47:1 Cap. 45 - Prima datorie a mamei este aceea de a face educatia copiilor 47:2 Perspectivele copiilor educati in mod corespunzator. Dumnezeu cunoaste toate posibilitatile pe care le au acesti prichindei ai omenirii. El stie ca, printr-o educatie corespunzatoare, copilul va putea deveni o putere spre bine in lume. El urmareste cu interes aprins sa vada daca parintii vor aduce la indeplinire planul Lui sau daca, printr-o bunatate gresit inteleasa, ei nimicesc scopul Sau, fiind ingaduitori fata de copil,spre ruina lui prezenta si vesnica. A face din aceasta fiinta neajutorata, in aparenta fara insemnatate, o binecuvantare in lume si o onoare la adresa lui Dumnezeu constituie o lucrare mareata. Parintii nu ar trebui sa ingaduie sa se interpuna ceva intre ei si obligatia pe care o au fata de copiii lor. 1 47:3 O lucrare pentru Dumnezeu si tara. Cei care pazesc Legea lui Dumnezeu privesc asupra copiilor lor cu simtaminte de speranta si, totodata, cu teama de nedescris, intrebandu-se ce rol vor juca acestia in marele conflict ce se afla in fata lor. Mama grijulie se intreaba: "Ce pozitie vor lua? Ce pot face eu pentru a-i pregati sa actioneze bine, pentru a putea fi vase ale slavei vesnice?" Mari raspunderi aveti, mamelor. Desi nu aveti un loc in consiliile nationale..., voi puteti face o lucrare mare pentru Dumnezeu si pentru tara voastra. Voi puteti sa-i educati pe copiii vostri. Ii puteti ajuta sa-si formeze caractere care nu pot fi atrase sau influentate spre rau, ci spre a face binele. Prin rugaciunile fierbinti ale credintei, voi puteti pune in miscare bratul care conduce lumea. 2 47:4 Educatia se face in copilarie si in tinerete. Copiii trebuie crescuti spre a fi utili. Ei trebuie invatati sa faca acele lucruri care sunt trebuincioase in viata din camin, iar parintii trebuie sa faca tot ce le sta in putere ca aceste datorii sa li se para placute, rostind cuvinte amabile si apreciate. 3 47:5 Multi parinti neglijeaza educatia in camin. In ciuda metodelor avansate, educatia copiilor este in prezent intristator de deficitara. Educatia din camin este aceea care se neglijeaza. Parintii, si in special mamele, nu-si dau seama de responsabilitatea pe care o au. Ei nu au nici rabdarea de a face educatia copiilor, nici intelepciunea de a-i tine in frau pe cei mici, incredintati grijii lor. 4 47:6 Este atat de adevarat ca mamele nu stau la postul datoriei, credincioase chemarii lor de a fi mame. Dumnezeu nu ne cere nici un lucru pe care sa nu-l putem aduce la indeplinire prin puterea Sa, nici un lucru care sa nu fie spre binele nostru si al copiilor nostri. 5 47:7 Mamele sa caute ajutorul divin. Daca si-ar da seama de importanta misiunii lor, mamele ar petrece mai mult timp in rugaciune, prezentandu-si copiii Domnului Isus, implorand binecuvantarea Sa asupra lor si intelepciunea de a sti sa indeplineasca asa cum trebuie datoriile sacre pe care le au. 47:8 Mama sa caute sa faca orice imbunatatire cu putinta, in vederea modelarii caracterului si formarii unor deprinderi bune in copiii ei. Sa vegheze cu grija dezvoltarea caracterului lor, stapanind acele trasaturi care sunt prea pronuntate si incurajandu-le pe cele deficitare. Propria ei viata sa fie un exemplu curat si nobil pentru pretioasa fiinta pe care o are in grija. 6 47:9 Mama trebuie sa-si ia lucrarea in primire cu curaj si energie, bazandu-se continuu pe ajutorul divin in toate 47:10 stradaniile ei. Sa nu gaseasca niciodata odihna pana nu vede o crestere continua in caracterul copiilor ei, pana cand acestia nu ajung sa dobandeasca un tel mai inalt in viata decat doar acela de a cauta propria lor placere. 47:11 Este cu neputinta de estimat influenta unei mame care se roa-ga. Ea Il recunoaste pe Dumnezeu in toate caile ei. Ea isi duce copiii in fata harului si ii prezinta inaintea Domnului Isus, implorand binecuvantarea Sa asupra lor. Influenta acelor rugaciuni este pentru copii ca "un izvor de viata". Aceste rugaciuni, inaltate cu credinta, constituie sprijinul si taria mamei crestine. A neglija datoria de a ne ruga impreuna cu copiii nostri inseamna a pierde una dintre cele mai mari binecuvantari care se afla la indemana noastra, unul dintre cele mai mari ajutoare in mijlocul framantarilor, grijilor si poverilor vietii. 7 47:12 Puterea rugaciunilor mamei nu poate fi estimata. Ea, care ingenuncheaza langa fiul si fiica ei in perioada plina de greutati a copilariei, in tinerete, cand sunt atatea primejdii, nu va cunoaste niciodata pana in ziua judecatii influenta pe care au avut-o rugaciunile sale in viata copiilor ei. Daca este legata prin credinta de Fiul lui Dumnezeu, mana duioasa a mamei il poate trage inapoi pe fiu din calea ispitei, iar pe fiica de a nu ingadui pacatul. Cand pasiunea si pofta se razboiesc, cerand suprematie, puterea iubirii, a influentei restrangatoare, serioase si hotarate a mamei poate echilibra sufletul sovaielnic, punandu-l de partea cea dreapta. 