8:1 VIZIUNI CARE AU URMAT 8:2 Domnul mi-a dat urmatoarea viziune in 1847, cand fratii erau adunati in Sabat, in Topsham, Maine. 8:3 Noi am simtit un neobisnuit duh de rugaciune. Si cand ne rugam, Duhul Sfant S-a coborat asupra noastra. Eram foarte fericiti. In scurta vreme, am pierdut contactul cu lucrurile pamantesti si m-am cufundat intr-o viziune a slavei lui Dumnezeu. Am vazut un inger zburand repede catre mine. El m-a dus indata de pe pamant la Cetatea Sfanta. In Cetate am vazut un templu, in care am intrat. Am patruns pe o usa inainte ca sa ajung la prima perdea. Aceasta perdea era ridicata si am intrat in Locul Sfant. Acolo am vazut altarul cu tamaie, sfesnicul cu sapte candele si masa pe care se aflau painile pentru punerea inainte. Dupa ce am vazut slava incaperii sfinte, Isus a ridicat cea de-a doua perdea si eu am trecut in Sfanta Sfintelor. 8:4 In Sfanta Sfintelor am vazut un chivot. Pe capac si pe partile laterale era cel mai curat aur. La fiecare capat al chivotului se afla cate un heruvim incantator, cu aripile intinse deasupra lui. Fetele lor erau intoarse una catre cealalta si priveau in jos. Intre ingeri era o cadelnita de aur. Deasupra chivotului, unde stateau ingerii, era o slava stralucitoare in forma unui tron, unde locuia Dumnezeu. Isus statea in picioare langa chivot si, cand rugaciunile sfintilor ajungeau sus la El, tamaia din cadelnita scotea fum, iar el aducea inaintea Tatalui Sau, ca dar ridicat, rugaciunile lor impreuna cu fumul tamaii. In chivot se afla vasul de aur cu mana, toiagul care inmugurise al lui Aaron si tablele de piatra care erau inchise ca o carte. Isus le-a deschis si am vazut cele Zece Porunci scrise pe ele cu degetul lui Dumnezeu. Pe o tabla erau scrise patru, iar pe cealalta sase. Cele patru de pe prima tabla straluceau mai puternic decat celelalte sase. Dar cea de-a patra, 8:5 porunca referitoare la Sabat, stralucea mai puternic decat toate celelalte; caci Sabatul a fost pus deoparte pentru a fi pazit in cinstea Numelui sfant al lui Dumnezeu. Sabatul sfant arata maret - in jurul lui era o aureola plina de slava. Am vazut ca porunca legata de Sabat nu a fost pironita la cruce. Daca ar fi fost pironita, si celelalte noua porunci ar fi fost pironite; si ni s-a lasat libertatea, de a le calca pe toate sau numai pe a patra. Am vazut ca Dumnezeu nu schimbase Sabatul, caci El nu Se schimba niciodata. Dar papa il schimbase, dintr-a saptea in prima zi a saptamanii; caci el urma sa schimbe vremurile si Legea. 8:6 Si am vazut ca, daca Dumnezeu ar fi schimbat Sabatul din ziua a saptea in cea dintai, El ar fi modificat textul poruncii referitoare la Sabat, scrisa pe tablele de piatra, care sunt acum in chivot, in Locul Preasfant al templului din ceruri; si ar fi scris astfel: Prima zi este Sabatul Domnului Dumnezeului tau. Dar am vazut ca scria la fel ca atunci cand au fost scrise pe tablele de piatra cu degetul lui Dumnezeu si date lui Moise pe muntele Sinai. "Dar ziua a saptea este Sabatul Domnului Dumnezeului tau." Am vazut ca Sabatul sfant este si va fi zidul de despartire dintre adevaratul Israel al lui Dumnezeu si cei necredinciosi si ca Sabatul reprezinta marele subiect care va uni inimile sfintilor dragi lui Dumnezeu, asteptatori ai Sai. 8:7 Am vazut ca Dumnezeu are copii care nu cunosc si nu pazesc Sabatul. Ei nu au respins lumina privitoare la Sabat. Iar la inceputul timpului de stramtorare, am fost umpluti de Duhul Sfant pe masura ce mergeam si vesteam cu mai multa putere Sabatul. Acest lucru a umplut de manie celelalte biserici si pe adventistii nominali [ Vezi, de asemenea, Apendicele (n. ed.).] , intrucat nu puteau combate cu succes adevarul despre Sabat. In acest timp toti cei alesi ai lui Dumnezeu au vazut clar ca noi aveam adevarul si au iesit si au suferit prigoana impreuna cu noi. Am vazut 8:8 sabia, foametea, epidemii si mare tulburare in tara. Cei rai s-au gandit ca noi aduseseram judecatile asupra lor, s-au ridicat si s-au sfatuit sa scape pamantul de noi, crezand ca atunci raul ar fi oprit. 