42:1 Cap. 40 - Conceptii gresite cu privire la lucrarea mamei 42:2 Mamele sunt tentate sa creada ca lucrarea lor nu este importanta. Mamei i se pare adesea ca lucrarea ei este lipsita de importanta si rareori apreciata. Ceilalti din casa nu cunosc grijile si poverile ei, multe la numar. Zilele ei sunt ocupate cu un cerc continuu de datorii marunte, toate necesitand efort, rabdare, stapanire de sine, tact, intelepciune si aceea dragoste care se sacrifica pe sine; si totusi, ea nu se poate mandri cu ceea ce a facut, ca fiind o mare realizare. Ea a avut grija ca treburile casei sa mearga bine. Adeseori obosita, incearca sa le vorbeasca bland copiilor, pentru a-i tine ocupati si fericiti si a le calauzi picioarele pe calea cea dreapta. Dar simte ca nu a realizat nimic. Insa nu este asa. Ingerii cerului vegheaza asupra mamei coplesite de griji, consemnand poverile pe care le poarta zi de zi. Numele ei poate n-a fost auzit in lume, insa este scris in cartea vietii Mielului. 1 42:3 Adevarata sotie si mama... isi va indeplini datoriile cu demnitate si voiosie, fara a considera o injosire sa faca ea insasi cu mainile ei ceea ce este necesar intr-o casa bine organizata. 2 42:4 Considerata ca fiind inferioara in lucrarea misionara. Ce lucrare importanta! Si totusi, auzim mame suspinand dupa lucrare misionara! Daca ar putea merge in vreo tara straina - gandesc ele - ar putea face ceva ce ar merita. Insa a prelua zi de zi datoriile gospodariei si a le indeplini li se pare o sarcina epuizanta si nerasplatita. 3 42:5 Mamele care suspina dupa un camp misionar au unul la indemana in propriul lor camin... Oare sufletele copiilor lor nu au aceeasi valoare ca si sufletele paganilor? Cu cata grija si duiosie ar trebui sa vegheze asupra dezvoltarii mintii lor si sa-i lege de Dumnezeu! Cine ar putea face acest lucru mai bine decat o mama iubitoare, tematoare de Dumnezeu! 4 42:6 Sunt unii care gandesc ca, daca nu sunt implicati direct intr-o lucrare religioasa activa, nu fac voia lui Dumnezeu; insa aceasta este o greseala. Fiecare are o lucrare de facut pentru Domnul; este un lucru minunat sa faci din camin un loc placut si toate sa fie asa cum ar trebui. Cele mai umile talente, daca Ii sunt daruite din inima lui Dumnezeu, vor face ca viata de familie sa fie tot ceea ce ar dori Dumnezeu. O lumina stralucitoare va fi urmarea slujirii lui Dumnezeu din toata inima. Barbatii si femeile Il pot sluji pe Dumnezeu la fel de bine ca si pastorul care isi face lucrarea la amvon, dand o serioasa atentie lucrurilor pe care le aud si educandu-si copiii spre a trai pentru Dumnezeu si cu teama de Dumnezeu. 5 42:7 Aceste femei care fac cu tragere de inima tot ce gaseste mana lor sa faca, ajutandu-si cu voiosie sotii sa-si poarte poverile si educandu-si copiii pentru Dumnezeu, sunt misionari in cel mai inalt sens al cuvantului. 6 42:8 Activitatile religioase nu trebuie sa inlocuiasca grija pentru familie. Daca tu nu tii cont de datoria ta ca sotie si mama si intinzi si oferi mainile tale Domnului, dar faci o alta lucrare cu ele, fii sigura ca El nu Se va contrazice pe Sine Insusi; El iti arata datoria pe care o ai in camin. Daca gandesti ca ti-a fost incredintata o alta lucrare mai mare si mai sfanta decat aceasta, te inseli. Fiind credincioasa in propriul tau camin, lucrand pentru sufletele care sunt cel mai aproape de tine, poate Domnul Hristos te va gasi potrivita spre 42:9 a lucra pentru El intr-un camp mai mare. Insa fii sigura ca aceia care isi neglijeaza datoria in propriul lor camin nu sunt pregatiti spre a lucra cu alte suflete. 7 42:10 Domnul nu te-a chemat ca sa-ti neglijezi caminul, sotul si copiii. El nu lucreaza niciodata in acest mod; si nu va lucra niciodata astfel... Niciodata, nici macar pentru o clipa, sa nu crezi ca Dumnezeu ti-a incredintat o lucrare care ar necesita ca tu sa te desparti de mica ta turma. Nu-i lasa sa ajunga imorali datorita unor prietenii nepotrivite si sa-si impietreasca inimile fata de mama lor. Aceasta ar insemna, la urma urmei, sa lasi ca lumina ta sa straluceasca pe o alta cale - pe o cale gresita; tu ii impiedici pe copiii tai sa devina ceea ce Dumnezeu ar dori si sa castige cerul in cele din urma. Dumnezeu Se ingrijeste de ei si asa trebuie sa faci si tu, daca pretinzi ca esti copilul Lui. 8 42:11 Primii ani din vietile lor este timpul cand este nevoie de lucru, veghe si rugaciune pentru a se incuraja orice tendinta spre bine. Aceasta lucrare trebuie sa continue fara intrerupere. S-ar putea sa fiti solicitate sa participati in diferite asociatii ale mamelor sau cercuri de croitorie, cu scopul de a face lucrare misionara; insa, daca nu gasiti o persoana credincioasa, intelegatoare, pe care sa o lasati cu copiii dvs., este datoria dvs. de a raspunde, caci Domnul v-a incredintat o alta lucrare pe care cu nici un chip nu o puteti neglija. Nu se poate sa munciti peste masura intr-un alt domeniu fara a va descalifica din lucrarea de educare a micutilor vostri si de a-i face sa devina ceea ce Dumnezeu ar dori. In calitate de conlucrator al lui Hristos, trebuie sa-i aduceti pe copii la El, disciplinati si educati. 9 42:12 Multe dintre malformatiile caracterului unui copil educat gresit se datoreaza mamei. Mama nu trebuie sa accepte slujbe in biserica ce ar sili-o sa-si neglijeze copiii. Cea mai buna lucrare in care se poate angaja o mama este aceea in care vede ca nimic nu s-ar interpune in educatia copiilor ei... 42:13 Pe nici o alta cale nu poate fi mai de folos o mama bisericii decat aceea de a-si dedica timpul acelora care depind de ea in privinta cresterii si educatiei. 10 42:14 Aspiratiile pentru un camp misionar mai mare sunt zadarnice. Unele mame tanjesc sa se angajeze in lucrarea misionara, in timp ce isi neglijeaza cele mai simple datorii pe care le au. Copiii sunt neglijati, caminul nu este inveselit si facut fericit pentru familie, cicalelile si plangerile sunt frecvente, iar copiii cresc in simtamantul ca familia, caminul, este locul cel mai neprimitor dintre toate. Drept urmare, ei asteapta cu nerabdare timpul cand il vor parasi si fara prea multa ezitare ei se arunca in bratele lumii, neretinuti de influenta caminului si de sfatul duios al vetrei parintesti. 42:15 Parintii, al caror tel ar fi trebuit sa fie acela de a lega inimile acestora de ale lor si de a le calauzi drept, irosesc ocaziile date lor de Dumnezeu, sunt orbi fata de cele mai importante datorii din vietile lor si aspira in zadar sa lucreze intr-un camp misionar mai mare. 11 42:16 1. Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
