10:1 Pentru ce stai asa de departe, Doamne? Pentru ce Te ascunzi la vreme de necaz? INTRODUCERE. - In patru manuscrise ebraice, in versiunile LXX si Vulgata, Psalmi 9 si 10 sunt uniti intr-un singur psalm, care este numerotat 9. Cei doi psalmi sunt asemanatori prin descrierea dusmanilor lui Dumnezeu, dar in Psalm 10, dusmanii ii asupresc pe fratii lor mai saraci din cuprinsul natiunii Israel. Totodata, in timp ce Psalm 9 abunda in lauda si multumire, Psalm 10 reprezinta un apel catre Dumnezeu ca sa ii razbune pe cei asupriti si sa ii nimiceasca pe asupritorii lor. Psalmul prezinta o oarecare organizare sub forma de acrostih. Ca si Psalm 9, Psalmul 10 este regulat in subimpartirile lui: sunt zece strofe, primele sase caracterizandu-i pe dusmani, ultimele patru apeland la Dumnezeu pentru eliberare (vezi pag. 625). 1. Departe. Psalmul incepe cu imaginea dramatica al aparentei indiferentei a lui Dumnezeu fata de necazul psalmistului, chiar in momentul cand interventia Lui ar fi cel mai mult de dorit. 10:2 Cel rau, in mandria lui, urmareste pe cei nenorociti, si ei cad jertfa curselor urzite de el. Mandria. Versetele 2-11 prezinta intr-o insiruire extraordinara caracteristicile dusmanilor. Urmareste. [Persecuta, KJV]. Ebr. dalaq, tradus "a urmari cu atata inversunare" in Genesa 31,36 si "a fugari" in Plangeri 4,19. A doua parte a versetului este o cerere ca sa se faca dreptate (vezi la Psalm 7,15.16). Cererea extinsa pentru interventia lui Dumnezeu incepe la v. 12. 10:3 Caci cel rau se faleste cu pofta lui, iar rapitorul batjocoreste si nesocoteste pe Domnul. Pofta lui. El se faleste cu dorintele rele ale inimii lui. El se faleste ca obtine tot ce doreste. Rapitorul batjocoreste. [Binecuvanteaza pe lacom, KJV]. E dificil de tradus acest verset din ebraica. RSV reda acest rand: "omul lacom de castig blestema si leapada pe Domnul." Cuvantul pentru "binecuvanteaza" [RSV] uneori inseamna "a blestema" (vezi la Iov 1,5), dar e discutabil daca aici are sensul acesta. Cuvantul tradus "rapitorul" ["lacomul" KJV] vine din radacina ebraica care inseamna "a distruge", de unde "a trage un folos mare". Isus avertiza: "Paziti-va de orice fel de lacomie!" (Luca 12,15). Noi tindem sa punem accent pe pacatele trupului, uitand ca instinctul de a strange poate deveni tot atat de rau, de pervertit si de neinfrant ca si pofta trupului. Lacomia este idolatrie (Coloseni 3,5; cf. Exod 20,17). Dispretul fata de Dumnezeu al omului rau este adesea aratat in versetele urmatoare. 10:4 Cel rau zice cu trufie: Nu pedepseste Domnul! Nu este Dumnezeu! Iata toate gandurile lui. Cu trufie. [Trufia fetei sale, KJV]. Mandria se vede pe fata. Nu este Dumnezeu! Iata gandurile lui. [Dumnezeu nu este in toate gandurile lui, KJV]. Literal, "inexistenta lui Dumnezeu, toate gandurile lui." RSV traduce expresia aceasta: "toate gandurile lui sunt: Nu exista Dumnezeu". Ideea exprimata aici nu arata neaparat ca nelegiuitul tagaduieste existenta lui Dumnezeu, ci ca el nu tine seama de Dumnezeu. Totusi, astazi este adevarat ca nelegiuitul incearca sa se creada ca nu exista Dumnezeu. Prin afirmarea constata a ideii acesteia practic face din el un ateu, desi e discutabil daca este posibil intr-adevar ca un om sa fie ateu absolut. Nelegiuitul se poarta ca si cum nu ar fi Dumnezeu, tagaduind astfel existenta Lui. Versetul 11 arata ca el are ceva idei cu privire la Dumnezeu. 10:5 Treburile ii merg bine in orice vreme; judecatile Tale sunt prea inalte pentru el, ca sa le poata vedea, si sufla cu dispret impotriva tuturor potrivnicilor lui. Ii merg bine. [Purtarea lui e intotdeauna stricacioasa, KJV]. Verbul ebraic poate sa insemne si "a tine". Datorita succesului lui in savarsirea raului, nelegiuitul isi inchipuie ca succesul lui va continua in felul acesta si ca poate sa-si continue lucrarea nelegiuita fara a fi pedepsit. Prea adesea, aceia care-l observa gandesc la fel (vezi Iov 12,6; Ieremia 12,1). Aceasta este una din marile probleme tratate de scriitorii Vechiului Testament. Prea inalte. El gandeste ca Dumnezeu este prea departe ca sa Se ocupe de pedepsirea lui. 10:6 El zice in inima lui: Nu ma clatin, in veci sunt scutit de nenorocire! Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 10:7 Gura ii este plina de blesteme, de inselatorii si de viclesuguri; si sub limba are rautate si faradelege. Sub limba. Adica, gata sa fie rostite. Psalmistul incepe acum sa numeasca faptele fatise ale celui nelegiuit. 