94:1 Doamne, Dumnezeul răzbunărilor, Tu, Dumnezeul răzbunărilor, arată-Te! INTRODUCERE. - Psalmul 94 apelează la Dumnezeu pentru un răspuns la problema triumfului aparent al celor nelegiuiţi (v.1-7), se adresează conducătorilor nedrepţi care se fălesc cu aparenta neimplicare a lui Dumnezeu în problemă (v. 8-11) şi află un răspuns final în apărarea drepţilor de către Dumnezeu şi triumful final al binelui (v. 12-23). Psalmul este o garanţie că, în ciuda aparenţelor, dreptatea va birui în cele din urmă (vezi Psalm 92). LXX-a are în preambul expresia, " pentru ziua a patra a săptămânii". Psalmul 94 are semnele distinctive ale unui psalm liturgic. 1. Dumnezeul răzbunărilor. Cererea este repetată, scoţând în evidenţă stăruinţa ei. Arată-Te. Ebr. yapha', " străluceşte cu splendoare" (vezi Psalm 50, 2; 80,1). 94:2 Scoală-Te, Judecătorul pământului, şi răsplăteşte celor mândri după faptele lor! Scoală-Te. Vezi Psalm 7,6. Judecătorul pământului. Vezi Genesa 18,25; Psalm 58,11. Răsplăteşte. Vezi Psalm 28,4; Plângeri 3,64. 94:3 Până când vor birui cei răi, Doamne, până când vor birui cei răi? Până când? Vezi Psalm 6,3; 13,1. Obosit de aparenta supremaţie a răului, psalmistul se miră de ce întârzie Dumnezeu să Se manifeste. 94:4 Ei ţin cuvântări puternice, vorbesc cu trufie, şi toţi cei ce fac răul se fălesc. Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 94:5 Ei zdrobesc pe poporul Tău, Doamne, şi asupresc moştenirea Ta. Zdrobesc. Sau "sfărâmă" (vezi Plângeri 3,34; cf. Proverbe 22,22; Isaia 3,15). 94:6 Junghie pe văduvă şi pe străin, ucid pe orfani, Junghie pe văduvă. Nelegiuirile la care se face referire în versetul acesta sunt deosebit de detestabile, pentru că persoanele acestea sunt slabe şi fără apărare (vezi Psalm 68,5; 82,3; Exod 22, 22-24; Deuteronom 10,18). Limbajul pare să arate că opresorii fac parte din adunarea lui Israel. 94:7 şi zic: Nu vede Domnul, şi Dumnezeul lui Iacov nu ia aminte! Şi zic. Nu neapărat prin vorbe, ci prin purtarea lor (vezi Psalm 10,11.13). Domnul. Ebr. Yah (vezi la Psalm 68,4). Nu vede. Versetul 7 încheie plângerea şi strigă după răsplată (vezi Psalm 14,1.2). 94:8 Totuşi, învăţaţi-vă minte, oameni fără minte! Când vă veţi înţelepţi, nebunilor? Fără minte. Vezi Psalm 92,6; cf. Romani 3,11. 94:9 Cel ce a sădit urechea, s-ar putea să n-audă? Cel ce a întocmit ochiul, s-ar putea să nu vadă? Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 94:10 Cel ce pedepseşte neamurile, s-ar putea să nu pedepsească, El, care a dat omului pricepere? Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 94:11 Domnul cunoaşte gândurile omului: ştie că sunt deşarte. Gândurile. Vezi Psalm 7,9; 26,2; cf. 1 Corinteni 3,20. [Ei, KJV]. În evreieşte e masculin şi deci nu se poate referi la "gânduri", care e feminin; oamenii înşişi sunt "deşerţi". Deşerte. Vezi Psalm 39,5.6; cf. Eclesiastul 2,14.15. 94:12 Ferice de omul, pe care-l pedepseşti Tu, Doamne, şi pe care-l înveţi din Legea Ta, Ferice. Vezi la Psalm 1,1. La prima privire, aceasta ar părea să fie o fericire stranie! Versetele 12-19 prezintă o pleiadă remarcabilă de binecuvântări pe care Dumnezeu le revarsă asupra celor drepţi. El mustră, învaţă, dă odihnă, nu părăseşte niciodată, judecă cu dreptate, dă ajutor împotriva oamenilor răi, susţine în vreme de primejdie şi mângâie (vezi Efeseni 3,20). Experienţa psalmistului pare să întărească aceste manifestări ale principiului divin. Pedepseşte. [Mustră, KJ]. Ebr. yasar, "a disciplina", "a corecta", "a instrui", "a mustra". Vezi Deuteronom 8,5; Iov 5,17; Psalm 89,32.33; 119,71; cf. Iov 33,15-30. Dacă creştinul acceptă disciplina, va fi fericit! Una dintre valorile principale ale îndreptării prin suferinţă este că cel care suferă are o compătimire mai mare faţă de ceilalţi. Legea. Ebr. torah (vezi la Proverbe 3,1). 