26:1 Cap. 24 - Marimea familiei 26:2 O greseala dureroasa de pe urma careia sufera mamele, copiii si societatea. Exista parinti care, fara sa tina seama daca vor putea sau nu sa faca fata unei familii mari, isi umplu casele cu aceste fiinte micute si neajutorate, care sunt intrutotul dependente de parintii lor in ce priveste ingrijirea si educatia... Aceasta este o trista greseala, nu numai fata de mama, dar si fata de copii si societate... 26:3 Parintii trebuie sa aiba intotdeauna in minte binele viitor al copiilor lor. Ei nu ar trebui sa fie siliti sa-si consacre fiecare ora in munca impovaratoare pentru a putea asigura cele necesare vietii. 1 26:4 Inainte de a-si mari familia, ei ar trebui sa aiba in vedere in ce masura Dumnezeu va fi onorat sau dezonorat, daca vor mai aduce copii pe lume. Ei trebuie sa caute sa aduca slava lui Dumnezeu prin unirea lor din primul pana la ultimul an al vietii lor de casatorie. 2 26:5 Sanatatea mamei este importanta. Avand in vedere responsabilitatea pe care o au parintii, trebuie sa cugetam serios daca este bine sa aducem copiii in familie. Are mama suficienta putere pentru a avea grija de copiii ei? Iar tatal, poate el pune la dispozitie mijloacele necesare, astfel incat copiii sa fie bine modelati si educati? Cat de putin este luat in atentie destinul copilului! Se are in vedere doar satisfacerea poftei, iar asupra sotiei si mamei sunt aduse poveri care ii slabesc vitalitatea si ii paralizeaza puterea spirituala. Cu sanatatea distrusa si spiritul descurajat, ea se trezeste inconjurata de o turma mica de care nu poate avea grija asa cum ar dori. Nebeneficiind de educatia necesara, ei 26:6 cresc dezonorand pe Dumnezeu si transmitand si altora raul din propria lor fire si astfel se ridica o armata de care Satana dispune dupa bunul sau plac. 3 26:7 Alti factori ce trebuie avuti in vedere. Dumnezeu doreste ca parintii sa actioneze ca fiinte inzestrate cu ratiune si sa isi traiasca viata astfel, incat fiecare copil sa fie educat in mod corespunzator, iar mama sa poata avea putere si timp pentru a-si folosi puterile mintale in a-i educa pe cei mici, spre a fi primiti in societatea ingerilor. Ea trebuie sa aiba taria de a-si face in mod nobil partea sa si a-si face lucrarea in temere si cu dragoste pentru Dumnezeu, astfel incat copiii ei sa se poata dovedi o binecuvantare pentru familie si societate. 26:8 Sotul si tatal trebuie sa aiba in vedere toate aceste lucruri, pentru ca sotia si mama copiilor sai sa nu fie impovarata si astfel coplesita de descurajare. El trebuie sa aiba grija ca mama copiilor lui sa nu fie pusa in situatia de a nu face fata atator micuti, care sa fie nevoiti sa creasca fara a beneficia de o educatie corespunzatoare. 4 26:9 Parintii nu trebuie sa-si mareasca familia decat in masura in care le pot asigura o buna ingrijire si educatie copiilor lor. Un copil in bratele mamei in fiecare an este o mare nedreptate fata de ea. Aceasta stare de lucruri ii micsoreaza si uneori ii distruge placerea de a fi in societate si o face sa se simta nenorocita in casa ei. De asemenea, ii jefuieste pe copii de acea grija, educatie si fericire pe care ar trebui sa le dea parintii. 5 26:10 Sfaturi pentru parintii unei familii mari. Intrebarea pe care trebuie sa v-o puneti este aceasta: "Cresc eu copiii pentru a spori influenta si a mari randurile puterilor intunericului sau pentru Domnul Hristos?" 26:11 Daca nu va educati copiii si nu le modelati caracterele dupa cerintele lui Dumnezeu, atunci, cu cat vor fi mai putini copii care sa sufere de pe urma educatiei voastre deficiente, cu atat va fi mai bine pentru voi, parintii lor, si cu atat mai bine pentru societate. Daca nu le puteti oferi copiilor inca din pruncie o educatie si o crestere potrivita, printr-o mama inteleapta si chibzuita, constiincioasa si inteligenta si care isi conduce casa in temere de Domnul, modeland si formand caracterele acestora pentru a ajunge standardul neprihanirii, atunci este un pacat acela de a creste numarul membrilor familiei. Dumnezeu v-a dat judecata si va cere sa o folositi. 