3:1 El (îngerul) mi-a arătat pe marele preot Iosua, stând în picioare înaintea Îngerului Domnului, şi pe Satana stând la dreapta lui, ca să-l pârască. Mi-a arătat. A patra viziune (v. 1-10) a fost dată pentru a arăta puterea lui Hristos, ,,de a-l birui pe pârâşul poporului Său” (PK 583). Ea a fost dată într-o vreme când, ,,înaintarea continuă făcută de ziditorii Templului deranjase şi alarmase într-o mare măsură oştile răului.” (PK 582). Vezi comentariul la cap. 1,8. Iosua. Cel dintâi mare preot de după captivitate. El este amintit şi în Ezra 2,2. Vezi şi comentariul la Ezra 2,2. În viziunea aceasta marele preot îl reprezintă pe Israel stând înaintea lui Dumnezeu. Îngerul Domnului. Adică, ,,Îngerul care este Domnul”, Hristos (comp. Iuda 9; vezi PK 584; vezi comentariul la Exod 23,20.21). Satana. Ebr. haśśoţan, literal ,,vrăjmaşul”. Cuvântul derivă de la verbul śaţan, care înseamnă ,,a învinui”, ,,a se purta ca un vrăjmaş”. Verbul apare în Psalmi 38,20; 71,13; 109,4.20.29; Zaharia 3,1. Substantivul este aplicat unui duşman pământesc în 1Samuel 29,4; 2Samuel 19,22; 1Regi 5,4; 11,14.23.25; Psalmi 109,6 şi unui înger în Numeri 22,22.32. În fiecare din aceste situaţii substantivul ebraic este nearticulat. Substantivul apare articulat de 14 ori în Iov 1,6-2,7 şi de 3 ori în Zaharia 3,1.2. În fiecare din aceste cazuri este tradus ,,Satana”. O singură dată este tradus prin ,,Satana”, când este nearticulat în ebraică (1Cronici 21,1). Să-l pârască. Ebr. śaţan, ,,să acuze”, ,,să se poarte ca un duşman” (vezi mai sus la ,,Satana”). În timp ce Iosua mijlocea înaintea lui Dumnezeu pentru poporul său, Satana stătea alături pentru a se împotrivi şi pentru a pune piedici străduinţelor lui aducând împotriva lui Iosua şi a poporului său învinuirea de păcătoşenie (comp. 1Petru 5,8; Apocalipsa 12,20). El arăta către călcările de Lege ale lui Israel ca un motiv pentru care poporului nu trebuia să fie repus în favoarea divină (vezi PK 583; comp. Zaharia 1,11; 2,12). Ei nu meritau să fie reaşezaţi în relaţia lor de legământ (vezi comentariul la Zaharia 1,16).I 3:2 Domnul a zis Satanei: Domnul să te mustre, Satano! Domnul să te mustre, El care a ales Ierusalimul! Nu este el, Iosua, un tăciune scos din foc? Să te mustre. Era adevărat că poporul lui Dumnezeu păcătuise în mod grav. Dar ei suferiseră pedeapsa exilului, iar mulţi fuseseră conduşi la pocăinţă şi smerenie. În condiţiile acestea era fără îndoială potrivit ca să li se extindă favoarea divină. El. Sau ,,Acesta”. Iosua este cel la care se face referire, dar în acelaşi timp el era un reprezentant al poporului. Tăciune. Ebr. ’ud, ,,buturugă”, ,,ciuntitură”, iniţial poate un băţ îndoit folosit pentru a aţâţa focul. Cuvântul acesta apare în Vechiul Testament doar aici, în Isaia 7,4 şi în Amos 4,11. Flăcările arzătoare ale captivităţii ar fi nimicit în cele din urmă poporul ales dacă Dumnezeu nu ar fi mişcat inima împăraţilor păgâni pentru a arăta har copiilor Lui risipiţi şi dacă unii din ei n-ar fi fost dispuşi să răspundă chemării lui Dumnezeu de a fugi din Babilon (Ieremia 51,45; comp. Zaharia 2,6). 3:3 Dar Iosua era îmbrăcat cu haine murdare, şi totuşi stătea în picioare înaintea Îngerului. Haine murdare. Simbolizând întinarea păcatului (comp. Isaia 64,6). 3:4 Iar Îngerul, luând cuvântul, a zis celor ce erau înaintea Lui: Dezbrăcaţi-l de hainele murdare de pe el! Apoi a zis lui Iosua: Iată că îndepărtez de la tine nelegiuirea, şi te îmbrac cu haine de sărbătoare! Luând cuvântul. Sau ,,A răspuns”. Îndepărtarea hainelor murdare însemna iertarea păcatelor şi repunerea în favoarea divină. Noul veşmânt reprezintă neprihănirea atribuită a lui Hristos (PK 584). 