24:1 Cap. 22 - Moartea lui Moise 24:2 Moise avea curand sa moara si i s-a poruncit sa-i adune laolalta pe copiii lui Israel inainte de moartea lui si sa le relateze toate calatoriile evreilor de cand iesisera din Egipt si toate marile nelegiuiri ale parintilor lor, ce adusesera judecatile lui Dumnezeu asupra lor si Il determinasera sa le spuna ca trebuia sa nu intre in tara fagaduita. Parintii lor au murit in pustiu, dupa cuvantul Domnului. Copiii lor au crescut si fagaduinta de a intra in tara Canaanului avea sa se implineasca pentru ei. Multi dintre acestia erau inca mici cand a fost data Legea si nu-si mai aminteau de maretia evenimentului. Altii s-au nascut in pustiu si, ca nu cumva sa nu constientizeze nevoia de a asculta de Cele Zece Porunci , de legile si judecatile date lui Moise, acesta a fost instruit de Dumnezeu sa le repete Poruncile si toate intamplarile legate de darea Legii. 24:3 Moise scrisese intr-o carte toate legile si judecatile date lui de Dumnezeu si inregistrase cu credinciosie toate instructiunile date lor pe drum, toate minunile facute de El pentru ei si toate cartirile copiilor lui 24:4 Israel. Moise insemnase si faptul ca fusese biruit din cauza murmurarilor lor. 24:5 Ultimele invataturi date lui Israel 24:6 Tot poporul s-a adunat inaintea lui Moise, iar el le-a citit evenimentele istoriei lor trecute din cartea pe care o scrisese. El le-a mai citit si fagaduintele lui Dumnezeu pentru ei, daca vor fi ascultatori, precum si blestemele care vor veni asupra lor daca nu vor asculta. 24:7 Moise le-a spus ca, din cauza razvratirii lor, Domnul intentionase de cateva ori sa-i nimiceasca, dar el a mijlocit pentru ei cu atata staruinta, incat Dumnezeu i-a crutat cu indurare. Le-a amintit de minunile pe care le facuse Domnul fata de Faraon si intreaga tara a Egiptului. El le-a spus: "Caci ati vazut cu ochii vostri toate lucrurile mari pe care le-a facut Domnul. Astfel, sa paziti toate poruncile pe care vi le dau eu astazi, ca sa puteti pune mana pe tara in care veti trece ca s-o luati in stapanire." Deuteronom 11:7,8. 24:8 Moise i-a avertizat pe copiii lui Israel in mod deosebit sa nu fie atrasi in idolatrie. El le-a cerut staruitor sa asculte de poruncile lui Dumnezeu. Daca se vor dovedi ascultatori, daca Il vor iubi pe Domnul si-I vor sluji cu dragoste neimpartita, El le va da ploaie la timpul potrivit si va face sa creasca vegetatia si sa li se inmulteasca turmele. Ei se vor bucura, de asemenea, de privilegii deosebite si vor triumfa impotriva dusmanilor lor. 24:9 Moise i-a instruit pe copiii lui Israel intr-un mod impresionant, plin de seriozitate. Stia ca era ultima lui ocazie de a li se adresa. Apoi, a terminat de scris intr-o carte toate legile, judecatile si randuielile pe care i le daduse Dumnezeu, precum si diferitele reguli 24:10 cu privire la aducerea jertfelor. A pus cartea in mainile barbatilor din slujba sfanta si a cerut ca, pentru a fi pastrata in siguranta, sa fie pusa langa chivot, deoarece grija lui Dumnezeu era permanent indreptata asupra acestui obiect sacru. Aceasta carte a lui Moise trebuia pastrata pentru ca judecatorii lui Israel sa poata apela la ea daca s-ar fi ivit vreun caz care sa necesite acest lucru. Un popor gresit intelege adesea ca cerintele lui Dumnezeu se potrivesc in cazul lui; de aceea cartea lui Moise a fost pastrata in locul cel mai sacru, pentru a se recurge la ea in viitor. 