68:1 Cap. 66 - Caile de acces asupra carora trebuie sa veghem 68:2 Pentru ce ne-a dat Dumnezeu ochi, urechi si grai. Dumnezeu a dat oamenilor ochi, pentru ca ei sa poata vedea lucrurile minunate ale Legii Sale. El le-a dat urechi, ca sa poata asculta solia din partea Lui, rostita de predicator. El le-a dat oamenilor darul vorbirii, pentru ca ei sa-L poata prezenta pe Domnul Hristos ca Mantuitorul care iarta pacatele. Prin credinta din inima, se capata neprihanirea si prin marturisirea cu gura se ajunge la mantuire. 1 68:3 Cum patrunde Satana spre suflet. Toti oamenii trebuie sa-si pazeasca simturile, pentru ca Satana sa nu obtina biruinta asupra lor; caci acestea sunt caile de acces catre suflet. 2 68:4 Va trebui sa devii o santinela credincioasa, care sa vegheze asupra ochilor, urechilor si tuturor simturilor tale, daca vrei sa-ti tii sub control mintea si sa eviti ca ganduri desarte, stricate, sa-ti pangareasca sufletul. Aceasta lucrare, atat de necesara, nu poate fi indeplinita decat prin puterea harului divin. 3 68:5 Satana si ingerii lui sunt foarte preocupati sa paralizeze simturile, astfel ca sfaturile, avertizarile si mustrarile sa nu poata fi auzite sau, chiar daca ar fi auzite, sa nu aiba efect asupra inimii in vederea reformarii vietii. 4 68:6 Fratii mei, Dumnezeu va cere voua, urmasilor Sai, sa umblati in lumina. Trebuie sa fiti in stare de alerta. Pacatul exista intre noi si nu este considerat asa cum este el, extrem de pacatos. Simturile multora sunt amortite prin ingaduirea poftei si jocul cu pacatul. Noi trebuie sa facem pasi inainte, spre ceruri.5 68:7 Strategia lui Satana este de a deruta simturile. Lucrarea lui Satana este de a-i conduce pe oameni sa-L ignore pe Dumnezeu si pentru aceasta le 68:8 absoarbe mintea, astfel ca Dumnezeu sa nu fie prezent in gandurile lor. Educatia pe care ei au primit-o a fost de asa natura, incat sa puna mintea in incurcatura si sa eclipseze adevarata lumina. Satana nu doreste ca oamenii sa-L cunoasca pe Dumnezeu; si daca el pune in aplicare jocuri si reprezentari teatrale, acest lucru va deruta in asa masura simturile tanarului, incat fiintele umane vor pieri in intuneric, in timp ce lumina straluceste pretutindeni in jurul lor, iar el, Satana, este multumit. 6 68:9 Satana nu poate patrunde in minte fara consimtamantul nostru. Trebuie sa prezentam inaintea poporului nostru faptul ca Dumnezeu S-a ingrijit ca noi sa nu fim ispititi peste puterile noastre si ca pentru fiecare ispita El va pregati un mijloc de scapare. Daca traim cu totul pentru Dumnezeu, nu vom ingadui mintii sa zaboveasca asupra unor inchipuiri egoiste. 68:10 Daca exista vreo cale prin care Satana poate avea acces la minte, el isi va semana acolo buruienele sale si le va face sa creasca pana cand acestea vor produce o recolta bogata. In nici un caz Satana nu poate obtine stapanire asupra gandurilor, cuvintelor si actiunilor noastre, afara de cazul in care noi, in mod voit, deschidem usa si il invitam sa intre. Atunci el va intra si, indepartand samanta cea buna, semanata in inima, va face ca adevarul sa nu aiba nici un efect. 7 68:11 Inchideti orice cale de acces in fata ispititorului. Aceia care poarta Numele lui Hristos trebuie sa vegheze, sa se roage si sa pazeasca caile de acces catre suflet, deoarece Satana este la lucru pentru a pangari si distruge, daca i se ofera cea mai mica sansa. 8 68:12 Nu suntem in siguranta daca amanam sa gandim serios ce inseamna sa culegi recolta care urmeaza cedarii in fata sugestiilor lui Satana. Pacatul inseamna dezonoare si dezastru pentru fiecare suflet care se complace in el, insa, prin natura sa, el este orbitor si amagitor, momindu-ne prin ademenirile lui lingusitoare. 68:13 Daca ne aventuram pe terenul lui Satana, nu avem asigurare de protectie impotriva puterii lui. Atat cat depinde de noi, trebuie sa inchidem orice cale de acces, prin care ispititorul ar putea patrunde la noi. 9 68:14 Cine poate sti, in momentul ispitirii, teribilele consecinte ce urmeaza unui pas gresit, pripit! Singura noastra siguranta este sa fim aparati de harul lui Dumnezeu in fiecare clipa si sa nu ne bazam pe ceva ce ne spune propria noastra vedere spirituala, ca sa nu ajungem sa numim raul bine, iar binele rau. Fara ezitare si fara nici un argument, noi trebuie sa inchidem si sa pazim caile de acces prin care raul poate patrunde in suflet. 