12:1 Maria şi Aaron au vorbit împotriva lui Moise din pricina femeii etiopiene pe care o luase el de nevastă; căci luase o femeie etiopiană. Maria şi Aaron. Mai întâi este redat numele Mariei pentru că ea era conducătoarea murmurării. Au vorbit. Verbul este feminin singular, arătând spre Maria ca instigatoare. ,,Ea a vorbit”. Femeie etiopiană. Literal, ,,o femeie cuşită” (vezi comentariul pentru Geneza 10,6). Tatăl Seforei era în realitate madianit (Exod 2,16-19; 3,1) şi prin urmare un descendent al lui Avraam (Geneza 25,1.2; vezi PP 383). După ce a ajuns la Moise, la muntele Sinai (vezi comentariul pentru Exod 4,25 şi 18,2), Sefora a observat poverile mari duse de soţul ei şi şi-a exprimat faţă de Ietro temerile ei cu privire la sănătatea lui. După aceea, Ietro l-a sfătuit pe Moise să aleagă şi pe alţii cu care să împartă răspunderile administraţiei. Când Moise a lucrat după sfatul acesta fără să se consulte cu Maria şi Aaron, ei au fost geloşi pe el şi au vorbit de rău pe Sefora, pe care o considerau a fi cauza pentru care Moise i-a neglijat (vezi PP 383). Faptul că Sefora era o madianită, deşi o închinătoare la adevăratul Dumnezeu, a fost folosit de Maria şi Aaron doar ca un pretext pentru răzvrătire împotriva autorităţii lui Moise. El nu a călcat principiul care interzicea căsătoria cu păgânii când a luat-o de soţie, aşa cum se pare că pretindeau ei. 12:2 Şi au zis: Oare numai prin Moise vorbeşte Domnul? Nu vorbeşte oare şi prin noi? Şi Domnul a auzit-o. Numai prin Moise vorbeşte. Fratele şi sora cer aici egalitate cu Moise, neţinând seama că Dumnezeu îl aşezase într-o poziţie unică de autoritate (vezi Exod 4,10-16; Deutronom 34,10). Domnul a auzit-o. El aude toate plângerile împotriva servilor Lui (vezi Numeri 11,1; 2 Regi 19,4; Maleahi 3,16). 12:3 Moise însă era un om foarte blând, mai blând decât orice om de pe faţa pământului. Blând. De la o rădăcină care înseamnă ,,umil”, ,,supus”, ,,smerit”. Acelaşi cuvânt este redat în mod diferit, ca ,,sărman” (Iov 24,4), ,,umil” (Psalmi 9,12) şi ,,smerit” (Proverbe 3,34; 16,19). Trăsătura de caracter descrisă aici ca blândeţe este esenţială pentru conducerea cauzei lui Dumnezeu. Moise nu a fost blând din fire (Exod 2,11-14). Această însuşire a dobândit-o ca rezultat al celor patruzeci de ani petrecuţi în şcoala aspra a pustiei din Madian. Numai un om blând ştie cum să fie supus faţă de Dumnezeu şi faţă de subalternii lui şi în acelaşi timp să fie un conducător curajos şi dinamic. În lucrarea lui Dumnezeu nu este loc pentru un conducător care îşi închipuie că este privilegiul lui de a domina peste lucrătorii lui şi de a le dicta. 12:4 Deodată Domnul a zis lui Moise, lui Aaron şi Mariei: Duceţi-vă, câteşitrei la cortul întâlnirii. Şi s-au dus câteşitrei. Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 12:5 Domnul S-a pogorât în stâlpul de nor, şi a stat la uşa cortului. A chemat pe Aaron şi pe Maria, şi ei s-au apropiat amândoi. Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 12:6 Şi a zis: Ascultaţi bine ce vă spun! Când va fi printre voi un proroc, Eu, Domnul, Mă voi descoperi lui într-o vedenie sau îi voi vorbi într-un vis. Într-o vedenie. Întotdeauna Dumnezeu şi-a descoperit voinţa Sa servilor Lui, proorocilor prin vedenii şi vise, şi făgăduieşte să facă aşa (Ioel 2,28; Amos 3,7). Pe temeiul din Ioel 2,28 s-a sugerat că, în general, ,,vedeniile” sunt date tinerilor şi tinerelor, iar ,,visele” celor care sunt mai în vârstă. O ,,vedenie” (1 Samuel 3,1) este o încercare fizică istovitoare (vezi Daniel 10,8-11.16-19). Diferiţi profeţi vorbesc despre experienţe asemănătoare cu aceea a lui Daniel. Visele inspirate angajează mult mai puţin resursele fizice ale persoanei căreia îi sunt date. 12:7 Nu tot aşa este însă cu robul Meu Moise. El este credincios în toată casa Mea. Robul Meu Moise. Tot aşa este descris şi în Exod 14,31; Deutronom 34,5. Termenul mai este folosit şi de alţii (Geneza 26,24; Iov 1,8). Compară referirea cu aceste cuvinte din Evrei 3,5. Casa Mea. Aici se face referire la poporul lui Dumnezeu (vezi Evrei 3,2.5). 