8:1 Cap. 6 - Inaltimi care pot fi atinse 8:2 Dragi tineri, care este tinta spre care va indreptati si care este scopul vietii voastre? Sunteti voi ambitiosi sa dobanditi educatie, ca astfel sa aveti un nume si o pozitie in aceasta lume? Aveti ganduri pe care nu indrazniti sa le exprimati, ca de exemplu sa ajungeti intr-o zi pe culmile cele mai inalte ale inteligentei, sa faceti parte din consilii deliberative si legislative, ajutand la adoptarea legilor pentru natiune? Nu este nimic gresit in aceste aspiratii. Fiecare dintre voi poate avea scopul sau. Nu trebuie sa fiti multumiti cu realizari umile. Puneti-va scopuri inalte si nu precupetiti nici un efort pentru a le atinge. 8:3 Religia - structura de baza a vietii 8:4 Frica de Domnul sta la temelia unei nobleti sufletesti adevarate si complete. Integritatea, integritatea constanta, neabatuta, este principiul pe care trebuie sa-l purtati cu voi si sa-l aplicati in toate relatiile de viata. Aplicati religia in scoala vietii, in casa voastra, in toate cautarile voastre. Ca urmasi ai lui Hristos, nu sunteti opriti 8:6 sa va angajati in ocupatii vremelnice, dar ar trebui sa aplicati religia voastra cu privire la acestea. Oricare ar fi activitatile in care v-ati angaja, niciodata sa nu intretineti ideea ca nu veti putea avea succes, daca nu veti sacrifica din principii. 8:7 Responsabilitati inalte 8:8 Echilibrati de principii religioase, va veti putea urca pe orice inaltime doriti. Veti fi incantati sa vedeti cum va veti ridica si veti atinge standardele inalte pe care Dumnezeu vi le-a pregatit. Isus iubeste tinerii pretiosi si nu este incantat sa-i vada crescand cu talente necultivate si nedezvoltate. Ei pot deveni oameni puternici, cu principii ferme, potriviti sa poarte responsabilitati inalte, dar pentru aceasta ar trebui sa se straduiasca din rasputeri, punand la lucru fiecare resort al fiintei lor. 8:9 Dar niciodata sa nu comiteti o crima atat de grava, pervertind puterile date de Dumnezeu, facand rau si distrugandu-i pe altii. Sunt oameni talentati, care-si folosesc abilitatile pentru a imprastia ruina morala si coruptie; dar tot ce vor semana va produce un seceris pe care nu vor fi mandri sa-l stranga. Este un lucru de temut sa folosesti darurile primite de la Dumnezeu pentru a imprastia nenorocire si suferinta, in loc de binecuvantare in societate. Este de asemenea de temut sa dai deoparte talentul care ti-a fost incredintat, sa-l impaturesti intr-un servet si sa-l ascunzi de lume, pentru ca acest lucru va lua de la tine cununa vietii. Dumnezeu ne solicita serviciile. Sunt responsabilitati de purtat pentru fiecare si noi putem indeplini misiunea mareata a vietii numai cand aceste responsabilitati sunt complet acceptate si indeplinite cu constiinciozitate si credinciosie. 8:10 Influenta religiei 8:11 Inteleptul spunea: "Adu-ti aminte de Creator in zilele tineretii". Nu presupune nici macar o clipa ca religia te va face trist si mohorat si iti va bloca drumul catre succes. Religia lui Hristos nu distruge si nici macar nu slabeste nici o abilitate. Ea nu te va face in nici un fel incapabil de a trai bucuria unei reale fericiri, ea nu-ti va scadea interesul pentru viata sau sa te faca indiferent la solicitarile prietenilor si ale societatii. Religia nu invaluie viata intr-o panza de sac, nu se exprima prin suspine si gemete. Nu, nu! Cei care fac din Dumnezeu inceputul, sfarsitul si ceea ce este mai bun in tot ceea ce fac, sunt cei mai fericiti oameni din lume. Zambetele si stralucirea nu sunt alungate de pe chipul lor. Religia nu-l face pe cel ce o adopta aspru si necioplit, neingrijit si nepoliticos; din contra, il cultiva si il innobileaza, ii rafineaza gusturile, ii sfinteste judecata si il pregateste