28:1 25. O colportoare 28:2 Sfat catre o colportoare. Am primit doua scrisori de la tine si am dorinta de a-ti aduce usurare, daca pot. Pozitia pe care o ai este importanta si Dumnezeu mi-a dat o solie hotarata pentru tine. Din faptele pe care mi le-ai prezentat tu, nu consider cazul tau fara nadejde; insa felul cum vezi tu lucrurile in privinta a ceea ce este bine si rau este atat de subreda, incat este cu totul nesigur pentru tine sa calatoresti si sa umbli de ici colo si sa tii studii biblice, sa fii expusa la tot felul de ispite. Tu nu ai avut capacitatea de a vedea, in lumina cuvantului lui Dumnezeu, ce inseamna pacatul, dandu-ti trupul sa fie manjit de un barbat, oricine ar pretinde el ca este, si sa ai pretentia de a fi iertata. Acest lucru mi-a fost aratat ca este un pacat odios in ochii lui Dumnezeu si cu toate acestea, simturile tale au fost atat de amortite si demoralizate, incat daca tu vei continua sa umbli din loc in loc cu carti religioase si sa tii studii biblice, vei tot continua sa desfranezi. 28:3 Mustrarea din partea lui Dumnezeu. Legea lui Dumnezeu a proclamat pe Muntele Sinai: "Sa nu comiti adulter" si cu toate acestea tu, care ai incalcat legea intr-un mod atat de vadit, inveti pe altii din Biblie. Dumnezeu nu a acceptat faptele tale. Tu ma intrebi daca Dumnezeu mi-a dat mesajul din acea scrisoare ca sa ti-l dau tie... Eu iti raspund 28:4 ca El mi l-a dat. Nu poti sluji Dumnezeului sfant al lui Israel fiind intinata de aceste pacate. Solia a fost data de Dumnezeu. Daca tu, din momentul in care ai primit aceasta solie ai fi capatat un nou simtamant a ceea ce constituie pacatul, daca te-ai fi convertit cu adevarat si ai fi devenit un copil al lui Dumnezeu, in loc de a fi un calcator al Legii Sale, atunci persoana care s-ar fi bucurat cel mai mult de acest lucru as fi fost eu. Nu ti-am fi putut prezenta pacatul pe care l-ai comis intr-un limbaj mai puternic. 28:5 Atat de putina constientizare a pacatului. Mi-au fost prezentate multe persoane din mai multe state, care au fost angajate in lucrarea de colportaj care nu erau corespunzatoare spre a avea vreo legatura cu lucrarea lui Dumnezeu. Acestea dezonoreaza pe Dumnezeu si aduc ocara asupra adevarului. Ele trateaza cu usurinta pacatul. Isi dezonoreaza trupurile. Insa nici una dintre acestea nu era atat de putin constienta de ceea ce este pacatul, asa cum esti tu. Oricine face ceea ce faci tu, dedandu-se la nelegiuire si degradare atat de vadit cum o faci tu, se afla intr-o situatie teribila. Tu nu ai simtul grozaviei pacatului. 28:6 Rabdarea lui Dumnezeu fata de pacatosi. Iona a dat cetatii Ninive solia ca in patruzeci de zile va fi distrusa. Ninive s-a pocait iar Dumnezeu a crutat cetatea nelegiuita pentru ca chiar si regii si nobilii s-au umilit inaintea lui Dumnezeu, iar Domnul a dat cetatii Ninive ocazia de a se pocai. Daca Domnul, in marea Sa indurare, ar trata cazul tau intr-un mod asemanator, o, as fi atat de multumita. Daca el iti ofera timp de har in care sa dovedesti pocainta si sa arati ca intelegi natura adevarata a pacatului, ca esti scarbita de tine insati datorita pacatului tau si ca ai oroare de pacat in general, Domnul este indurator si iti va arata bunatate si iubire. "Daca ne marturisim pacatele, El este credincios si drept ca sa ne ierte pacatele si sa ne curateasca de orice nelegiuire" (1 Ioan 1, 9). 