12:8 Eu îi vorbesc gură către gură, Mă descopăr lui nu prin lucruri grele de înţeles, ci el vede chipul Domnului. Cum de nu v-aţi temut deci să vorbiţi împotriva robului Meu, împotriva lui Moise? Gură către gură. Adică, direct, fără intermediar. Expresia aceasta este similară cu aceea ,,faţă către faţă” din Exod 33,11; Deutronom 34,10. Grele de înţeles. Uneori tradus ,,enigme” (Ezechiel 17,2). Chipul Domnului. Aceasta este doar o formă pe care omul să o poată vedea şi respecta. Cuvântul tradus aici ,,chipul” este tradus uneori ,,asemănare” (Deutronom 4,15.16.23.25; Psalmi 17,15; Isaia 40,18 compară cu Ioan 1,18; 1 Timotei 6,16). Vorbiţi împotriva robului Meu. Greşeala fundamentală a Mariei a fost că a dat pe faţă dispreţ şi s-a răzvrătit împotriva autorităţii legal constituite, în acest caz, numită de Dumnezeu Însuşi. Greşelile de judecată din partea conducătorilor lucrării lui Dumnezeu de astăzi nu constituie nici o scuză pentru cineva de a nu le acorda sprijinul loial. În ciuda faptului că Saul căuta să-i ia viaţa lui David, el a rămas loial faţă de el în cuvinte şi în fapte ca rege, spunând: ,,Să mă ferească Domnul să pun mâna pe unsul Domnului” (1 Samuel 26,11). Deşi a condamnat ipocrizia fariseilor, Hristos le-a poruncit ucenicilor Lui să conlucreze cu ei, deoarece erau conducători numiţi ai naţiunii (Matei 23,3). Când o persoană este ispitită să întrebe cu privire la un conducător din biserică ,,ce va face omul acesta?” Domnul răspunde şi astăzi cum a răspuns lui Petru, ,,Ce-ţi pasă ţie? Tu vino după Mine” (Ioan 21,21.22). Sfatul lui Pavel este clar. ,,Prea iubiţilor”, spune el, ,,nu vă răzbunaţi singuri” (Romani 12,19), şi apoi citează Scriptura, ,,răzbunarea este a Mea, Eu voi răsplăti, zice Domnul”. Fiecare ucenic adevărat al Domnului va fi credincios faţă de cei cu autoritate în biserică, chiar dacă s-ar părea că ei au greşit în judecata lor (1 Timotei 5,1; Tit 3,1). 12:9 Domnul S-a aprins de mânie împotriva lor. Şi a plecat. Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 12:10 Norul s-a depărtat de pe cort. Şi iată că Maria era plină de lepră, albă ca zăpada. Aaron s-a întors spre Maria; şi iată că ea avea lepră. Lepră, albă ca zăpada. Compară cu Exod 4,6; 2 Regi 5,27; 2 Cronici 26,19-21. Aaron nu a primit nici o pedeapsă fizică. Este evident că tot protestul era opera Mariei, care primea acum răsplata pentru meritele ei. 12:11 Atunci Aaron a zis lui Moise: Ah, domnul meu, nu ne face să purtăm pedeapsa păcatului pe care l-am făcut ca nişte nechibzuiţi, şi de care ne-am făcut vinovaţi! Nu ne face să purtăm pedeapsa. În Zaharia 14,19 acelaşi cuvânt ebraic este tradus ,,pedeapsă”, deoarece se referă şi la păcat şi la pedeapsă. 12:12 Să nu fie Maria ca un copii născut mort, a cărui carne este pe jumătate putredă când iese din pântecele mamei lui! Ca un… mort. Adică, condamnată la moarte. Maria a fost izolată de ceilalţi ca un răufăcător. 12:13 Moise a strigat către Domnul, zicând: Dumnezeule, Te rog, vindec-o! Verset ce nu a fost comentat. 12:14 Şi Domnul a zis lui Moise: Dacă ar fi scuipat-o tatăl ei în obraz, n-ar fi fost ea oare de ocară timp de şapte zile? Să fie închisă deci şapte zile afară din tabără; după aceea, să fie primită în tabără. Scuipat-o… în obraz. Printre popoarele din Răsărit scuipatul se presupune că are atât efecte bune, cât şi rele (vezi Deutronom 25,9; Iov 30,10; Marcu 7,33; 8,23). Printre musulmanii din India de Nord scuipatul se presupune a fi mijlocul de transferare a puterilor supraomeneşti. După aceea. Declaraţia din versetul 14 că Maria putea să se întoarcă la o săptămână după ce a fost lovită de lepră înseamnă că ea a fost vindecată imediat (vezi versetul 13) şi a început imediat ritualul de curăţie (vezi Levitic 13,4) Comentariile lui Ellen G. Special note for ANDROID SmartPhones
I recommend to download PhoneMe emulator for Android from here.
