You have only to go to the WAP pages and copy shortcut to the link indicated in the JAD files section and put that link at Open / URL.
For instance you can put the following link:
http://biblephone.intercer.net/modules/en2/MIDP2.0/en2KingJamesVersion.jad
into Open/URL and you shall see the application.