8 47:13 Cand ne intrerup vizitatorii. Trebuie sa va luati timp sa vorbiti si sa va rugati impreuna cu micutii vostri si nu trebuie sa ingaduiti ca cineva sa intrerupa momentele de comuniune cu Dumnezeu si cu copiii vostri. Puteti spune vizitatorilor vostri: "Dumnezeu mi-a dat o lucrare de facut, nu am timp pentru flecarii." Trebuie intr-adevar sa simtiti ca aveti o lucrare de facut pentru 47:14 aceasta viata si pentru vesnicie. Cea dintai datorie a voastra este fata de copiii vostri. 9 47:15 Inainte de vizitatori, inainte de orice altceva, pe primul plan sunt copiii vostri... Lucrarea pe care o aveti de facut fata de copilul vostru in primii ani nu admite nici un fel de neglijare. Nu exista nici o perioada in viata acestuia, cand aceasta regula sa fie uitata. 10 47:16 Nu ii trimiteti afara ca sa puteti sta cu vizitatorii vostri, ci invatati-i sa fie linistiti si respectuosi in prezenta musafirilor. 11 47:17 Mamele sa fie modele de bunatate si noblete. Mamelor, fiti intelepte in privinta pretioaselor momente pe care le aveti. Nu uitati, copiii vostri au posibilitati deosebite, ei pot trece dincolo de ceea ce le oferiti prin educatie si instruire. Voi puteti fi pentru ei intruchiparea modelului a tot ceea ce poate fi bun, curat si nobil. Identificati-va interesele cu ale lor. 12 47:18 Puteti esua in orice altceva, insa in acest punct fiti meticuloase, eficiente. Daca copiii vostri sunt curati, virtuosi, in urma educatiei pe care o primesc in camin, daca ei ocupa cel putin cel mai umil loc in marele plan al lui Dumnezeu pentru binele omenirii, viata voastra nu va putea fi numita niciodata un esec si nu va trebui sa aveti vreodata remuscari. 13 47:19 Pruncii sunt o oglinda pentru mama, in care ea isi poate vedea propriile-i obiceiuri si comportamentul sau. Cat de atenta ar trebui sa fie ea atunci in privinta limbajului si a comportamentului, in prezenta acestor mici invatacei! Toate trasaturile de caracter pe care doreste sa le vada formandu-se in ei, trebuie sa le cultive ea insasi mai intai. 14 47:20 Tintiti mai sus decat standardul lumii. Mama nu trebuie sa se ghideze dupa opinia lumii si nici sa doreasca sa atinga standardul acesteia. Ea trebuie sa decida pentru ea insasi care este marele scop si tel al vietii si apoi sa depuna tot efortul posibil pentru a atinge acest tel. Ea poate, 47:21 din lipsa de timp, sa neglijeze multele lucruri in privinta gospodariei, fara rezultate prea grave; insa nu-si poate neglija, fara urmari, educarea corespunzatoare a copiilor ei. Caracterele lor deficitare vor da pe fata necredinciosia ei. Lucrurile rele, pe care ea le ingaduie sa treaca fara a le corecta, manierele aspre, grosolane, lipsa de respect si neascultarea, obiceiul de a lenevi si de a nu fi atent, toate acestea o vor dezonora si ii vor amari viata. Mamelor, destinul copiilor vostri este in mare masura in mainile voastre. Daca dati gres in a va face datoria, s-ar putea ca voi insiva sa-i asezati in randurile ostirii lui Satana si sa faceti din ei agentii lui pentru ruinarea si a altor suflete. Insa disciplina aplicata cu credinciosie si exemplul vostru de evlavie ii poate conduce la Hristos, iar ei,la randul lor, ii vor influenta si pe altii, si in acest fel multe suflete pot fi salvate prin intermediul vostru. 15 47:22 Cultivati binele, respingeti raul. Parintii trebuie sa coopereze cu Dumnezeu in a-si creste copiii in iubire si frica de Domnul. In nici un fel nu Il pot intrista mai mult decat neglijand educatia corespunzatoare a copiilor... Ei trebuie sa vegheze cu grija asupra cuvintelor si actiunilor celor mici, daca nu, cel rau ii prinde in mreaja lui. El doreste cu ardoare sa faca acest lucru, ca sa poata contracara planul lui Dumnezeu. Cu bunatate, devotament si duiosie, parintii trebuie sa lucreze pentru copiii lor, cultivand orice lucru bun si respingand orice lucru rau care se dezvolta in caracterele celor mici. 16 47:23 Bucuria lucrului indeplinit. Copiii sunt mostenirea Domnului, iar noi suntem raspunzatori in fata Lui de felul cum administram proprietatea Sa. Cresterea si educarea copiilor spre a fi crestini constituie cel mai mare serviciu pe care parintii il pot face pentru Dumnezeu. Este o lucrare care necesita munca, rabdare - un efort staruitor, consecvent, pe toata durata vietii. 47:24 Neglijarea acestei sarcini ne dovedeste a fi ispravnici necredinciosi... 47:25 Parintii sa lucreze cu iubire, credinta si rugaciune pentru caminele lor, pana cand, cu bucurie, se pot infatisa inaintea lui Dumnezeu, spunand: "Iata, eu si copiii pe care mi i-a dat Domnul." 17 47:26 1. Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
