59:1 Cap. 57 - Atitudinea fata de un sot necredincios 59:2 [Nota: Acest capitol contine multe informatii pentru credinciosii care au necazuri si cauta sfat. Autorii compilatori] 59:3 O sotie crestina sa-si paraseasca sotul necredincios? Primesc scrisori de la mame, in care acestea isi relateaza necazurile si imi cer sfatul. Unul dintre aceste cazuri va fi folosit ca reprezentativ. Sotul si tatal nu este credincios, iar pentru mama totul este ingreunat in ce priveste educatia copiilor ei. Sotul este profan, vulgar si abuziv in limbajul folosit fata de ea si ii invata pe copii sa nesocoteasca autoritatea ei. Cand mama incearca sa se roage impreuna cu copiii, el intra si face galagie mare, terminand prin a-L blestema pe Dumnezeu si invalmasind tot felul de epitete stricate despre Biblie. Ea este atat de descurajata, incat viata i-a devenit o povara. Ce bine ar putea face? Care ar fi folosul pentru copiii ei, ca ea sa ramana in camin? Simtind dorinta sincera de a lucra ceva in via Domnului, ea gandeste ca ar fi mai bine sa-si lase familia decat sa ramana alaturi de un sot si un tata care incontinuu ii invata pe copii sa nu o respecte si sa nu o asculte. 59:4 In asemenea cazuri, sfatul meu ar fi pentru voi, mamelor, oricat de mari ar fi necazurile pe care trebuie sa le indurati prin saracie, rani si lovituri sufletesti, din partea sotului si tatalui aspru si tiran, sa nu va parasiti copiii, nu-i lasati pe seama unui tata fara Dumnezeu. Lucrarea voastra trebuie sa fie aceea de a contracara lucrarea tatalui, care este in mod evident sub stapanirea lui Satana. 1 59:5 Dati un exemplu viu de stapanire se sine. Aveti necazuri, insa e mai bine sa conduceti intr-un spirit bun pe calea cea dreapta decat sa trageti pe cineva pe aceasta cale. Sotul tau are nevoie sa vada in fiecare zi un exemplu viu de rabdare si stapanire de sine. Nu precupetiti nici un efort pentru a-i fi pe plac, fara insa a ceda fata de vreun singur principiu al adevarului... 59:6 Domnul Hristos cere intreaga fiinta in serviciul sau - inima, sufletul, mintea si puterea. Pe masura ce ii oferi ceea ce iti cere, Il vei reprezenta pe El in caracter. Sotul tau sa vada ca Duhul Sfant lucreaza in tine. Fii atenta, grijulie, rabdatoare si stapana pe tine. Nu-i impune adevarul. Fa-ti datoria asa cum trebuie sa si-o faca o sotie si vezi apoi daca inima sa nu este atinsa. Dragostea nu trebuie sa inceteze fata de sotul tau. Fii pe plac pe orice cale posibila. Nu lasa sa fiti despartiti datorita convingerilor voastre religioase. Asculta de Dumnezeu cu toata constiinciozitatea si fii pe plac sotului tau ori de cate ori se poate... 59:7 Fa ca toti sa vada ca tu Il iubesti pe Domnul Isus si te increzi in El. Dovedeste sotului tau si prietenilor vostri,credinciosi si necredinciosi, ca tu doresti ca ei sa vada frumusetea adevarului. Insa nu lasa sa se vada acea neliniste si ingrijorare care adesea strica lucrarea cea buna... 59:8 Sa nu rostesti niciodata vreun cuvant de repros sau cicalitor catre sotul tau. Uneori, treci prin stramtorari, insa nu vorbi despre aceste necazuri. Vorbirea mustratoare doar iti va spori nefericirea. Fii vesela si optimista. Adu toata stralucirea posibila in caminul tau si azvarle afara umbrele. Lasa ca razele luminoase ale Soarelui Neprihanirii sa straluceasca in incaperile templului sufletului tau. Atunci mireasma vietii crestine va fi adusa in familia ta. Nu se va mai zabovi asupra lucrurilor neplacute, care de multe ori nu contin adevar. 2 59:9 O sotie impovarata sfatuita sa fie optimista. Acum ai o dubla responsabilitate, pentru ca sotul tau si-a intors fata de la Isus... 59:10 Stiu ca ti-e foarte greu sa stai pe pozitie singura in ce priveste propovaduirea Cuvantului. Insa de unde stii tu, o sotie, ca poate chiar viata ta consecventa, de credinta si ascultare, nu-l poate castiga inapoi la adevar pe sotul tau? Copiii cei scumpi sa fie adusi la Isus. Intr-un limbaj simplu, rostiti-le cuvintele adevarului. Cantati-le frumos cantece atractive, care sa descopere dragostea lui Hristos. Adu-ti copiii la Isus, caci El iubeste copilasii. 