lumea aceasta, El care deja era, s-a făcut trup [,,carne]. El nu fusese mai înainte trup (vezi Ioan 1:14). Oglindirea. [,,Strălucirea”, KJV]. Gr. apaugasma, ,,strălucirea”, ,,iradierea”, ,,reflectarea”. Tatăl şi Fiul sunt de nedespărţit. Fiul Îl descoperă pe Tatăl, este oglindirea Tatălui. Ca atunci când privim la soare şi nu-l vedem pe el, ci razele lui, tot aşa nu putem să-L vedem pe Tatăl, ci doar pe Fiul, Tatăl Însuşi fiind invizibil, locuind ,,într-o lumină de care nu poţi să te apropii” şi ,,nici un om nu L-a văzut şi nu-L poate vedea” (1 Timotei 6:16). Slavei. Gr. doxa (vezi Romani 3:23; 1 Corinteni 11:7). Slava lui Dumnezeu este suma tuturor însuşirilor Sale. Odată Moise L-a rugat pe Dumnezeu: ,,Arată-mi slava Ta” (Exod 33:18). Ca răspuns la rugăminte, Dumnezeu i-a zis: ,,Voi face să treacă pe dinaintea ta, toată frumuseţea [,,bunătatea”] Mea” (Exod 33:19; vezi cap. 34:5–7). Slava lui Dumnezeu este caracterul Său (vezi DA 20; PK 312, 313; GW 417). Hristos nu a devenit oglindirea [,,strălucirea”] slavei lui Dumnezeu. El deja era şi fusese din totdeauna (vezi Ioan 1:1; vezi Vol. V, p. 917). Aceasta constituie natura esenţială şi veşnică a personalităţii Sale. Întipărirea. [,,Chipul clar”, KJV]. Gr. charaker, la început era o unealtă folosită pentru gravare sau marcare. Mai târziu a ajuns să însemne marcarea însăşi. Aceeaşi dualitate de sens poate fi notată la numite cuvinte ale noastre. Cuvântul ,,sigiliu”, de exemplu, poate să însemne amprenta, dar şi instrumentul folosit, iar cuvântul ,,ştampilă” denotă atât instrumentul folosit cât şi amprenta lăsată. După cum un sigiliu sau o ştampilă imprimă un chip identic pe ceară, tot aşa Hristos este copia fidelă a lui Dumnezeu. Fiinţei. [,,Persoanei”, KJV]. Gr. hupostasis, literal, ,,cea ce stă dedesubt”, de unde, ,,existenţă”, ,,esenţă”, ,,fiinţă adevărată”, ,,realitate”. Înseamnă realitatea în contrast cu închipuirea sau fantezia, şi este folosit pentru esenţa lucrurilor, natura lăuntrică, persoana însăşi. Mai se foloseşte şi pentru a denota fermitate, statornicie, siguranţă, încredere. Când se spune despre Hristos că este ,,întipărirea” [,,chipul clar”] pentru hupostasis al Tatălui, aceasta înseamnă mai mult decât asemănarea exterioară. El este expresia exactă şi adevărată a înseşi naturii lui Dumnezeu. Cum este Tatăl, aşa e şi Fiul: una în esenţă, una în caracter, una în gând şi în scop. Atât sunt Ei de asemănători încât Hristos a declarat ,,Cine M-a văzut pe Mine, a văzut pe Tatăl” (Ioan 14:9), ,,Eu şi Tatăl una suntem” (cap. 10:30). Într-adevăr, unul scopurile venirii lui Hristos pe acest pământ a fost de a-L reprezenta pe Tatăl. Ţine [,,Susţinând”, KJV]. Gr. phero, ,,a purta”, ,,a duce”, ,,a căra”, ,,a susţine”. Aici poate fi cu sensul de mişcare, scop, călăuzire; înaintare cu un anumit scop. Hristos este Cel care susţine toate lucrurile în întregul univers şi care ţine corpurile cereşti pe orbitele lor fixe. Compară cu afirmaţia ,,toate se ţin prin El” adică sunt ţinute laolaltă (Coloseni 1:17). Termenul phero este mai cuprinzător decât cuvântul nostru ,,a consta”, deoarece include sensul de lucrare cu un scop anumit, plănuire. Definiţia aceasta schimbă concepţia de simplă putere care susţine universul fizic la aceea de Fiinţă inteligentă care are un plan şi este în procesul de desfăşurarea al acestuia. Cuvântul. Gr. rhema ,,cuvânt”, ,,poruncă”, ,,rostire”, ,,comandă”. În cap. 11:3 se spune că lumile au fost alcătuite prin rhema lui Dumnezeu. Compară cu folosirea cuvântului rhema în Romani 10:8, 17, 18; Efeseni 6:17; 1 Petru 1:25. Puterii. Gr. dunamis, ,,putere”, ,,tărie”, ,,capacitatea de a face ceva”. Lui. Adică a lui Hristos. [Prin Sine, KJV] Pot fi citate dovezi textuale importante (vezi p.10) pentru