24:11 Moise si-a incheiat ultimele invataturi catre popor printr-o cuvantare profetica plina de putere. A fost emotionanta si elocventa. Inspirat de Dumnezeu, el a binecuvantat fiecare semintie a lui Israel in parte. In cuvintele de incheiere, a zabovit in mare masura asupra maiestatii lui Dumnezeu si a superioritatii lui Israel, care n-ar fi incetat niciodata, daca ei ar fi ascultat de Dumnezeu si s-ar fi prins de taria Lui. 24:12 Moartea si invierea lui Moise 24:13 "Moise s-a suit din campia Moabului pe muntele Nebo, pe varful muntelui Pisga, in fata Ierihonului. Si Domnul i-a aratat toata tara: de la Galaad pana la Dan, tot tinutul lui Neftali, tara lui Efraim si Manase, toata tara lui Iuda pana la marea de apus, partea de miazazi, imprejurimile Iordanului, valea Ierihonului, cetatea finicilor, pana la Toar. Domnul a zis: ,Aceasta este tara pe care am jurat ca o voi da lui Avraam, lui Isaac si lui Iacov, zicand: O voi da semintei tale. Ti-am aratat ca s-o vezi cu ochii tai, dar nu vei intra in ea. Moise, robul Domnului, a murit acolo, in tara Moabului, dupa porunca Domnului. Si Domnul l-a ingropat in vale, in tara Moabului, fata in fata cu Bet-Peor. Nimeni nu i-a cunoscut mormantul pana in ziua de azi. 24:14 Moise era in varsta de o suta douazeci de ani cand a murit; vederea nu-i slabise si puterea nu-i trecuse." Deut. 34,1-7. 24:15 Nu a fost voia lui Dumnezeu ca cineva sa mearga cu Moise pe varful muntelui Pisga. Acolo, el a stat pe creasta inalta a varfului Pisga, in prezenta lui Dumnezeu si a ingerilor ceresti. Dupa ce a vazut cu multumire Canaanul, s-a culcat, ca un luptator obosit, sa se odihneasca. Asupra lui a venit somnul, dar era somnul mortii. Ingerii i-au luat trupul si l-au ingropat in vale. Israelitii nu au putut gasi niciodata locul unde a fost ingropat. Ingroparea lui a fost secreta pentru a impiedica poporul sa pacatuiasca impotriva lui Dumnezeu prin idolatrie pentru trupul lui. 24:16 Satana jubila pentru ca reusise sa-l provoace pe Moise sa pacatuiasca impotriva lui Dumnezeu. Din cauza acestei faradelegi, Moise a ajuns sub stapanirea mortii. Daca el ar fi continuat sa fie credincios si viata nu i-ar fi fost manjita cu acea singura nelegiuire, pierzand ocazia de a da slava lui Dumnezeu cand a scos apa din stanca, ar fi intrat in tara fagaduita si ar fi fost inaltat la cer fara sa vada moartea. Dupa ce Moise a ramas in mormant o scurta perioada de timp, Mihail, sau Hristos, impreuna cu ingerii care Il ingropasera pe Moise, a coborat din cer, l-a inviat si l-a luat in cer. 24:17 Cand Domnul Hristos si ingerii s-au apropiat de mormant, Satana a aparut acolo cu ingerii lui si pazeau trupul lui Moise ca sa nu fie luat. Satana s-a opus, dar, pe masura ce Domnul Hristos si ingerii Lui se apropiau, silit de slava si puterea acestora, s-a dat inapoi. Satana pretindea trupul lui Moise din cauza singurei lui nelegiuiri; dar Domnul Hristos l-a trimis cu blandete la Tatal Sau, spunand: "Domnul sa te mustre." Iuda 9. 24:18 Hristos i-a spus lui Satana ca El stia ca Moise se pocaise cu umilinta de acea singura greseala, ca nici o pata nu ramasese pe caracterul lui si ca numele lui era curat in cartile din cer. Apoi a inviat trupul lui Moise, pe care il pretinsese Satana. 24:19 Cu ocazia schimbarii la fata a Domnului Hristos, Moise si Ilie, care fusesera inaltati la cer, au fost trimisi sa-I vorbeasca despre suferintele Sale si sa fie purtatorii slavei lui Dumnezeu catre Fiul Sau prea iubit. Moise a fost mult onorat de Dumnezeu. A avut privilegiul sa vorbeasca fata in fata cu El, cum vorbeste un om cu prietenul lui. Dumnezeu i-a descoperit slava Sa nemaipomenita, asa cum nu i-o mai descoperise altuia vreodata. |

Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