59:11 Fii optimista. Nu uita ca ai un Mangaietor, Duhul Sfant, trimis de Domnul Hristos. Nu esti niciodata singura. Daca dai ascultare vocii care iti vorbeste acum, daca vei raspunde fara intarziere Celui care bate la usa inimii tale: "Intra, Doamne Isus, ca sa cinez cu Tine, si Tu cu mine", Oaspetele ceresc va intra. Cand se va realiza acest lucru, exista pace si odihna. 3 59:12 Mentineti principiile crestine. O familie care nu se inchina lui Dumnezeu este precum o corabie fara carmaci sau fara carma in mijlocul marii. Furtuna loveste in aceasta, sparge ce intalneste in cale si exista pericolul ca tot ce este la bord sa piara. Pretuieste viata ta si a copiilor tai, de dragul lui Hristos, caci va trebui sa te intalnesti cu ei si cu sotul tau in fata tronului lui Dumnezeu. Principiile tale crestine, neclintite, nu trebuie sa slabeasca, ci sa devina tot mai puternice. Oricat de mult te-ar hartui si ti s-ar impotrivi sotul, trebuie sa dovedesti o tarie consecventa, crestina, plina de credinciosie. Si atunci, orice ar spune el, in inima si cu ratiunea sa, te va respecta, daca are o inima de carne. 4 59:13 Cerintele lui Dumnezeu puse pe primul loc. [Luat din capitolul "Avertizari si mustrari" in care se gasesc marturii adresate unor membrii dintr-o anumita comunitate. Acest paragraf urmeaza unui mesaj adresat fratelui T. - Compilatorii] Mi-a fost aratata sora ... Ea este iubita de Dumnezeu, insa tinuta in robie servila, teama, groaza, descurajare, indoiala si multa incordare nervoasa. Aceasta sora n-ar trebui sa simta ca trebuie sa cedeze in ce priveste vointa ei fata de un tanar fara Dumnezeu, care are si mai putini ani decat ea. Ea trebuie sa nu uite ca legatura prin casatorie nu distruge individualitatea ei. Dumnezeu are cerinte fata de ea, mai mari decat orice cerinte omenesti. Hristos a cumparat-o cu propriul Sau sange. Ea nu-si apartine siesi. Ea greseste, nepunandu-si toata increderea in Dumnezeu si cedand fata de convingerile ei, constiinta ei, inaintea unui om arogant si tiran, infierbantat de Satana ori de cate ori majestatea sa diabolica poate lucra cu eficacitate prin el pentru a intimida acest suflet terorizat. De atatea ori a fost timorata, incat sistemul ei nervos a fost zdruncinat, fiind acum mai degraba o epava. Este oare voia Domnului ca aceasta sora sa ramana in aceasta stare si Domnul sa fie jefuit de serviciul ei? Nu. Casatoria ei a fost o amagire a diavolului. Totusi, acum ea trebuie sa faca tot ce poate mai bine, sa-si trateze sotul cu bunatate si sa-l faca fericit, fara a-si calca pe constiinta, caci, daca el ramane in aceasta stare de razvratire, lumea aceasta este "cerul" pe care-l va avea el. Insa daca ea se lipseste de privilegiul de a merge la adunare, pentru a fi pe plac unui sot tiran, posedat de diavolul, acest lucru nu este dupa voia lui Dumnezeu. 5 59:14 "Si un altul a zis: 'Tocmai m-am insurat si nu pot veni.'" Pacatul acestui om nu consta in faptul ca s-a casatorit, ci in faptul ca s-a casatorit cu o femeie care i-a indepartat mintea de scopurile inalte si mai importante ale vietii. Niciodata barbatul nu trebuie sa ingaduie sotiei sau familiei sa-i indeparteze 59:15 gandurile de la Hristos sau sa-l determine sa refuze sa accepte invitatia plina de har a Evangheliei. 6 59:16 Mai bine sa salvezi o parte decat sa pierzi totul. Frate K., ai avut multe descurajari; insa trebuie sa fii serios, hotarat sa-ti faci datoria in caminul tau si sa-i iei cu tine pe membrii familiei tale, daca va fi posibil. Sa nu precupetesti nici un efort in a-i convinge sa te insoteasca in calatoria catre cer. Insa, daca mama si copiii nu vor sa te insoteasca, ci mai degraba cauta sa te indeparteze de datoriile si privilegiile religioase, tu trebuie sa mergi inainte, chiar daca mergi singur. Tu trebuie sa traiesti in temere de Dumnezeu. Trebuie sa faci tot ce-ti sta in putere pentru a participa la adunare, spre a dobandi cat de multa tarie spirituala, caci vei avea nevoie de aceasta in vremurile care vor veni. Averea lui Lot a fost distrusa in intregime. Daca vei suferi o astfel de pierdere, sa nu te descurajezi, iar daca poti sa salvezi doar o parte a familiei tale, este mult mai bine decat sa pierzi totul. 7 59:17 1. Letter 28, 1890. 59:18 2. Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
