22:1 Cap. 20 - Familia si orasul 22:2 Riscurile vietii in orase. Viata in orase este inselatoare si artificiala. Pasiunea aprinsa pentru castigarea de bani, vartejul incantarii si cautarii de placeri, setea de etalare, lux si extravaganta - toate acestea sunt forte care distrag mintea marii majoritati a oamenilor de la adevaratul scop al vietii. Ei deschid usa la mii de rele. Asupra tinerilor au o putere aproape irezistibila. Una dintre cele mai subtile si periculoase ispite care iau cu asalt copiii si tinerii din orase este iubirea de placeri. Sarbatorile sunt numeroase; jocurile si cursele de cai atrag mii de oameni, iar vartejul incantarii si placerii ii distrage de la datoriile serioase ale vietii. Banii, care ar fi trebuit folositi in alte scopuri, sunt risipiti pentru distractii. 1 22:3 Din punctul de vedere al sanatatii. Mediul inconjurator in orase este adesea un pericol pentru sanatate. Continua posibilitate de a contacta boli, aerul poluat, apa care nu este curata, hrana nesanatoasa, locuintele ingramadite, intunecoase si nesanatoase sunt cateva dintre relele care se intalnesc. 22:4 Nu a fost planul lui Dumnezeu ca oamenii sa fie aglomerati in orase, inghesuiti in cladiri, locuinte cu chirie. La inceput, El i-a asezat pe primii nostri parinti in mijlocul minunatelor privelisti de care doreste ca si noi sa ne bucuram astazi. Cu cat ne apropiem mai mult si suntem in armonie cu planul original al lui Dumnezeu, cu atat ne vom situa intr-o pozitie mai favorabila de a asigura sanatate pentru trup, minte si suflet. 2 22:5 Focare de nedreptate. Orasele sunt pline de ispite. Ar trebui sa ne planuim activitatea in asa fel, incat sa-i tinem cat mai mult cu putinta pe tinerii nostri departe de aceasta contaminare. 3 22:6 Copiii si tinerii trebuie paziti cu grija. Ei trebuie tinuti la distanta de focarele de nedreptate, care se gasesc in orasele noastre. 4 22:7 Agitatie si confuzie. Nu este voia lui Dumnezeu ca poporul Sau sa locuiasca in orase, unde exista o permanenta agitatie si confuzie. Copiii trebuie crutati, pentru ca intregul organism sufera datorita grabei, goanei si zgomotului. 5 22:8 Necazuri in privinta locului de munca. Conditiile de viata sunt din ce in ce mai grele in oras datorita lucrului in cadrul marilor trusturi, sindicatelor si grevelor. Sunt primejdii serioase, iar pentru multe familii mutarea din orase va deveni o necesitate. 6 22:9 Amenintarea cu nimicirea. Este aproape timpul cand marile orase vor fi nimicite cu totul si toti trebuie sa fie avertizati in legatura cu iminenta acestor judecati. 7 22:10 O, de ar avea poporul lui Dumnezeu simtul apropierii distrugerii miilor de orase dedate aproape cu totul la idolatrie! 8 22:11 Pentru interese lumesti si iubirea de castig. Se intampla adesea ca parintii sa nu fie atenti ca in jurul copiilor lor sa fie influente potrivite. In alegerea casei lor, ei gandesc mai mult la interesele lor lumesti decat la atmosfera morala si sociala, iar copiii formeaza tovarasii care sunt nefavorabile dezvoltarii evlaviei si formarii unui caracter drept... 22:12 Voi, parinti, care ii acuzati pe canaaniti pentru ca isi jertfeau copiii lui Moloh, ce faceti? Voi ii jertfiti lui Mamona si apoi, cand copiii vostri cresc fara a fi iubiti si fara a putea iubi, cand ei arata vadit lipsa de evlavie si respect si tendinte spre necredinciosie, voi dati vina pe credinta voastra, ca n-a fost in stare sa-i salveze. Culegeti ceea ce ati semanat - urmarile iubirii de lume, egoiste, si neglijarea resurselor harului. V-ati asezat familiile in locuri ispititoare, iar arca lui Dumnezeu, slava si apararea voastra, nu ati considerat-o esentiala; iar Domnul nu a facut nici o minune pentru a scoate copiii de sub puterea ispitei. 9 22:13 Orasele nu ofera nici un folos real. Nu exista nici macar o familie dintr-o suta care sa beneficieze din punct de vedere fizic, mintal sau spiritual, locuind in oras. Credinta, speranta, dragostea, fericirea pot fi gasite cu mult mai usor in locuri retrase, acolo unde sunt campuri, dealuri si copaci. Duceti-va copiii departe de larma oraselor, de zarva si haraitul tramvaielor si motoarelor si mintile lor vor fi mai sanatoase. Va fi mai usor sa aduceti din nou acasa in inimile lor adevarul Cuvantului lui Dumnezeu. 