23:1 Cap. 21 - Lucrarea care trebuie facuta pentru copiii nostri 23:2 Mi s-a atras atentia asupra bisericilor raspandite in diferite localitati si mi s-a aratat ca puterea lor depinde de cresterea lor in utilitate si eficienta In toate bisericile noastre trebuie sa existe scoli, iar in aceste scoli, buni profesori misionari. Este cat se poate de important ca profesorii sa fie pregatiti pentru a-si face bine partea in importanta lucrare de educare a copiilor pazitorilor Sabatului, nu numai in cultura generala, ci si in Scripturi. Aceste scoli, infiintate in diferite localitati si conduse de barbati si femei, dupa caz, cu temere de Dumnezeu, vor fi facute dupa aceleasi principii cu scolile profetilor. 23:3 O grija deosebita trebuie acordata educarii tineretului. Copiii trebuie educati pentru a deveni misionari; ei trebuie ajutati sa inteleaga limpede ce trebuie sa faca pentru a fi mantuiti. Putini dintre ei au o instruire esentiala in cele sfinte. Daca au o experienta religioasa, profesorii vor putea sa comunice elevilor lor cunostinta dragostei lui Dumnezeu, pe care o detin. Aceste lectii pot fi predate numai de cei care sunt, ei insisi, convertiti cu adevarat. Aceasta este cea mai nobila lucrare misionara pe care vreun om si-o poate asuma. 23:4 Chiar de mici, copiii trebuie invatati sa citeasca, sa scrie, sa descifreze imagini, sa aiba raspunderile lor. Ei pot inainta pas cu pas in aceasta cunoastere. Dar, inainte de orice altceva, ei trebuie invatati ca temerea de Domnul este inceputul intelepciunii. Ei trebuie invatati rand pe rand, sfat dupa sfat, putin cate putin; dar obiectivul principal al profesorului trebuie sa fie invatarea copiilor sa-L cunoasca pe Dumnezeu si pe Isus Hristos, pe care El L-a trimis. 23:5 Invatati-i pe copii ca, peste tot, pacatul este definit de Scriptura drept "faradelege" (1 Ioan 3,4)... Invatati-i intr-un limbaj simplu ca trebuie sa fie ascultatori de parinti si sa-si predea inimile lui Dumnezeu. Isus asteapta sa-i primeasca si sa-i binecuvanteze, daca vor veni la El, cerandu-I sa le ierte toate faradelegile si sa-i despovareze de pacate. Iar cand Il roaga sa le ierte toate faradelegile, ei trebuie sa-L creada ca asa va face. 23:6 Dumnezeu vrea ca orice copil de varsta frageda sa fie copilul Lui, sa fie adoptat in familia Sa. Oricat de mici ar fi, copiii pot fi membri ai caminului credintei si pot avea o experienta cat se poate de valoroasa. Pot avea o inima blanda si dispusa sa primeasca impresii durabile. Pot avea inimile pline de incredere si iubire fata de Isus si pot trai pentru Mantuitorul. Hristos va face din ei mici misionari. Intregul curs al gandurilor lor va fi schimbat si pacatul nu le va mai aparea drept ceva de dorit, ci ceva de ocolit si de urat. 23:7 Copiii mici, la fel ca si cei mai mari, vor avea de castigat de pe urma acestei educatii si, usurand astfel realizarea planului de mantuire, profesorii vor primi binecuvantari in aceeasi masura cu elevii lor. Duhul Sfant al lui Dumnezeu 23:8 va imprima lectiile in mintea receptiva a copiilor si ei vor intelege ideile adevarului biblic, in simplitatea lor. Iar Domnul le va da acestor copii experienta misionara. El le va inspira ganduri pe care chiar profesorii lor nu le-au avut. Copiii care sunt educati vor fi martori ai adevarului. 23:9 Profesorii nervosi, usor iritabili, nu trebuie asezati in fata tinerilor. Ei trebuie sa-i iubeasca pe copii, fiindca acestia sunt membri mai tineri ai familiei Domnului. Domnul Se va interesa de acesti copii, ca si de parintii lor. "Unde este turma care-ti fusese data, turma de care erai asa de mandru?" (Ieremia 13,20). 