21:1 Domnul a zis lui Moise: Vorbeste preotilor, fiilor lui Aaron, si spune-le: Un preot sa nu se atinga de un mort din poporul sau, ca sa nu se faca necurat; Preotilor. Solia din capitolul 21 este pentru preoti si familiile lor. Ei trebuiau sa se fereasca de orice fel de pangarire. Celor din popor le era ingaduit sa faca unele lucruri care le erau interzise preotilor. In schimb, preotilor de rand le erau permise libertati mai multe decat marelui preot. Exista o scara gradata de purtare, care devenea mai stricta dupa rangul persoanei. Regulile care se aplicau capului familiei se aplicau in unele cazuri si familiilor lor, cu efectul ca purtarea rea a unuia dintre fiii sau fiice se reflecta asupra tatalui. 21:2 afara de rudele lui cele mai de aproape, de mama lui, de tatal lui, de fiul lui, de fratele lui, Afara de rudele lui. Un trup mort fie al unui sfant sau pacatos era considerat ca necurat, iar un preot care se atingea de el devenea necurat si prin urmare nu putea sluji la sanctuar. Erau si exceptii in cazul rudelor apropiate precum tata sau mama, fiu sau fiica, frate sau sora. 21:3 si de sora sa care-i inca fecioara, sta langa el si nu este maritata, afara de acestia, sa nu se atinga de nici un alt mort. Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 21:4 Ca unul care este fruntas in poporul lui, sa nu se faca necurat, atingandu-se de un mort. Fruntas. Literal ,,un sot” (Exod 21,22) sau un barbat casatorit (Exod 21,3). Probabil ca este folosit aici in sensul ultim, insemnand ca el nu se poate pangari pentru rudele lui. Preotul nu putea sa urmeze obiceiul comun de jelire a mortilor, ci trebuia sa-si pastreze intotdeauna demnitatea slujbei preotesti. 21:5 Preotii sa nu-si faca un loc plesuv in cap, pentru un mort, sa nu-si rada colturile barbii, si sa nu-si faca taieturi in carne. Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 21:6 Sa fie sfinti pentru Dumnezeul lor, si sa nu necinsteasca Numele Dumnezeului lor; caci ei aduc Domnului jertfele mistuite de foc, mancarea Dumnezeului lor: de aceea sa fie sfinti. Sa fie sfinti. Desi Dumnezeu nu are doua masuri de purtare pentru poporul Sau, El asteapta ca slujbasii Lui sa dea bisericii un exemplu de traire sfanta. Lucrarea lui Dumnezeu cere intotdeauna de la un om tot ce are mai bun. In acest capitol sunt trei lucruri care sunt accentuate drept calificari pentru preotie. 1. 1. Conditia fizica. Dumnezeu cere ca sa fie servit numai de oamenii cu o buna conditie fizica, fara cusur fizic si in posesia tuturor puterilor naturale ale trupului. Desavarsirea fizica era simbolul desavarsirii de caracter spre care toti trebuiau sa tinda. 2. 2. Oamenii sfintiti. Viata lor trebuia sa fie fara repros, familiile lor la fel. O biserica poate fi judecata usor dupa viata membrilor ei. Poate o dovada mai exacta este nivelul de sfintenie realizat in viata slujbasului. 3. 3. Oameni consacrati. Preotilor din vechime nu le era ingaduit sa lase ca vreun lucru sa impiedice cu ceva slujirea lor fata de Dumnezeu. Marele preot nu trebuia sa jeleasca pierderea unei persoane dragi, nici chiar sa ia parte la inmormantarea lor (vezi versetele 10 si 11). Nimic si de nici un fel nu trebuia sa impiedice lucrarea lui Dumnezeu. 21:7 Sa nu-si ia de nevasta o curva sau o spurcata, nici o femeie lasata de barbatul ei, caci ei sunt sfinti pentru Dumnezeul lor. Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 21:8 Sa-l socotesti ca sfant, caci el aduce mancarea Dumnezeului tau; el sa fie sfant pentru tine, caci Eu sunt sfant, Eu, Domnul, care va sfintesc. Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 21:9 Daca fata unui preot se necinsteste curvind, necinsteste pe tatal ei: sa fie arsa in foc. Fata unui preot. Daca pacatuia o fata din popor, pedeapsa ei trebuia sa fie dupa gravitatea abaterii. Daca fata unui preot era imorala, exista numai o pedeapsa, moartea prin foc. 21:10 Preotul care este mare preot intre fratii lui, pe capul caruia a fost turnat untdelemnul pentru ungere, si care a fost inchinat in slujba Domnului si imbracat in vesminte sfintite, sa nu-si descopere capul, si sa nu-si sfasie vesmintele. Marele preot. Desi regulile erau stricte pentru un preot, ele erau si mai stricte pentru marele preot. Dintre toti preotii, numai el a fost uns pe cap cu untdelemn, el a fost consacrat sa imbrace hainele aurii. El nu trebuia sa-si descopere capul pentru ca acest act facea necesara indepartarea placii de aur pe care era inscriptia ,,Sfintenie Domnului”. El nu trebuia sa-si sfasie hainele, cum era obiceiul cand cineva era foarte intristat. El nu trebuia sa se atinga de un trup mort, nici chiar de al tatalui sau, sau al mamei sale. Cuvintele lui Hristos catre un candidat la ucenicie par sa reflecte acest ideal (Matei 8,22). Daca marele preot ar fi facut asa, ar fi devenit necurat si astfel s-ar fi facut incapabil pentru indeplinirea indatoririlor sfintei sale slujbe. 