30:1 Te înalţ, Doamne, căci m-ai ridicat, şi n-ai lăsat pe vrăjmaşii mei să se bucure de mine. INTRODUCERE -Psalmul 30 este un psalm de mulţumire prin care se sărbătoreşte izbăvirea dintr-o mare primejdie, probabil o boală serioasă. Semnificaţia cuvintelor din preambul "sfinţirea Casei Domnului [a lui David, KJV]" nu e clară. Se poate ca Psalmul 30 a fost compus de David pentru sfinţirea palatului său sau pentru sfinţirea altarului viitorului loc al Templului din aria lui Ornan Iebusitul, după izbucnirea molimei (1 Cronici 21,14-22,1). Psalmul este cât se poate de personal. Poetul exprimă adânca lui recunoştinţă faţă de Dumnezeu pentru bunătatea Lui şi indică amănuntele experienţelor din timpul bolii sale. În sinagoga modernă, psalmul este citit la Sărbătoarea dedicării (Chamuka). Cu privire la preambul, vezi p. 616, 627. 1. Înalt. A proslăvi, suprem în gând şi afecţiune. M-ai ridicat. Ebr. dillithani, de la rădăcina dalah, folosit pentru scoaterea ape din fântână (vezi Exod 2,16.19). Psalmistul Îl înalţă pe Dumnezeu pentru faptul că l-a scos din primejdiile amintite în versetele 2.3. 30:2 Doamne, Dumnezeule, eu am strigat către Tine, şi Tu m-ai vindecat. Am strigat. Mesajul strigătului său e arătat în v. 8-10. M-ai vindecat. Cu toate că poate fi folosit în mod metaforic pentru îndepărtarea frământărilor sufleteşti (vezi Psalm 41,1), cuvântul poate include aici atât suferinţa sufletească, cât şi pe cea fizică. Chinul sufletesc al lui David la vederea văzut suferinţelor poporului său în timpul molimei pare să-l fi copleşit (vezi 2 Samuel 24,13-17; vezi introducere la Psalm 30). 30:3 Doamne, Tu mi-ai ridicat sufletul din locuinţa morţilor, Tu m-ai adus la viaţă din mijlocul celor ce se pogoară în groapă. Sufletul. Sau "pe mine" (vezi la Psalm 16,10). Locuinţa morţilor. [Mormânt, KJV]. Ebr. she'ol, locuinţa simbolică a celor morţi (vezi la Proverbe 15,11). Explicaţia cea mai firească este de a considera că psalmistul a fost atât de rău bolnav încât a simţit că se află pe pragul mormântului. Groapă. Vezi Psalm 28,1. 30:4 Cântaţi Domnului, voi cei iubiţi de El, măriţi prin laudele voastre Numele Lui cel Sfânt! Cântaţi. Când se revarsă binecuvântările lui Dumnezeu peste noi, dorim ca şi alţii să ni se alăture în lauda la adresa Lui (vezi Psalm 9,11; 34,3). Cei iubiţi de El. [Sfinţii, KJV]. Ebr. chasidim (vezi nota suplimentară la Psalm 36). Numele. [Amintirea, KJV]. Sau "memorial". Numele sau caracterul lui Dumnezeu se descoperă prin amintirea raporturile Lui cu oamenii. 30:5 Căci mânia Lui ţine numai o clipă, dar îndurarea Lui ţine toată viaţa: seara vine plânsul, iar dimineaţa veselia. Numai o clipă. Mânia lui Dumnezeu e de foarte scurtă durată în cazul unui om care păcătuieşte, se pocăieşte, mărturiseşte şi se roagă cerând îndurare (v. 8-10). Îndurarea. Spre deosebire de mânia Lui, îndurarea Lui este continuă; ea ţine cât toată viaţa omului (vezi Psalm 16,11). Seara vine plânsul. [Plânsul poate să ţină o noapte, KJV]. Ebr. lin, "a petrece noaptea". Ideea exprimată în ebraică este: "plânsul vine seara pentru a petrece noaptea, dar dimineaţa este veselie". Veselie. Ebr. rinnah, "un strigăt de bucurie". Apariţia bruscă a veseliei dimineaţa este simbolizată în ebraică de expresia simplă "în zori, un strigăt de veselie" fără nici un verb. Aşa cum în ţinuturile tropicale soarele, fără o perioadă lungă de penumbră, pare să izbucnească în plină măreţie deasupra orizontului, tot aşa iubirea lui Dumnezeu împrăştie deodată întunericul tristeţii (vezi Isaia 26,20; 54,7.8). Dacă avem prietenia lui Dumnezeu, noaptea întristării face loc întotdeauna dimineţii bucuriei. Paralelismul este mereu păstrat în perechile de cuvinte mânia - "îndurarea; clipă - viaţa; seara - dimineaţa; plânsul - veselia. 