omiterea acestor două cuvinte. Ideea este cuprinsă însă în forma expresiei greceşti tradusă ,,a făcut curăţirea”. Hristos a călcat singur în teasc (Isaia 63:3). A făcut curăţirea. [,,A curăţit”, KJV]. Prin ispăşirea Sa Hristos a săvârşit atât curăţirea de păcat în general – lucru care a fost făcut cu putinţă prin jertfa de pe cruce şi în cele din urmă va avea ca rezultat curăţirea universului de păcat – cât şi curăţirea de păcat a fiecărei persoane în parte. Această a doua lucrare, la fel făcută cu putinţă prin cruce, este însă în curs de desfăşurare şi nu se va încheia până când nu va fi salvat şi ultimul suflet. Pe cruce Hristos Şi-a încheiat rolul de victimă şi jertfă. El Şi-a vărsat sângele, şi astfel a deschis ,,un izvor pentru păcat şi necurăţie” (Zaharia 13:1). Dar lucrarea Sa de mijlocitor continuă. El este Avocatul nostru la Tatăl (vezi Evrei 7:25). Hristos a biruit orice ispită. Deşi păcatele lumii au fost aşezate asupra Lui, propriul Său suflet a fost neîntinat. El a respins orice îndemn la rău. Satana nu a izbutit să obţină intrare nicăieri în viaţa Sa. El L-a atacat de nenumărate ori pe Hristos, dar fără succes. [Noastre, KJV]. Dovezi textuale favorizează omiterea acestui cuvânt. Exprimarea corectă este deci că Hristos ,,a făcut curăţirea păcatelor”. Este adevărat că Hristos a curăţit păcatele ,,noastre”, dar autorul prezintă aici un context mai larg. A şezut. Aşezarea lui Hristos a fost o înscăunare oficială, instalarea într-o slujbă, o inaugurare. A fost o învestitură cu autoritate, o recunoaştere a dreptului Său de a exercita jurisdicţia. Ea a fost începutul, nu sfârşitul, activităţii Sale ca mijlocitor special. A fost punerea sigiliului lui Dumnezeu asupra lucrării Sale de mijlocire. Prin aşezarea lui Hristos la dreapta Sa, Dumnezeu Şi-a manifestat aprobarea cu privire la lucrarea pe care Hristos o făcuse pe pământ şi a acceptat-o, L-a numit Mare Preot şi L-a autorizat ca de aici înainte să activeze ca mijlocitor după rânduiala lui Melhisedec (cap. 7:17). Scaunul de la dreapta Măririi de sus I-a fost dat lui Hristos datorită faptului că a curăţit păcatele. El a izbutit acolo unde Adam dăduse greş. El Şi-a câştigat pentru Sine dreptul de a vorbi şi de a lucra pentru omenire. De aceea, departe de a se aşeza pentru odihnă, El Şi-a început acum noua Sa activitate. După cum un judecător de pe pământ ia loc pe scaunul judecătoresc, după cum un preşedinte al unei adunări ocupă ,,scaunul prezidenţial” şi lucrările încep, tot aşa Hristos Şi-a ocupat scaunul la dreapta lui Dumnezeu şi în felul acesta a primit recunoaşterea oficială a mulţimilor adunate, pe care le servise prin numirea şi voinţa lui Dumnezeu. Preoţii care slujeau pe pământ ofereau sângele victimelor pe care oamenii le aduceau în sanctuar, sângele animalelor jertfite. Era necesar ca Hristos, ca Mare Preot, ,,să aibă ceva de adus” (cap. 8:3). Acest ,,ceva” nu era ,,sânge de ţapi şi de viţei, ci … însuşi sângele Său” (cap. 9:12). El nu a putut oferi acest sânge până când nu a fost vărsat la Golgota. Dar imediat ce a fost vărsat, El şi-a putut începe lucrarea. Şi a început-o de îndată ce a fost instalat în slujbă. El era acum preot în veci, gata să mijlocească pentru om, în locurile sfinte din cer. La dreapta. Locul de onoare şi de autoritate. Fără îndoială că aceasta este o aluzie la Psalmi 110:1. Măririi. [,,Maiestăţii”, KJV]. Gr. megalosune, literal, ,,mărire”. În Noul Testament cuvântul acesta apare numai aici şi în Evrei 8:1; Iuda 25. În locul numelui, aici se foloseşte un atribut al Divinităţii, fără îndoială pentru scopuri literare. În locurile preaînalte. [,, În înălţime”, KJV]. Literal, ,,în înălţimi”, adică în cer (vezi Psalmi 93:3). |

Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
