67:1 Cap. 65 - Provizii pentru viitor 67:2 Detinerea de case in proprietate si economiile in comparatie cu obiceiurile de a risipi banii. Fratele si sora B. nu au invatat lectia economisirii... Ei cheltuiesc tot ce intalnesc in cale, oricat de mult ar fi. Se bucura cand fac acest lucru, iar apoi, cand dau de necaz, ei sunt cu totul nepregatiti. Daca fratele si sora B. ar fi fost administratori economi, tagaduitori de sine, ar fi putut avea o casa a lor insisi si, pe langa aceasta, ar fi putut avea mijloace pentru vremuri grele. Dar ei nu au vrut sa fie economi ca altii, de care uneori fusesera dependenti. Daca ei vor neglija in continuare aceste lectii, caracterele lor nu vor fi gasite desavarsite in ziua lui Dumnezeu. 1 67:3 Acest sfat te poate ajuta. Ai fost implicat intr-o afacere care uneori iti putea aduce mari profituri. Dupa ce ai castigat, nu ai invatat sa faci economii in vederea acelor perioade cand banii se castigau atat de usor, ci ai cheltuit mult pe dorinte imaginare. Daca tu si sotia ta ati fi inteles ca este o datorie pe care Dumnezeu v-o cere, de a va tine in frau gustul si dorintele si de a va face provizii pentru viitor, in loc de a trai doar pentru prezent, acum ati fi putut avea o situatie materiala buna, iar familia ta s-ar fi putut bucura de o viata confortabila. Ai de invatat o lectie... Putin, sa-ti ajunga multa vreme. 2 67:4 Catre o familie care trebuie sa faca economii in mod sistematic. Ai fi putut sa ai astazi un capital pe care sa-l poti folosi in caz de urgenta si sa sustii cauza lui Dumnezeu, daca ai fi facut 67:5 economii asa cum ar fi trebuit. In fiecare saptamana, o parte din salariul tau trebuie pus deoparte si sa nu fie atins decat in cazul unor nevoi efective sau sa fie inapoiat Datatorului sub forma de daruri... 67:6 Mijloacele pe care le-ai castigat nu au fost cheltuite in mod intelept si economic, astfel ca sa ai o acoperire in caz ca tu ai fi bolnav si familia ta ar fi lipsita de mijloacele pe care tu le aduci pentru a-i sustine. Familia ta ar trebui sa aiba ceva pe care sa se bizuie in caz ca ajunge in stramtorare. 3 67:7 O alta familie sfatuita sa aiba un cont de economii. In fiecare saptamana, ar trebui sa depuneti intr-un loc sigur o suma de bani care sa nu fie decat in caz de boala. Cu economie, puteti plasa banii cu dobanda. Printr-o administrare inteleapta, puteti economisi ceva dupa ce va platiti datoriile. 4 67:8 Am cunoscut o familie care primea douazeci de dolari pe saptamana pe care ii cheltuia in intregime, in timp ce o alta familie, la fel de mare, care primea doar doisprezece dolari pe saptamana, punea deoparte unul sau doi dolari pe saptamana, reusind sa faca acest lucru prin abtinerea de a cumpara lucruri inutile, de care se puteau dispensa. 5 67:9 Asigurati-va proprietatea printr-un testament corespunzator. Cei care sunt ispravnici credinciosi ai mijloacelor lui Dumnezeu vor fi foarte stapani pe treburile lor si, ca si cel intelept, vor fi pregatiti pentru orice caz de urgenta. Daca timpul lor de har s-ar incheia pe neasteptate, ei ar lasa in incurcatura pe cei care trebuie sa decida asupra averii lor. 67:10 Multi oamenii nu se gandesc sa-si faca testamentul in timp ce sunt inca intr-o buna stare de sanatate. In aceasta privinta, fratii nostri trebuie sa fie prevazatori. Ei trebuie sa stie cum stau din punct de vedere