3:5 Eu am zis: Să i se pună pe cap o mitră curată! Şi i-au pus o mitră curată pe cap, şi l-au îmbrăcat în haine, în timp ce Îngerul Domnului stătea acolo. Mitră curată. Literal, ,,un turban curat”. Cuvântul tradus prin ,,curat” este de la verbul ţahar, care are diferite sensuri: ,,a fi curat”, ,,a fi nepătat”, ,,a fi curat din punct de vedere ceremonial”, ,,a fi declarat curat”. Turbanul destinat pe atunci marelui preot avea pe el inscripţia ,,sfinţenie Domnului” (Exod 28,36-38). Aşezarea unui ,,turban curat” pe capul lui Iosua însemna că vinovăţia lui fusese iertată şi că el era calificat spre a-şi îndeplini sfânta lui slujbă. Preotul şi poporul au fost repuşi în favoarea divină (v. 9; vezi comentariul la v. 1). 3:6 Îngerul Domnului a făcut lui Iosua următoarea mărturisire: A făcut… următoarea mărturisire. Mai degrabă, ,,a avertizat”. 3:7 Aşa vorbeşte Domnul oştirilor: Dacă vei umbla pe căile Mele şi dacă vei păzi poruncile Mele, vei judeca şi Casa Mea şi vei priveghea asupra curţilor Mele, şi te voi lăsa să intri împreună cu cei ce sunt aici. Vei umbla. Mari binecuvântări vin în urma ascultării. Compară promisiunea făcută lui Solomon (1Regi 3,14). Cei ce sunt aici. Îngerii participanţi (vezi PK 585). 3:8 Ascultă dar, Iosua, mare preot, tu şi tovarăşii tăi de slujbă, care stau înaintea ta căci aceştia sunt nişte oameni care vor sluji ca semne. Iată, voi aduce pe Robul Meu, Odrasla. Ascultă dar. Natura importantă a promisiunii pe punctul de a fi făcută necesită atenţia deplină a preotului. Oamenii care vor sluji ca semne. Sau ,,Oameni de mirare”. Literal, ,,oameni de minune”. Ebraicul mopheth, tradus aici prin ,,semne” (,,de mirat”, ,,minune”) este folosit cu privire la minunile pe care Moise le-a făcut înaintea lui Faraon (Exod 4,21; comp. Exod 7,3.9; 11,9.10). Mopheth este deseori tradus prin ,,semn” (1Regi 13,3.5; 2Cronici 32,24.31; Ezechiel 12,6; etc.). După cum Ezechiel a fost un semn (ebr. mopheth) pentru generaţia lui (Ezechiel 12,6.11; 24,24.27), tot aşa israeliţii restaurării urmau să fie o demonstraţie a ceea ce Dumnezeu era dispus să facă pentru aceia care conlucrau cu planurile Cerului. Ei urmau să fie ,,onoraţi ca aleşii Cerului printre naţiunile pământului” (PK 585). Robul Meu. Un titlu frecvent al lui Mesia (vezi comentariul la Isaia 41,8). Odrasla. Ebr. semach, ,,mlădiţă”, ,,un produs”, un simbol al lui Mesia (vezi Ieremia 23,5; 33,15), care urma să fie Odrasla măreaţă care va răsări din casa lui David. 3:9 Căci iată că numai spre piatra aceasta pe care am pus-o înaintea lui Iosua, sunt îndreptaţi şapte ochi; iată, Eu Însumi voi săpa ce trebuie săpat pe ea, zice Domnul oştirilor; şi într-o singură zi, voi înlătura nelegiuirea ţării acesteia. Piatra. Simbolismul nu este clar explicat. Comentatorii au făcut diferite sugestii, ca de pildă că piatra (ebr. ’eben) se referă la Hristos, ca în Isaia 8,14 sau la împărăţia lui Hristos, ca în Daniel 2,34.35.44 sau că se referă la Zorobabel ca o ,,pecete” (Hagai 2,23). Totuşi, unicul indiciu imediat cu privire la semnificaţia simbolismului pare să fie în cuvintele: ,,Într-o singură zi voi înlătura nelegiuirea ţării acesteia.” Învăţătura centrală a viziunii priveşte înlăturarea vinovăţiei de la Iosua şi de la popor. S-ar putea să fie o legătură între ,,piatra aceasta” şi ,,o singură zi”. 3:10 În ziua aceea, zice Domnul oştirilor, vă veţi pofti unii pe alţii sub viţă şi sub smochin. Supt viţă. Un simbol al păcii şi siguranţei, al bucuriei şi prosperităţii (vezi Isaia 65,17-25; Mica 4,1-5). COMENTARIILE LUI ELLEN G. Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