pentru a se potrivi cu societatea ingerilor ceresti si pentru casa pe care Isus a pregatit-o. 8:12 Sa nu pierdem niciodata din vedere faptul ca Isus este un izvor nesecat de bucurie. El nu Se delecteaza cu mizeria si suferinta fiintelor umane, ci Ii place sa le vada fericite. Crestinii au la indemana multe surse de fericire si ei ar putea spune cu acuratete si fara greseala ce placeri sunt justetea si dreptatea. Ei se pot bucura de recreeri care nu le vor irosi judecata si nu le vor degrada sufletul, astfel incat nu vor fi dezamagiti, pentru ca aceste recreeri nu vor lasa in urma o influenta negativa, care sa distruga respectul de sine sau care sa bareze calea catre utilitate. Daca Il pot lua pe Isus cu ei si pot mentine un spirit de rugaciune, sunt in perfecta siguranta... 8:13 Administrarea talentelor noastre 8:14 Tineri prieteni, frica de Domnul sta la temelia tuturor progreselor; este inceputul intelepciunii. Tatal nostru ceresc are pretentii de la voi, pentru ca, fara sa-I cereti si fara sa meritati, El va ofera darurile Sale si, mai mult decat atat, El v-a oferit tot cerul intr-un singur dar, si anume vi L-a dat pe Fiul Sau iubit. In schimb pentru minunatul Sau dar, El cere de la voi o ascultare plina de bucurie. Facultatile voastre intelectuale si morale sunt daruri de la Dumnezeu, talente incredintate voua pentru o dezvoltare inteleapta si nu aveti libertatea sa le lasati sa doarma si sa le privati de o cultivare potrivita sau sa le mutilati si sa le piperniciti din cauza inactivitatii. Trebuie ca tu insuti sa hotarasti daca vei indeplini sau nu cu credinciosie responsabilitatile importante care-ti revin, daca iti vei indrepta sau nu eforturile in directia cea buna. 8:15 Noi traim inconjurati de pericolele ultimelor zile. Tot cerul este interesat de caracterele pe care vi le formati. Fiecare calitate cu care ati fost inzestrati v-a fost oferita pentru ca voi trebuie sa fiti partasi ai naturii divine, scapand de stricaciunea care este in lume prin pofta. Oamenii nu sunt lasati singuri sa cucereasca puterile raului, prin eforturile lor slabe. Ajutorul este la indemana si va fi dat fiecarui suflet care il doreste cu adevarat. Ingerii lui Dumnezeu, pe care Iacov i-a vazut in viziune urcand si coborand, vor ajuta orice suflet care vrea sa ajunga fie si in inaltul cerului. Ei pazesc poporul lui Dumnezeu si iau seama la fiecare pas care e facut. Cei care urca pe calea insorita vor fi rasplatiti si vor intra in bucuria Domnului lor. - FE 82-86 8:16 Un ideal inalt de atins 8:17 Idealul lui Dumnezeu pentru copiii Sai este mai inalt decat cel mai inalt gand pe care il pot avea oamenii. Evlavia, asemanarea cu Dumnezeu este idealul de atins. Inaintea invatacelului este deschisa cararea unui progres continuu. El are un obiectiv de indeplinit, o tinta de atins, care include tot ce este bun, curat si nobil. El va avansa cat se poate de repede in orice ramura a adevaratei cunoasteri. Dar eforturile sale vor fi indreptate spre obiective mai inalte decat atingerea unor interese egoiste si trecatoare, la fel cum cerul este mai presus decat pamantul. - Ed. 18,19 8:18 _________ 8:19 Canale ale harului lui Dumnezeu 8:20 Este privilegiul fiecarui suflet de a fi un canal viu prin care Dumnezeu poate comunica lumii bogatiile harului Sau, bogatiile de nepatruns ale lui Hristos. Hristos nu doreste nimic mai mult decat sa aiba agenti care sa reprezinte lumii spiritul si caracterul Sau. Si nu este in lume o nevoie mai mare decat manifestarea prin oameni a iubirii Mantuitorului. Cerul intreg asteapta canale prin care sa poata fi picurat uleiul sfant, pentru a fi o bucurie si o binecuvantare pentru inimile oamenilor. - COL 419 |

Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