10 22:14 Sfaturi la mutarea de la tara in orase. Multi parinti se muta din casele lor de la tara in oras, socotind ca acesta este un loc mai de dorit, mai convenabil. Facand insa aceasta schimbare, ei isi expun copiii la multe si mari ispite. Baietii nu gasesc de lucru, incep sa hoinareasca pe strazi - educatia lor va fi dobandita pe strada si decad tot mai mult, ajungand pana la depravare, pierzand orice interes cu privire la ceea ce este bun, curat si sfant. Cu mult mai bine ar fi fost ca parintii sa fi ramas impreuna cu 22:15 copiii lor la tara, unde mediul este cel mai prielnic dezvoltarii fizice si mintale. Invatati-i pe tineri sa lucreze pamantul si lasati-i sa poata dormi somnul dulce si nevinovat de pe urma oboselii sanatoase. 22:16 Datorita neglijentei parintilor, tinerii din orasele noastre o iau pe cai gresite si isi pangaresc sufletele inaintea lui Dumnezeu. Aceasta stare va fi intotdeauna roada leneviei. Situatia existenta in azilurile de saraci, in inchisori si spanzuratorile redau o imagine trista a datoriilor neglijate de catre parinti. 11 22:17 Mai degraba sacrificati orice avantaj lumesc decat sa puneti in pericol pretioasele suflete incredintate grijii voastre. Ei vor fi atacati de ispite si trebuie invatati sa le faca fata; insa este datoria voastra sa indepartati orice influenta, sa inlaturati orice obicei, sa dati deoparte orice legatura care va indeparteaza pe voi insiva si familia voastra de la o predare cu totul libera, deschisa si din inima lui Dumnezeu. 22:18 In loc de orasul aglomerat, cautati un loc retras unde copiii vostri sa fie, pe cat posibil, aparati de ispita si acolo instruiti-i si educati-i spre a fi folositori. Profetul Ezechiel enumara pacatele care au dus la pacatul si nimicirea Sodomei. "Era ingamfata, traia in belsug si intr-o liniste nepasatoare ea si fiicele ei, si nu sprijinea mana celui nenorocit si celui lipsit". Toti cei care vor sa scape de soarta Sodomei trebuie sa evite felul ei de vietuire, care a atras judecatile lui Dumnezeu asupra acelei cetati nelegiuite. 12 22:19 Cand a venit in Sodoma, Lot a intentionat sa se pazeasca de orice nelegiuire si sa porunceasca astfel si casei lui, insa a esuat teribil. Influentele degradante din jurul lui i-au afectat propria credinta, iar legatura pe care o aveau copiii lui cu locuitorii Sodomei i-au legat intr-o oarecare masura interesele de ale lor. Rezultatul il cunoastem. Multi fac inca o greseala asemanatoare. 13 22:20 Propuneti-va sa alegeti si sa va asezati casele cat mai departe posibil de Sodoma si Gomora. Feriti-va de marile orase. Daca este cu putinta, asezati-va casele in locuri linistite la tara, chiar daca niciodata nu va veti putea imbogati. Asezati-va acolo unde influentele din jur sunt cele mai bune. 14 22:21 Domnul m-a instruit sa avertizez poporul nostru sa nu se aglomereze in orase pentru a-si intemeia caminul. Tatilor si mamelor, sunt instruita sa le spun: Nu dati gres in a va creste copiii in locuri dupa propriul vostru plac. 15 22:22 Acum este timpul de a ne muta din orase. Plecati cu familiile din orase - aceasta este solia mea. 16 22:23 A sosit timpul cand, pe masura ce Dumnezeu deschide calea, familiile trebuie sa se mute din orase. Copiii trebuie dusi la tara. Parintii sa aleaga un loc potrivit, pe masura posibilitatilor lor. Chiar daca locuinta e mica, in jur trebuie sa fie pamant, care sa poata fi cultivat. 17 22:24 Inainte ca plagile coplesitoare sa cada asupra locuitorilor pamantului, Dumnezeu ne cheama pe toti cei ce suntem israeliti sa ne pregatim pentru acest eveniment. Parintilor le da avertizarea: Adunati-va copiii in caminele voastre; luati-i din preajma acelora care nesocotesc pazirea poruncilor lui Dumnezeu, a acelora care propovaduiesc si fac raul. Iesiti cat mai repede posibil din marile orase. 18 22:25 Dumnezeu va ajuta poporul Sau. Parintii pot asigura locuinte mici la tara, cu pamant pentru cultivat, unde pot avea livezi si unde pot creste legume si fructe, care sa ia locul carnii care este atat de vatamatoare inaintarii sangelui prin vene. In asemenea locuri, copiii nu vor fi 22:26 inconjurati de influentele corupatoare ale vietii de oras. Dumnezeu il va ajuta pe poporul Sau sa gaseasca astfel de locuinte in afara oraselor. 19 22:27 1. Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