10:8 Sta la panda langa sate, si ucide pe cel nevinovat in locuri dosnice: ochii lui pandesc pe cel nenorocit. Sate. Acestea s-ar putea referi la asezarile omenesti care nu sunt ocrotite cu ziduri, precum locuintele si fermele, ridicate in jurul unui spatiu deschis, sau taberele triburilor nomade expuse atacului (vezi Levitic 25,31). Nelegiuitul pandeste in apropierea unor asemenea locuri pentru a jefui pe nefericitii care vin sau pleaca. 10:9 Sta la panda in ascunzatoarea lui, ca leul in vizuina: sta la panda sa prinda pe cel nenorocit. Il prinde, si-l trage in latul lui: Ca leul. Omul nelegiuit isi mascheaza scopurile si sare deodata asupra victimei sale cand nu are sanse de scapare. Latul. Scena se schimba prezentand un vanator care isi aseaza capcana si arunca latul pe neasteptate asupra victimei sale nenorocite. Tendinte ca aceasta de a trece brusc de la o imagine la alta sunt un factor caracteristic al literaturii ebraice. 10:10 se indoaie, se pleaca, si-i cad saracii in gheare! Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 10:11 El zice in inima lui: Dumnezeu uita! Isi ascunde Fata si in veac nu va vedea! El zice. Omul nelegiuit actioneaza ca si cum Dumnezeu nu ar lua seama la el (vezi la v. 4). Recunoasterea faptului ca Dumnezeu vede ar trebui sa fie una din cele mai puternice arme ale omului impotriva raului. Versetele 1-11 nu urmareste cu regularitate tiparul de acrostih inceput in Psalm 9. Versetele 12-18 aleg ultimele patru litere ale alfabetului. 10:12 Scoala-Te, Doamne, Dumnezeule, ridica mana! Nu uita pe cei nenorociti! Nu uita. Cuvantul acesta prinde ideea de "a uita" din v. 11. Incepand cu v. 12 nemultumirile si plangerile din v.1-11 fac loc unei note de multumire, triumf si incredere linistita in Dumnezeu. 10:13 Pentru ce sa huleasca cel rau pe Dumnezeu? Pentru ce sa zica in inima lui ca Tu nu pedepsesti? Pentru ce? Sustinand onoarea lui Dumnezeu ca judecator, psalmistul Il implora pe Domnul sa reactioneze la laudarosenia celui nelegiuit (vezi la Psalm 7,15.16). Tu nu pedepsesti. Credinta ca nu va exista o zi a socotelilor finale explica mare parte din raul din lume. Convingerea ca ziua judecatii vine, ca Dumnezeu va fi Judecator, este in ea insasi o piedica pentru rau. 10:14 Dar Tu vezi; caci Tu privesti necazul si suferinta, ca sa iei in mana pricina lor. In nadejdea Ta se lasa cel nenorocit, si Tu vii in ajutor orfanului. Tu vezi. Credinta aroganta a omului nelegiuit, care neaga faptul ca Dumnezeu urmareste caile omului rau, este tagaduita hotarat de catre psalmist. De aceea, omul sarac poate sa-si incredinteze linistit cauza in mainile lui Dumnezeu, fiind pe deplin sigur ca se va face dreptate. Orfan. Un simbol al celor care sunt o prada usoara pentru cei lacomi si care au, asadar, nevoie de ajutorul lui Dumnezeu. Acest cuvant apare ca un simbol de felul acesta in special in Deuteronom, Iov si Psalmi. 10:15 Zdrobeste bratul celui rau, pedepseste-i faradelegile, ca sa piara din ochii Tai! Bratul. Prin metonimie, un simbol al puterii. Ca sa piara. [Pana cand n-o mai gasesti, KJV]. Pana intr-atat incat nici chiar Dumnezeu, cu puterea Lui divina de cercetare, sa nu poata gasi vreo urma de rau. Dumnezeu e rugat sa pedepseasca crima asa incat sa nu mai poata fi repetata. 10:16 Domnul este Imparat in veci de veci; neamurile sunt nimicite din tara Lui. Domnul este Imparat. Ca Imparat, Dumnezeu trebuie sa administreze dreptatea. El a pricinuit nimicirea paganilor (Psalm 9); nelegiuitii din Israel vor fi si ei pedepsiti. Versetul este un exemplu clar de paralelism antitetic (vezi p. 24). 10:17 Tu auzi rugaciunile celor ce sufera, Doamne! Le intaresti inima, Iti pleci urechea spre ei, Celor ce sufar. Dorinta celui smerit este de a fi scapat de oprimare. Intaresti. Ebr. kum, "a fi tare", "a fi puternic fundamentat". 10:18 ca sa faci dreptate orfanului si celui asuprit, si ca sa nu mai insufle groaza omul cel luat din pamant. Orfanului. Vezi la v. 14. Omul. Ebr. 'enosh (vezi la Psalm 8,4; 9,19). Din pamant. E aici un joc de cuvinte, in limba ebraica cuvintele pentru "a apasa" si "pamant" avand identice doua din cele trei consoane. Pentru ce o faptura din pamant sa calce in picioare drepturile semenilor ei sau sa pretinda ca e superioara egalilor sai? Psalmul se sfarseste cu o nota de deplina incredere in razbunarea de catre Dumnezeu a celor apasati. Credinta considera lucrul acesta deja infaptuit. Vezi harta urmatoare. COMENTARIILE LUI ELLEN G. Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