10 68:15 Fiecare crestin trebuie sa vegheze continuu, pazind orice cale spre suflet, prin care Satana ar putea patrunde. Trebuie sa se roage pentru ajutor divin si in acelasi timp sa se opuna cu hotarare oricarei inclinatii catre pacat. Prin curaj, credinta si munca neobosita, el poate obtine biruinta. Insa el trebuie sa nu uite ca, pentru a obtine victorie, Domnul Hristos trebuie sa locuiasca in el si el in Hristos. 11 68:16 Evitati sa cititi, sa vedeti sau sa auziti lucruri rele. Apostolul (Petru) a cautat sa-i invete pe credinciosi cat de important este sa nu-si lase mintea sa zaboveasca asupra unor subiecte interzise sau sa-si consume energia cu subiecte neinsemnate. Aceia care nu vor sa cada prada uneltirilor lui Satana trebuie sa-si pazeasca bine caile de acces spre suflet; ei trebuie sa evite sa citeasca, sa vada sau sa auda ceea ce ar sugera ganduri necurate. Mintea nu trebuie lasata sa zaboveasca la intamplare asupra oricarui subiect pe care il sugereaza vrajmasul sufletelor. Inima trebuie pazita cu credinciosie, caci, daca nu, peste voia noastra, rele vor trezi relele din inima, iar sufletul va rataci in intuneric. 12 68:17 Trebuie sa facem tot ce se poate, atat pentru noi, cat si pentru copiii nostri, ca sa nu vedem nedreptatea care exista in lume. Noi trebuie 68:18 sa ne pazim ochii si urechile, astfel ca aceste lucruri ingrozitoare sa nu patrunda in mintile noastre. Cand mi se aduce ziarul, simt ca parca ar trebui sa-l ascund, astfel ca lucrurile ridicole, senzationale, pe care le cuprinde, sa nu fie vazute. Se pare ca vrajmasul ticluieste multe dintre lucrurile care se publica si apar in ziare. Lucruri pacatoase, luate de oriunde, sunt descoperite si prezentate in toata goliciunea lor in fata lumii. 13 68:19 Cei care doresc sa aiba acea intelepciune care vine de la Dumnezeu trebuie sa ajunga nebuni in ce priveste cunoasterea pacatoasa a lucrurilor acestui veac, pentru a deveni intelepti. Ei trebuie sa-si inchida ochii, pentru ca sa nu vada si sa nu invete raul. Ei trebuie sa-si astupe urechile, ca sa nu auda ceea ce este rau si sa nu dobandeasca acea intelegere care le-ar pangari curatia gandurilor si faptelor. Si ar trebui sa-si pazeasca limba, pentru ca sa nu rosteasca cuvinte stricate si pentru ca sa nu se gaseasca viclesug in gura lor. 14 68:20 Prin deschiderea usii, rezistenta slabeste. Nu incercati sa vedeti cat de aproape puteti merge pe marginea prapastiei fara a cadea. Evitati prima apropiere de pericol. Cu sufletul nu putem sa ne jucam. Capitalul vostru este caracterul vostru. Pastrati-l cu grija ca pe o comoara de mare pret. Curatia morala, simtamantul propriei valori, o rezistenta puternica, toate acestea trebuie pazite cu hotarare si in mod continuu. Sa nu existe nici o indepartare de la sursa; o simpla joaca, o nechibzuinta poate primejdui sufletul prin aceea ca deschide usa in calea ispitei, iar puterea de rezistenta slabeste. 15 68:21 Satana ar dori sa umbreasca slava viitoare. Satana a lucrat in mod continuu pentru a umbri slava lumii viitoare si pentru a atrage toata atentia la lucrurile acestei vietii. El s-a luptat sa aranjeze in asa fel lucrurile, 68:22 incat gandurile, preocuparile si lucrul nostru sa fie atat de mult angajate in lucrurile vremelnice, incat noi sa nu vedem sau sa realizam valoarea realitatilor vesnice. In gandurile si simtamintele noastre, lumea si grijile ei ocupa prea mult spatiu, in timp ce Domnul Isus si lucrurile ceresti prea putin. Noi trebuie sa ne indeplinim cu credinciosie toate datoriile vietii noastre de zi cu zi, insa este de asemenea esential sa cultivam, mai presus de orice altceva, un devotament sfant pentru Domnul nostru Isus Hristos. 16 68:23 Ingerii cerului ne vor ajuta. Noi trebuie sa pastram mereu in minte faptul ca agentii nevazuti sunt continuu la lucru, atat cei rai, cat si cei buni, pentru a ne lua in stapanire mintea. Ei actioneaza cu putere nevazuta, dar care totusi se face simtita. Ingerii buni sunt duhuri slujitoare, care exercita o influenta cereasca asupra inimii si a mintii, iar marele vrajmas al sufletelor, diavolul, si ingerii sai sunt continuu la lucru pentru a realiza distrugerea noastra... 68:24 In timp ce trebuie sa fim vigilenti si sa nu ne expunem atacurilor dusmanilor nevazuti, noi trebuie sa fim siguri ca ei nu ne pot aduce nici o vatamare, daca nu castiga consimtamantul nostru. 17 68:25 1. Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