8:9 In timpul de stramtorare am fugit cu totii din orase si sate, dar am fost urmariti de cei rai, care au intrat cu sabia in casele sfintilor. Ei au ridicat sabia pentru a ne ucide, dar aceasta s-a frant si a cazut la fel de lipsita de putere ca un pai. Apoi, toti am strigat zi si noapte pentru a fi izbaviti, iar strigatul a ajuns la Dumnezeu. Soarele s-a ridicat si luna a ramas pe loc. Raurile au incetat sa mai curga. S-au ivit nori negri, grei, si s-au izbit intre ei. Dar exista un loc neacoperit de nori, un loc plin de slava, de unde s-a auzit glasul lui Dumnezeu, ca niste ape multe, glas care a zguduit cerurile si pamantul. Cerul s-a deschis si s-a inchis si era in mare agitatie. Muntii s-au scuturat ca o trestie in vant si au aruncat pretutindeni stanci zgrunturoase. Marea fierbea ca o oala pe foc si a aruncat pietre mari pe uscat. Iar cand Dumnezeu a rostit ziua si ceasul venirii lui Isus si a enuntat legamantul cel vesnic pentru poporul Sau, a spus o singura fraza si apoi a facut o pauza, in timp ce cuvintele Sale faceau pamantul sa vibreze. Cei din Israelul lui Dumnezeu stateau cu ochii atintiti in sus si ascultau cuvintele pe masura ce ieseau din gura lui Iehova si zguduiau pamantul ca bubuiturile celui mai puternic tunet. Totul era de o solemnitate infricosatoare. Iar la sfarsitul fiecarei fraze sfintii strigau: "Slava! Aleluia!" Fetele lor erau luminate de slava lui Dumnezeu si straluceau de slava asa cum stralucea fata lui Moise cand a coborat de pe Sinai. Cei rai nu se puteau uita la ei din pricina slavei. Si cand binecuvantarea vesnica a fost rostita pentru cei care-L onorasera pe Dumnezeu prin sfintirea Sabatului Sau, s-a auzit un strigat puternic de biruinta asupra fiarei si asupra chipului ei. 8:10 Atunci a inceput anul de veselie, cand pamantul trebuie sa se odihneasca. L-am vazut pe robul evlavios ridicandu-se in triumf si biruinta si scuturandu-se de lanturile care-l legau, in timp ce stapanul sau cel rau era tulburat si nu stia ce sa faca; caci cei rai nu au putut sa priceapa cuvintele rostite de Dumnezeu. La putin timp de la aceasta, a aparut marele nor alb. Arata mai frumos ca oricand. Pe el era asezat Fiul omului. La inceput, nu L-am vazut pe Isus pe nor, dar, pe masura ce se apropia de pamant, am putut vedea persoana-I minunata. Cand a fost zarit prima data, acest nor a fost semnul Fiului omului in cer. Glasul Fiului lui Dumnezeu i-a chemat la viata pe sfintii care erau adormiti si i-a imbracat in nemurire slavita. Sfintii aflati in viata au fost preschimbati intr-o clipa si au fost luati impreuna cu primii in carul in forma de nor. Arata nespus de frumos in timp ce se inalta ca un tunet. De fiecare parte a carului erau aripi si sub el, roti. Iar cand carul s-a inaltat cu tunet, rotile au strigat "Sfant" si aripile, cand se miscau, strigau "Sfant", iar suita de ingeri sfinti din jurul norului strigau: "Sfant, sfant, sfant, este Doamnul, Cel Atotputernic!" Iar sfintii din nor strigau: "Slava! Aleluia!" Si carul s-a inaltat cu tunet, indreptandu-se catre Cetatea cea Sfanta. Isus a deschis portile cetatii de aur si ne-a condus inauntru. Aici am fost intampinati cu bunavointa, caci paziseram "poruncile lui Dumnezeu" si aveam "dreptul sa mancam din pomul vietii." |

Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