23:10 In lucrarea de educare a copiilor si tinerilor, profesorii nu trebuie sa-si permita nici un cuvant sau gest necontrolat, pentru ca, facand asa, transmit elevilor acelasi spirit pe care ei il poseda. Domnul ar vrea ca in scolile noastre primare si, de asemenea, in cele de grad mai inalt, ingerii Sai sa poata umbla, iar ordinea si principiile de conducere sa fie ordinea si principiile cerului. Asa ceva multi cred ca este imposibil; dar orice scoala trebuie sa inceapa cu aceasta si sa se straduiasca sa pastreze spiritul lui Hristos in ordine, comunicare, instruire, iar profesorii sa se aseze in conul de lumina in care Dumnezeu ii poate folosi ca agenti ai Sai, pentru a reflecta caracterul Sau. Educatorii trebuie sa stie ca, in calitate de instructori tematori de Dumnezeu, ei au la orice ora ajutoare pentru a imprima in inima copiilor valoroasa lectie data. 23:11 Domnul lucreaza impreuna cu orice profesor consacrat si este in interesul profesorului, sa fie constient de aceasta. Educatorii care se afla sub controlul lui Dumnezeu primesc har, adevar si lumina prin Duhul Sfant, pentru a le impartasi copiilor. Ei lucreaza pentru cel mai mare Educator pe care lumea L-a avut vreodata si cat de nepotrivit ar fi ca ei sa aiba un duh lipsit de bunatate, o voce aspra, plina de manie! Prin aceasta, ei ar transmite propriile defecte copiilor. 23:12 O, de-am intelege ce am putea realiza, daca am invata de la Isus! Izvoarele ceresti de pace si bucurie, desferecate in sufletul educatorului de cuvintele minunate ale inspiratiei, vor deveni un puternic rau al influentei, binecuvantandu-i pe toti cu care acesta intra in contact. 23:13 Sa nu va ganditi ca Biblia va fi o carte plictisitoare pentru copii. Cu un instructor intelept, Cuvantul va deveni din ce in ce mai de dorit, va fi pentru copii ca painea vietii, care nu se invecheste niciodata. Exista in Biblie o prospetime si o frumusete care ii atrage si ii incanta pe copii si pe tineri. Ea este ca soarele care radiaza pe pamant, oferindu-si stralucirea si caldura, fara insa a le termina vreodata. Prin lectiile din istoria biblica si in doctrina, copiii si tinerii vor afla ca toate celelalte carti sunt inferioare Scripturii. Ei pot gasi in Biblie fantana harului si a iubirii. 23:14 Duhul Sfant si plin de invataminte al lui Dumnezeu este in Cuvantul Sau. O noua si pretioasa lumina straluceste cu putere de pe fiecare pagina. Adevarul este scos la iveala prin ele, iar cuvintele si propozitiile, stralucind si potrivindu-se cu orice ocazie, sunt glasul lui Dumnezeu care vorbeste. 23:15 Avem nevoie sa-L recunoastem pe Duhul Sfant ca luminator al nostru. Lui Ii place sa Se adreseze copiilor si sa le descopere frumusetile si bogatiile Cuvantului. Fagaduintele rostite de Marele Invatator vor captiva simturile si vor anima sufletul copilului cu o putere spirituala care este divina. In mintea lor receptiva, se va dezvolta o familiarizare cu lucrurile sfinte, care va fi ca o baricada impotriva ispitelor vrajmasului. 23:16 Lucrarea educatorilor este o lucrare importanta. Ei trebuie sa faca din Cuvantul lui Dumnezeu meditatia lor. Dumnezeu va comunica prin Duhul Sau Sfant cu sufletul. Rugati-va, in vreme ce studiati: "Deschide-mi ochii, ca sa vad lucrurile minunate ale Legii tale" (Ps. 119,18). Atunci cand, prin rugaciune, educatorul se va sprijini pe Dumnezeu, Duhul lui Hristos va veni peste el, si Dumnezeu va lucra astfel prin el, la mintea elevului. Duhul Sfant umple mintea si inima cu speranta, curaj si imagini biblice, care vor fi transmise elevului. Cuvintele adevarului vor creste in importanta si vor capata o largime si o adancime ale intelesului pe care niciodata instructorul nu le-a visat. Frumusetea si valoarea Cuvantului lui Dumnezeu au o influenta transformatoare asupra mintii si caracterului; scanteile iubirii cerului vor cadea in inima copiilor ca o inspiratie. Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