28:7 Eu cred ca tu ti-ai marturisit pacatul si ca Dumnezeu iti va ierta pacatul asa cum ti-a promis. Singurul obstacol care imi starui in 28:8 minte este tocmai aceasta lipsa de perceptie a ceea ce constituie pacat, in faptul de ati pangari trupul, pe care ti l-ai dat pe mainile unui adulter, a unui om depravat, in timp ce tu erai angajata in lucrare si cauza lui Dumnezeu, in timp ce tineai studii biblice, ca si cand puteai sa-L slujesti pe Domnul in lucrarea ta complacandu-te in acele pacate, cand te-ai dus in bratele unui adulter (este o slabiciune a ta). 28:9 Indurare divina pentru cetatea Ninive. Ti-am prezentat aceste lucruri asa cum mi-au fost ele prezentate mie si iti spun ca Dumnezeu are oroare de aceste lucruri. Simtul tau moral ar fi reinsufletit numai prin puterea lui Dumnezeu care produce convertirea. Caracterul tau trebuie transformat si Dumnezeu stie tot in legatura cu aceasta. Si daca tu te vei pocai si vei ajunge sa atingi un standard inalt si sfant, n-as putea spune ca Domnul nu va privi asupra cazului tau cum a privit asupra cetatii Ninive. 28:10 Imparatul cetatii Ninive a spus: "Oamenii si vitele sa se acopere cu saci, sa strige cu putere catre Dumnezeu si sa se intoarca de la calea lor cea rea si de la faptele lor de asuprire de care le sunt pline mainile. Cine stie daca nu se va intoarce Dumnezeu si Se va cai si daca nu-Si va opri mania Lui aprinsa, ca sa nu pierim! Dumnezeu a vazut ce faceau ei, si ca se intorceau de la calea lor cea rea. Atunci Dumnezeu S-a cait de raul pe care se hotarase sa li-l faca si nu l-a mai facut" (Iona 3, 8-10). Citeste acest pasaj cu atentie iar daca Domnul te gaseste vrednica sa-ti incredinteze lucrarea Sa, eu nu am nici o obiectie. 28:11 Acum, te rog prezinta-ti cazul inaintea Domnului si daca esti in comuniune cu El, El iti va asculta rugaciunile si iti va calauzi mintea in ceea ce ai de facut. Inima mea simte impreuna cu tine. Prima data cand a fost comis pacatul, s-a facut fara prea mult timp de gandire; urmatoarele pacate au fost comise dupa ce a existat timp de gandire, dupa un timp cand lucrul respectiv a putut fi analizat in lumina Cuvantului lui Dumnezeu cu privire la porunca a saptea. 28:12 Faptul ca tu, de buna voie, ti-ai lasat trupul pe mana unui om care te-a dus pe un drum gresit in timp ce tu erai angajata in a lumina mintile oamenilor cu privire la poruncile lui Dumnezeu, constituie o manifestare flagranta de depravare si imi descopera un caracter ca cel care mi-a fost prezentat - nedemn de incredere si ca tu nu esti in stare sa-ti dai seama de ce nu este bine sa continui cu lucrarea pe care o faci. 28:13 Marturisirea publica nu este totdeauna cel mai bun lucru. Las aceasta problema asa cum este. As putea sa-ti spun sa te duci la persoane demne de incredere din conferinta (nu barbati, ci femei) si sa vorbesti cu ele, insa sunt inclinata sa cred ca daca ai face acest lucru, ai face publicitate unor lucruri care i-ar face pe toti sa se indeparteze de tine, iar ei nu te-ar incuraja sau accepta sa te angajezi in vreo ramura a lucrarii, daca ar afla cum stau lucrurile. Acum las acest lucru intre tine si Dumnezeu si te rog nu ma mai tulbura cu el. Nu vreau sa fac public ceea ce ai facut, ci te las sa-ti schimbi caracterul. Mi-e mila de tine si nadajduiesc ca vei actiona cu discretie si ca vei deveni ceea ce doreste Dumnezeu. (Scrisoarea 95, 1893) |

Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