30:6 Când îmi mergea bine, ziceam: Nu mă voi clătina niciodată! Când îmi mergea bine. [În prosperitatea mea, KJV]. Psalmistul pune în antiteză experienţa lui de acum şi cea anterioară şi spune ce a învăţat din experienţă. Când începem să ne încredem în noi înşine, se poate ca Dumnezeu să intervină şi prin suferinţă sau prin necaz ca să ne arate că siguranţa continuă se găseşte doar în El. Fericit e omul care învaţă lecţia fără să fie nevoie să sufere pierderea prietenilor, a prosperităţii sau a sănătăţii. Nu mă voi clătina niciodată. O expresie plastică a încrederii extreme în sine pe care psalmistul a simţit-o cândva în viaţa lui. 30:7 Doamne, prin bunăvoinţa Ta mă aşezasei pe un munte tare dar Ţi-ai ascuns Faţa, şi m-am tulburat. Mă aşezasei pe un munte tare. [Făcusei muntele meu să stea tare, KJV]. Propoziţia spune literal: "Yahweh, în îndurarea Ta ai aşezat o fortăreaţă [sau tărie] pentru muntele meu". Sensul nu e pe deplin clar, dar pare să fie o sugestie a îngâmfării psalmistului într-un timp de mare prosperitate, când uitase că îndurarea lui Dumnezeu îl făcuse tare. Ţi-ai ascuns faţa. Boala sau primejdia psalmistului era pentru el un semn al retragerii îndurării lui Dumnezeu (vezi Psalm 13,1). Tulburat. Ebr. bahal, "a fi tulburat", "a fi îngrozit". Compară cu folosirea lui în Exod 15,15; Judecători 20,41; 1 Samuel 28,21 etc. 30:8 Doamne, eu am strigat către tine, şi m-am rugat Domnului, zicând: Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 30:9 Ce vei câştiga dacă-mi verşi sângele, şi mă pogori în groapă? Poate să Te laude ţărâna? Poate ea să vestească credincioşia Ta? Ce vei câştiga? Versetele 9 şi 10 redau rugăciunea psalmistului. Ce importanţă ar avea pentru veşnicul Dumnezeu dacă psalmistul ar muri (vezi Psalm 6,5; 88,10-12; Israel 38,18.19)? Argumentul "oferă un tablou emoţionant al apropierii şi comuniunii copilăreşti a psalmistului cu Dumnezeu." (Oesterley). O asemenea rugăminte este tipic ebraică. 30:10 Ascultă, Doamne, ai milă de mine! Doamne, ajută-mă! Ajută-mă. [Fii ajutorul meu, KJV]. Prin suferinţă a învăţat că unicul lui ajutor este în Dumnezeu. 30:11 Şi mi-ai prefăcut tânguirile în veselie, mi-ai dezlegat sacul de jale, şi m-ai încins cu bucurie, Mi-ai prefăcut. Notează contrastul clar: "tânguiri... veselie", "sac de jale... bucurie" (vezi Isaia 61,3). Veselie. [Dans, KJV]. Dovadă a veseliei. Copiii, neinhibaţi, sar, dansează când sunt fericiţi şi mulţumiţi (vezi Exod 15,20; Ieremia 31,4.13; vezi la 2 Samuel 6,14). Sacul de jale. Veşmântul celui care jeleşte (vezi Iov 16,15; Isaia 3,24). 30:12 pentru ca inima mea să-Ţi cânte, şi să nu stea mută. Doamne, Dumnezeule, eu pururea Te voi lăuda! Pururi. Literal, "pentru o vreme", adică în timpul vieţii psalmistului. Acesta se hotărăşte în inima lui să-I mulţumească lui Dumnezeu în toate acţiunile sale. Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