Especially I recommend phoneME Advanced - Foundation Profile + MIDP High Resolution b168 rev20547 from here, or from here.
Then you have to build your application, to transfer the .jar and .jad files on your mobile phone and run using this nice emulator.
1. Install a Zip Utility from Android Market.
2. Install a File Manager from Android Market.
3. Download and install PhoneMe, as mentioned above.
4. Build your application by using Download Multilingual Service or Dynamic Download (zip).
5. Copy the zip file into your Android Phone and unzip the content in a folder, and then write down the path to the unzipped files and the name of the .jad file.
6. Launch PhoneMe from your smartphone.
7. Inside PhoneMe, write to the main window the path and the name to the .jad file, above mentioned. Will look something like: file:///mnt/sd/download/BiblePhone.jad and then press enter.
8. The application will be installed, and next a hyperlink will be available below the above mentioned textbox. On this way you can install as many of MIDP application you like on your Android Phone.
How to install the application in Java Mobile enabled phones
It is possible now to have the Holy Scriptures on your mobile phone and to read
it wherever you are due to the Mobile Information Device Profile (MIDP)
technology in 1.0 and 2.0 versions, developed for Java applications.
A good advice is to try in the beginning the MIDP 1.0 / 128 Kbytes version, and
progressively to advance to MIDP 2.0 and larger volumes (512 Kbytes or more).
The application is available for MIDP 2.0, MIDP 1.0. You have only to select one
table on the field MIDP2.0 or MIDP1.0, according to the desired Bible version.
Then, you shall make a click on the JAR (Java Archive) file in order to obtain
the software to be installed on your mobile phone.
I recommend you to start with STARTER(MIDP1.0old) edition, then to continue with
INTERMEDIATE(MIDP1.0), and in the end, if the mobile phone supports this thing,
to try to install the ADVANCED (MIDP2.0) edition. Also, start with 128 kbytes
volumes, continue with 512 kbytes, and at the end try the version in one file.
There are cases where the mobile phone requires so called JAD (Java Descriptor)
files. These JAD files has to be
uploaded, on this case, together with the desired JAR files(s).
There are different methods to download the applications in your mobile phone as
follows:
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
5. If none from the above cases are valid
Next, we shall examine each case in order to have a successfully installation of
the software.
1. Directly from Internet by using a WAP or GPRS connection
If your have Internet access on your mobile phone (e.g. WAP or GPRS), it is
enough to access
https://biblephone.intercer.net/wap/ from the browser of the mobile phone,
and to access the desired Bible version, and then to make an option about
MIDP1.0 or MIDP2.0, and finally to select the desired module (e.g. one or more).
After the last selection, the desired version will be downloaded on your mobile
phone.
Many phones have only this option for installing JAVA appplications.
2. By using the infrared port of the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
If you don't have access to Internet directly from your mobile phone, then you
shall have to pass to this step requiring to have infrared ports on your mobile
phone and on the computer.
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to activate the infrared port on the mobile phone and align it with the infrared
port of the computer (preferable laptop).
c. Then a window will appear asking what file you want to send to the mobile
phone. Next, you will select the downloaded JAR file, and after OK, the mobile
phone will ask you if you want to load that file. You say YES and the
application will be downloaded on your mobile phone.
d. Probably, you will be asked by the mobile phone where you want to save it (e.g.
on the games or applications directories). After you made this selection, the
file will be ready to be loaded for run.
The displaying preference can be set inside the application in order to have
larger fonts, full screen display etc.
3. By wireless Bluetooth access to the mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones.
This situation is similar with the infrared case. You have only to activate
Bluetooth access on your mobile phone (check if exists) and on the computer (check
if exists).
4. By cable link between PC ad mobile phone
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific
mobile phones.
On this case the steps are as follows:
a. On this case, you will download the application by using the computer from
the Internet (i.e. JAR files).
b. Once the application is downloaded (preferable on the desktop) you will have
to set up the wired connection between the mobile phone and the computer. Next,
you will start the synchronization / data transfer application and download the
JAR file in your mobile phone. Surely, you will have to consult the CD of your
mobile phone.
c. By this application you shall transfer into your mobile phone the JAR file in
the games or applications directories. Next, you will have to select for run the
JAR desired file.
5. If none from the above cases are valid
On this unhappy case, I recommend you to find a friend with a laptop having
infrared / Bluetooth capabilities, or to buy a data link cable, or to change
your current model of mobile phone.
Unfortunately, some models of mobile phones require only WAP/GPRS in order to
download and run Java applications.
Sometimes there is a need for a special uploader software for specific mobile
phones. Therefore check the documentation of them and also the page for specific
models.
Why so many versions? Simple, because not all the mobile phones support the
Bible in one file with MIDP 2.0 (the most advanced for the time being).