6 26:12 Tati si mame, cand stiti ca sunteti deficitari in privinta cunostintelor educarii copiilor pentru Domnul, de ce nu va invatati lectiile? De ce continuati sa aduceti copii pe lume doar pentru a spori randurile lui Satana? Este oare multumit Dumnezeu de aceasta situatie? Cand vedeti bine ca o familie numeroasa va epuizeaza toate resursele, cand vedeti ca umpland bratele mamei cu copii ea nu are rastimpul necesar pentru a face acea lucrare pe care trebuie sa o faca oricare mama intre nasteri, de ce nu luati in seama urmarile? Fiecare copil ia din vitalitatea mamei; si cand tatii si mamele nu isi folosesc ratiunea in aceasta chestiune, ce sansa au parintii sau copiii sa fie crescuti in mod corespunzator? Domnul face apel la parinti sa ia seama la aceasta problema in lumina realitatilor viitoare, vesnice. 7 26:13 Aspecte de ordin economic. Parintii trebuie sa aiba in vedere, cu calm, ce pot asigura copiilor lor. Ei nu au dreptul sa aduca pe lume copii care sa fie 26:14 o povara pentru altii. Au ei o slujba pe care se pot baza spre a-si intretine familia, astfel ca sa nu fie o povara pentru altii? Daca nu au, ei comit o crima, aducand pe lume copii care sa sufere din lipsa de ingrijire corespunzatoare, hrana si imbracaminte. 8 26:15 In general, aceia care nu-si gasesc de lucru, care nu se descurca in lume, isi umplu casele cu copii, in timp ce barbatii care au o meserie cu care sa se descurce in viata nu au mai multi copii decat ii pot intretine. Aceia care nu sunt in stare sa-si poarte singuri de grija nu ar trebui sa aiba copii. 9 26:16 Uneori, aceste situatii incurcate sunt aduse in biserica. Multi dintre cei care de-abia isi duc zilele, singuri fiind, aleg sa se casatoreasca si sa intemeieze o familie cand stiu bine ca nu au nimic din care sa se intretina. Si, mai rau decat atat, nu au abilitatea de a conduce o familie. Intregul mers al familiei lor este marcat de obiceiurile lor trandave. Nu se pot stapani pe ei insisi, sunt stapaniti de pofta, sunt nerabdatori si agitati. Cand unii ca acestia se ataseaza soliei noastre, ei considera ca li se cuvine ajutor din partea fratilor lor mai bogati; si, daca nu le sunt implinite asteptarile, ei se plang de biserica si ii acuza pe membrii acesteia ca nu-si traiesc credinta. Cine trebuie sa sufere in acest caz? Trebuie subminata oare cauza lui Dumnezeu si golita vistieria in diferite locuri pentru a purta de grija acestor familii numeroase de saraci? Nu. Parintii trebuie sa fie cei care sufera. De regula, ei nu sufera mai mult dupa ce au primit Sabatul decat inainte. 10 26:17 Cum poate fi afectata lucrarea misionara. Cand se trimit misionari in tari departate, trebuie alesi acei barbati care stiu sa fie chibzuiti cu banii, care nu au familii mari si care, dandu-si seama de scurtimea 26:18 timpului si de marea lucrare care trebuie adusa la indeplinire, nu-si vor umple bratele si casele de copii si vor avea grija ca nimic sa nu le distraga mintea de la marea lor lucrare pe care o au de indeplinit. Sotia, daca este consacrata si daca i se da aceasta libertate alaturi de sotul ei, trebuie sa realizeze la fel de mult ca si el. Dumnezeu a binecuvantat femeia cu multe daruri care sa fie folosite spre slava Sa, aducand multi fii si fiice la Dumnezeu; insa multe dintre cele care ar putea fi lucratoare eficiente sunt retinute acasa pentru a ingriji de cei mici. 26:19 Noi avem nevoie de misionari in adevaratul sens al cuvantului; care vor lasa la o parte orice consideratie egoista si vor pune cauza lui Dumnezeu pe primul plan; si care, neavand altceva in vedere decat slava Sa, vor fi oameni de actiune, pe care poti conta oricand spre a merge acolo unde porunceste El si de a lucra din toate puterile pentru a raspandi cunoasterea adevarului. In campul misionar, este nevoie de barbati care au sotii care-L iubesc pe Dumnezeu si se tem de El si care ii pot ajuta. Multi dintre cei care au familii merg sa lucreze, insa nu se consacra cu totul lucrarii. Mintea lor este impartita. Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