94:13 ca să-l linişteşti în zilele nenorocirii, până se va săpa groapa celui rău! Să-l linişteşti. [Să-i poţi da odihnă, KJV]. Liniştea şi odihna sufletească sunt rezultatul acceptării felului de viaţă al lui Dumnezeu. Zilele nenorocirii. Vezi Psalm 49,5. 94:14 Căci Domnul nu lasă pe poporul Său, şi nu-Şi părăseşte moştenirea. Nu lasă. [Nu leapădă, KJV]. Oricât de lungă ar fi pedepsirea de la Dumnezeu, copiii Săi credincioşi pot să se bazeze pe asigurarea că Dumnezeu nu-i va părăsi (vezi Deuteronom 31,6; 1 Samuel 12,22; Psalm 37,28; Romani 11,1.2). 94:15 Ci se va face odată judecata după dreptate, şi toţi cei cu inima curată o vor găsi bună. Să se facă odată. [Va reveni odată, KJV]. Dreptatea se va conforma încă odată cu principiile veşnice ale caracterului şi cârmuirii lui Dumnezeu. Vor găsi bună. [O vor urma, KJV]. Cei cu inimă curată îşi vor declara în mod deschis supunerea faţă de dreptate. 94:16 Cine mă va ajuta împotriva celor răi? Cine mă va sprijini împotriva celor ce fac răul? Cine mă va ajuta? [Cine se va ridica pentru mine? KJV]. Pe cât se pare psalmistul, în v. 1619, vorbeşte despre propria sa experienţă, începând cererea lui personală cu o întrebare (v. 16), la care răspunde în v. 17-19. 94:17 De n-ar fi Domnul ajutorul meu, cât de curând ar fi sufletul meu în tăcerea morţii! Sufletul meu. Sau "eu" (vezi la Psalm 16,10). În tăcerea. Adică în moarte (vezi Psalm 31,17.18; cf. Psalm 115,17). 94:18 Ori de câte ori zic: Mi se clatină piciorul! bunătatea Ta, Doamne, mă sprijineşte totdeauna. Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 94:19 Când gânduri negre se frământă cu grămada înăuntrul meu, mângâierile Tale îmi înviorează sufletul. Gânduri. Ebr. śar'appim, "gânduri neliniştitoare" (vezi Matei 6,25-34; DA 313; MB 141-146). Mângâierile. O puternică încredere în Dumnezeu înlătură gândurile pline de îngrijorare şi le înlocuieşte cu "gânduri mângâietoare". Înviorează. Mângâierile lui Dumnezeu dau pace şi siguranţă neumbrită (vezi Psalm 63,5.6; 2 Corinteni 1,3.4; 1 Petru 5,7). Sufletul. Sau "mă" ( vezi la Psalm 16,10). 94:20 Te vor pune cei răi să şezi pe scaunul lor de domnie, ei care pregătesc nenorocirea la adăpostul legii? Te vor pune? [Va avea comuniune? KJV]. Întrebarea retorică cere un răspuns negativ. Întrebările din v. 3 şi 4 primesc un răspuns satisfăcător prin nimicirea celor nelegiuiţi. Te. Dumnezeu. La adăpostul legii. [Printr-o lege, KJV]. Prin reglementări legale, prin decizii judecătoreşti, ei îşi realizează scopurile rele (vezi 1 Regi 21,10-13). 94:21 Ei se strâng împotriva vieţii celui neprihănit, şi osândesc sânge nevinovat. Vieţii. [Sufletului, KJV]. Vezi la Psalm 16,10. Osândesc sânge nevinovat. [Osândesc sânge nevinovat, KJV]. Vezi Psalm 10,8; cf. Matei 27,4. 94:22 Dar Domnul este turnul meu de scăpare, Dumnezeul meu este stânca mea de adăpost. Turnul meu de scăpare. [Apărarea mea, KJV]. Vezi Psalm 18.2. 94:23 El va face să cadă asupra lor nelegiuirea, El îi va nimici prin răutatea lor; Domnul, Dumnezeul nostru, îi va nimici. Nelegiuirea. Vezi Psalm 7.16; 35,8. Prin răutatea lor. În timp ce ei întreprind acţiuni păcătoase (vezi Psalm 5,10). Dumnezeul nostru. Poetul renunţă la tonul personal (v. 22) pentru a cuprinde adunarea, poporul adunat pentru închinarea colectivă. Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