21:11 Sa nu se duca la nici un mort; sa nu se faca necurat, si sa nu se atinga nici chiar de tatal sau sau de mama sa. Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 21:12 Sa nu iasa din sfantul locas, si sa nu necinsteasca sfantul locas al Dumnezeului sau; caci untdelemnul ungerii Dumnezeului sau este o cununa pe el. Eu sunt Domnul. Sa nu iasa din sfantul locas. Preotii de rand slujeau fiecare numai pentru un timp scurt in fiecare an, marele preot era in slujire continua. El trebuia sa fie disponibil in orice timp si nu putea pleca in calatorie. Un preot putea sluji in locul celuilalt in caz de forta majora, dar nimeni nu putea sluji in locul marelui preot, cu toate ca in vremurile de mai tarziu el a avut un inlocuitor. 21:13 Femeia pe care o va lua el de nevasta, sa fie fecioara. Fecioara. Marele preot trebuia sa ia in casatorie o fecioara. El nu avea voie sa se casatoreasca cu o vaduva, asemenea preotului de rand, si desigur nu putea sa ia in casatorie o femeie cu reputatie proasta. 21:14 Sa nu ia nici o vaduva, nici o femeie despartita de barbat, nici o femeie spurcata sau curva; ci femeia pe care o va lua de nevasta din poporul sau, sa fie fecioara. Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 21:15 Sa nu-si necinsteasca samanta in poporul lui; caci Eu sunt Domnul, care-l sfintesc. Necinsteasca samanta. Copiii din oricare din legaturile amintite in versetul 14 aveau sa fie descalificati sa urmeze tatalui lor in slujba, dupa cum el insusi urma sa fie descalificat prin calcarea interdictiei cu privire la o astfel de casatorie. Aceste reguli au fost date pentru a pastra preotia ca un ordin sfant. Preotii trebuiau sa fie sfinti in toate privintele, ca sa merite respectul poporului. 21:16 Domnul a vorbit lui Moise, si a zis: Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 21:17 Vorbeste lui Aaron, si spune-i: Nici un om din neamul tau si din urmasii tai care va avea o meteahna trupeasca, sa nu se apropie ca sa aduca mancarea Dumnezeului lui. O meteahna. Dupa cum jertfele aduse trebuiau sa fie desavarsite si fara cusur, tot asa trebuiau sa fie si preotii care slujeau la altar. Cei care aveau metehne aveau posibilitatea sa slujeasca la lucrari mai mici, dar niciodata nu trebuiau sa se urce la altar (versetul 21). Ei puteau fi ingrijitori ai dulapurilor cu haine ale preotilor. Puteau sa adune si sa examineze lemnele folosite, dar nu puteau face focul, sau sa duca cenusa. Puteau sa cerceteze pe leprosi, sa fie usieri si sa tina curtea in regula. Dar nu puteau sa indeplineasca nici o functiune strict preoteasca. (versetul 23). Ei nu erau lipsiti de venitul preotesc si puteau manca din jertfele date preotilor, atat din cele sfinte, cat si din cele prea sfinte (versetul 22). Jertfele pentru pacat, pentru vina si de mancare erau ,,prea sfinte”, precum si painea punerii inainte (capitolul 2,3.10; 6,17.25.29; 7,1.6; 10,12.17). Jertfa de ridicare si jertfa de leganat, primele roade, parga si lucrurile inchinate erau ,,sfinte”. 21:18 Nici un om care va avea o meteahna trupeasca nu va putea sa se apropie: si anume nici un om orb, schiop, cu nasul carn sau cu un madular mai lung; Cu nasul carn. Adica ,,o fata mutilata”. (RSV) Madular mai lung. Literal, ,,orice este alungit”, ,,avand un madular prea lung”. Tot ce era in legatura cu inchinarea la Dumnezeu trebuia sa fie desavarsit. 21:19 nici un om cu piciorul frant sau cu mana franta; Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 21:20 nici un om ghebos sau pipernicit, cu albeata in ochi, care are raie, pecingine sau bosit. Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 21:21 Nici un om din neamul preotului Aaron, care va avea vreo meteahna trupeasca, sa nu se apropie ca sa aduca Domnului jertfele mistuite de foc; are o meteahna trupeasca: sa nu se apropie ca sa aduca mancarea Dumnezeului lui. Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 21:22 Din mancarea Dumnezeului lui, fie lucruri prea sfinte, fie lucruri sfinte, va putea sa manance. Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 21:23 Dar sa nu se duca la perdeaua dinauntru, si sa nu se apropie de altar, caci are o meteahna trupeasca; sa nu-Mi necinsteasca locasurile Mele cele sfinte, caci Eu sunt Domnul, care ii sfintesc. Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