financiar si nu 67:11 trebuie sa ingaduie ca treburile sa le fie incurcate in afaceri. Ei trebuie sa-si tina intr-o astfel de randuiala bunurile, incat in orice clipa sa le poata lasa. 67:12 Testamentele trebuie facute in asa fel, incat sa treaca testul legii. Dupa ce sunt intocmite, ele pot sta ani de zile fara sa faca rau cuiva, si intre timp se pot face inca donatii dupa cum cere cauza lui Dumnezeu. Moartea nu va veni cu o zi mai devreme, fratilor, pentru ca v-ati facut testamentul. Lasandu-va averea prin testament rudelor, asigurati-va ca nu uitati cauza lui Dumnezeu. Voi sunteti agentii Lui, cei care detin proprietatea Lui; si cuvintele Lui trebuie luate cele dintai in seama. Sotiile si copiii vostri, desigur, nu trebuie lasati in lipsa; trebuie sa va ingrijiti de ei, daca sunt in nevoie. Insa nu treceti in testament, doar pentru ca asa e obiceiul, un sir lung de rude care nu sunt nevoiase. 6 67:13 Aduceti-va aminte de lucrarea lui Dumnezeu cat sunteti inca in viata. Nimeni sa nu gandeasca ca va putea sta fata in fata cu Hristos strangand averi in timpul vietii, din care o parte, la moarte, va lasa mostenire pentru vreo binefacere. 7 67:14 Unii isi retin in mod egoist mijloacele in timpul vietii, gandind ca pot suplini aceasta neglijenta, amintind de lucrare in testamentul lor. Insa, in realitate, nici jumatate din mijloacele acordate astfel in mod legal nu ajung sa fie folosite dupa cum s-a specificat. Frati si surori, investiti in banca cerului voi insiva si nu lasati ca ceea ce este al vostru, ca ispravnici, sa fie administrat de altcineva. 8 67:15 Administrarea bunurilor lasata pe seama copiilor este adesea neinteleapta... Parintii sa se teama sa incredinteze ca mostenire copiilor mijloace pe care Dumnezeu le-a daruit mainilor lor, afara doar de cazul ca au cea mai sigura dovada ca copiii lor privesc cu interes, dragoste si devotament cauza lui Dumnezeu - mai mult decat ei insisi - si ca 67:16 acesti copii vor fi mai seriosi si zelosi pentru inaintarea lucrarii lui Dumnezeu si mai binevoitori in a duce mai departe diferite initiative legate de aceasta, care necesita mijloace de sustinere. Insa multi aseaza mijloacele in mainile copiilor lor, aruncand astfel asupra lor responsabilitatea ispravniciei lor, pentru ca Satana ii impinge sa faca astfel. Procedand astfel, ei isi plaseaza mijloacele in ostirea vrajmasului. Satana lucreaza in aceasta privinta, urmarindu-si scopul si retinand de la cauza lui Dumnezeu mijloacele de care aceasta are nevoie, ca sa nu poata fi sustinuta suficient. 9 67:17 Blestemul strangerii de bogatii. Cei care dobandesc bogatii, avand doar scopul de a le strange, lasa blestemul bogatiilor asupra copiilor lor. Este un pacat, un pacat ingrozitor, care pune in primejdie sufletul tatilor si mamelor care fac acest lucru, si acest pacat se extinde si asupra posteritatii. Adesea, copiii cheltuie banii pe lucruri fara noima, extravagante, intr-un trai dezmatat, devenind astfel niste cersetori. Ei nu cunosc valoarea mostenirii pe care au risipit-o. Daca tatii si mamele lor le-ar fi dat un exemplu potrivit, nu strangand bogatii, ci impartindu-le corespunzator, ei si-ar fi strans comori in ceruri si ar fi primit in schimb, chiar in aceasta lume, pace si fericire, iar in viata viitoare bogatii vesnice. 10 67:18 1. Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
